Used to be great. Definitely has gone downhill. The employees just ignore you- even when it’s not busy. Doesn’t really seem like they know what they’re doing or that they even care. Their products are always depleted and if you ever ask the employees anything they either don’t know the answer or don’t care enough to help. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them… it’s a very off putting experience.. and beyond all that, on a corporate level, the quality of the food has gone in the gutter. You can taste that the recipes have all changed and not for the better. Example- the donuts icing fall off even sitting in the display case. Hopeful that the brand can remember that Canadians don’t want a fast food/ McDonald’s and go back to the quality and care that the restaurant was started with. And hopeful that this location improves.

Amazing service and atmosphere....not so busy...service is fast since they have more than enough staff.....Front counters are maintained properly and are clean enough

Trying to redeem point on the app, no one knows what going on, not allowing me to redeem my points to get free food, laugh at me, and makes me pay for the food also think I'm stupid and ask me do I have enough point to redeem worst people ever on the night shift. Even the supervisor is useless. No clue how to redeem points on the app and also tell me to pay for my food. No issue redeeming points on other tim hortons. Not care , not helping , making fun of customer think they are stupid.

I have yet to receive a food order that wasn’t squished to oblivion, the service is terrible and when you try to get your order corrected you are treated like you are harassing the staff. The manager, Justin, is not approachable as he defends his staff for making extremely subpar food. People pay for this and then they can’t eat it. When I have a literal bite taken out of my bread and then it is used to make the sandwich, it makes me want to vomit. Disgusting, rude, and unapologetic. Well done Tim’s, really solidifying your reputation as a company that used to be great.

The quality of food was not per the standard expected from a Tim’s. the dark roast cofee was cold and the cold brew was not properly made. Not as expected from Tim’s

Went in to get a drink and something to eat, but stood there for a good 5 minutes, no greeting, no plz wait. Multiple eye contacts! Walked out after 5 minutes. All the garbages overflowing.

Garbage flowing onto floor at front counter. I mention it to an employee and their reply was “Oh well we’ll get to it when ever” Mention that the TP dispenser’s was empty. Took 15 minutes to refill. They we not that busy. The floor manager said they check at least twice a day. What happen to the checking every hour and sign off sheet located on the wall?!
