I’m so glad we visited Uranus House. Everything about the house was so Fantastic. Starting from the Front Desk to the F/B to the room attendant were very calm and welcoming. The cocktails and the mouth-watering meals were served to perfections. The sweet natural sound of birds singing,oh wow I missed that. In all, the customer service was top notch. Thank you Uranus house for the luxury.

Great ambience and very courteous staff. Most of all trustworthy, a colleague forgot his IPad in the Conference Room and even after 48hrs it was kept at the front desk till I came to pick it up. Highly commendable.

As a customer service respondent, I tend to be a tad bit observant. I'd like to acknowledge the front desk employees,their customer service, reception and professionalism is applaudable. The ambience and the interior decor gave a "home away from home" feeling. But, I'd really love if the staffs working in the kitchen retrained on the Do's and Don'ts concerning food service. The staffs were too noisy, laughing out loud while the customers were talking with their voice lowered, they didn't communicate with the customers especially as to why their food was not ready on time, their level of professionalism was poor. Apart from this, Uranus House is really a beautiful and excellent place to be.

Uranus House is home away from home. Excellent customer service, great ambience, beautiful rooms and most importantly the love from the staff is unbelievable, I just can't wait to visit again. Thank you guys for the warm hospitality, you guys blew my mind.

Nice, cool, wonderful, attractive, artistic and enticing lounge, with various menus. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A better place for lodging

Asides having a good Reception service. Ask if they have serviced their generator before making payment. After paying for a suite, I have stayed for close to 2hrs here without light. Reasons behind they are servicing their generators both main and back up generator at the same damn time. Who does this please? I’m so pained right now. How can you be so mean with your clients and all I’m hearing is I’m sorry. Please if you need to work with light, run from this place.

The rooms were okay but they definitely can do better. A lot of repairs are needed. Their services a bit slow, and on the moderate side. But the location was very good, quiet and serene. Just a place one needs to rest after a long day on the road

It's a beautiful place, quite the choice if you love beautiful interiors. The rooms are worth the price and comfort, their services is just okay as well. There is constant electricity and blackouts are less than 30 seconds so that's a big plus. I would recommend this anytime.

If there’s a rating lower than one stars, I would give them! Horrible horrible experience. They pray on customers until they get angry and leave. Bad food, bad rooms. They stole money from me by accumulating fake bills onto my food bill, happened to 3 of my friends aswell. Stay FARRRR FROM THIS HOTEL AND THEIR MANAGEMENT! ALL OF THEM ARE SCAMMERS! Pretend to be nice and steal from The customers!

This is the new Uranus, it dwarfs the old uranus which is just opposite. It's the definition of new.

The reception was very good. I was convinced to stay there by the charm of the receptionist. The room, however is too small .

All the facilities were faulty. God the bathroom was a nightmare. Smell coming from the soakaway, sink leaking, shower spoilt. It was so annoying. The beddings were very dirty. Staff members were clueless. I didn't enjoy 1minute in that place
