Lots
of
humanity
from
a
large
part
of
the
staff,
caregivers
and
facilitators
who
take
care
of
our
elders
with
professionalism
and
sensitivity!
The
new,
recent
management,
on
the
other
hand,
is
not
sufficiently
close
to
the
expectations
of
caregivers
and
patients,
in
my
humble
point
of
view,
even
if
the
staff
shortage
which
is
a
national
problem,
must
be
a
headache
for
the
leaders
USLD
type
establishment.
The
condemnation
of
the
opening
of
windows
decided
in
a
brutal
and
unqualified
manner
because
of
an
isolated
case
is
an
example
of
what
should
not
have
been
done.
Despite
backpedaling
following
numerous
comments
from
staff
and
users,
thanks
again
to
all
contributors,
there
are
still
windows
on
the
1st
floor
of
living
spaces
whose
opening
is
condemned
even
though
regular
ventilation
is
a
necessity
to
reduce
health
risks...
Very
good
establishment
and
exceptional
place
to
live
in
its
immense
park
in
the
heart
of
the
Fourvière
hill,
not
much
is
missing
to
achieve
perfection!
Thank
you
for
everything
positive
and
essential,
7
days
a
week,
for
the
lives
of
very
old,
sick
and
losing
people!
The
special
meal
for
the
end
of
year
celebrations
which
families
could
join
in,
was
perfect
thanks
to
the
cooks,
and
the
decoration,
like
the
special
care
given
to
the
patients
so
that
they
were
dressed
and
hairstyled
"to
their
31",
a
delicate
attention
from
the
on-call
staff.
Our
seniors
deserve
to
live
here
with
all
possible
consideration
thanks
to
the
staff
in
general
and
the
caregivers
in
particular.
I
wish
it
again
to
everyone,
with
all
my
best
wishes
to
patients,
staff
and
caregivers
for
2023
which
begins!
