Good place to visit and spend time with friends and family. In mall around 5 screens are there for movies. Different types of foods,beverages available and for shopping reputed brands are there. Free parking available. It is the nearest mall for parul university students.

There is spykar outlet and puma outlet,Mufti,u.s pollo,one center,zudio, Skechers,subway,mi store are available.and bounce up is also available I am posting pic of price check it down.

Excellent mall. Kids play area is very well managed. I took my one and half year old daughter there,she enjoyed Toddlers section of "House of air"thoroughly... Food court is also available which was clean and neat.. Overall pleasant family experience..

This mall has best facilities like (food court, ice cream parlour, game zone, Inox cinema) every section of this mall has it's different uniqueness. Warning if you are money saver 😜 you will spend all your money here. This is the great attraction.❤️ Loved it.

Mall maintenance is good, Proper Lighting inside the mall, Only Two Wheeler Vehicle parking outside the mall it is not good Please proper parking facilitie provide .

Mall have many shops especially for cloths and shoes. We can have puma, uspa, zudio, Mufti and one center for clothings/shoes etc and we also have Skechers factory outlet so you can have a massive off during sales. Food court is average not that great but yeah you can have Subway and burger King as usual. For family fooding you can try Indian salt, if you are an L&T employee you will get extra 10% off in restaurant- don't forget to bring your I'd card. For movies - Inox is good place but royal and economic chairs are not that comfortable.

Visited on 29Apr23 It is a small but decent mall Right on the highway. It houses brands like Zudio, etc and the INOX is a major crowd puller. There’s ample outdoor parking in front of the mall, it also has an EV charging station which can charge 02 vehicles at a time. One major attraction is the HOUSE OF AIR which is fun filled activity and adventure section not only for kids but majorly for funoholic adults as well.

Its one of the best malls along NH48. Close to L&T knowledge coty and has a variety of options here. Burger King, Subway, juice centers, etc. ample car and bike parking (which is free of cost). Has Inox as well. If you are travelling on the highway or stating nearby, want to have a quick bite or want to watch a movie then this is the place to be.
