Very sharp, neat, clean, modern, fresh hotel. Must stay here as ot is very worthily priced. Staff is nice and helpful. Services are at its best. Breakfast and meals are superb. It was my first visit to the city, I am sure next time I do not have to research hotels, I will stay here right away. Keep it up!!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and it was largely thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was in the hotel for business trip for more than one month and I was really impressed, I felt like I was home!! Hotel staffs were very nice, friendly and helpful. Varieties of food and dessert to try in hotel's restaurant and I enjoyed eating in every meals, really scrumptious!, not only authentic Indian food but also there were Asian and Western food to experience, I never like Indian food before but it became my favorite food after I visited here. Room also were very clean and comfortable, the hotel located not far from railway station and the city centre, safe, quiet and peaceful at night time to get good sleep. Super recommend! Thanks for making my first time in India to be memorize ♥️

Rooms are good. Certain things to improve. 1. Install trolley system to carry luggages 2. Have luggage personnel (Bell boy) 3. If you are booking for a event with certain number of rooms, note there would be lot of confussion on consumables from rooms because of less staff.

The rooms are clean but the staff needs to get more organized and attentive. There were mismatch in the food order against the menu. Found insects in the food seasoning. Took more than an hour to deliver the food in the room. The stay was ok.

Food is good. Ambience is average. Reception guys are not very punctual in booking (I made an advance Booking with all details but they didn't get that at the time of check in). Towels were smelling bed and having some stains on that.

Room was good. Lot of scope to improve. 1. We booked for 3 person. Only 2 bath towels and bath accessories provided. 2. There was no door mat outside bathroom door. 3. No dental kit was available. It would have been a better experience if they can take care of these things.

This is the worst Fern property I have ever stayed at. We arrived by our own car, the hotel has valet parking , but they just stand and wait for i don’t know what, it’s only when they see you struggle with your bags, they will provide assistance. The check-in staff was polite and very quick. When we entered the room, it was very nice and clean, till I used the washroom. The shower curtains are stained and had hair all over it. The towels are not fresh, already faded and yellowish. The shower cubicle has a very mouldy smell and in general feels very unhygienic. The room seemed clean till we turned on the A/C. The air vents blew out the same mouldy smell in the entire room. We asked for a room freshener, which was provided promptly but it didn’t help. We mentioned this at the reception, and they were helpful by offering to change our room, but the new room smelled the same. So yes, I would definitely not want to stay in such an unhygienic place. We had booked for 3 nights, but we checked out the very next day. Do not trust the 5 star reviews on google.

Wonderful hospitality. Once I suggested my friend to stay during his visit to Baroda. Since the hotel is centrally located it’s easy to access any corner of the city in maximum 20 minutes time. Apart from location, the hospitality and reasonable rates makes the stay perfect choice for visitors arriving Baroda.

Rooms are superb. On that day There was no water in property to take bath or even wash my face. Most of the guests were waiting and disappointed. Reception was helpless. Management need to be improved.

Rooms are cozy..check in- check out was hassle free. Small area at reception...restaurant service is slow and can be improved...

The hotel was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and supportive. The went out of their way to look out for the customers needs. In particular Priyanka and Joydeep at the reception. Also Harendrabhai. Vishal and Chitra were also amazing. Dinesh and Kamlesh in security Sushma Chandani Neel Ronny were very dedicated in taking care of the rooms. They were friendly and always customer focused. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

1 ) Proper hygiene is not maintained as per 4 star property Standard.Bad odour in the room passage and unclean passage. 2) I stayed 4 days...Breakfast menu is Same for every day..That is not at all acceptable from the Name fern. 3 ) I requested for 2 hours late check out but denied...it happens once a while due to some unacceptable event coustomer request for 1 or 2 more hours late check out but denying it is not at all good hospitality. 4 ) My wife stayed alone in hotel...at the check out time nobody from hotel staff even asked her for help in taking luggage to car.

Located near urmi char rasta. You can easily locate the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Food is good considering the baroda location you can try Italian food I liked it. ( can check images attached) Overall warm and comfortable stay.

Preety decent place to stay, breakfast is ok with a decent spread, please book online before reaching the hotel as the rates are far less then what they demand over the counter. We checked in early Sunday morning at 3am, the online rate was 2300/- where they charged me 4000/- for just a few hours stay. Checked in a 3am and checked out at 12 noon.

The rooms are spacious and modern in design. Cleaning and services are not consistent. Sometimes no towel, floor mat or complimentary drinking water provided. I always ask and choose on the laundry list to have my shirts in hanger but always return folded. The reception, mostly can speak english but some cannot understand simple instructions. Many times I have to wait for hours just to prepare my weekly bills with lame excuses of slow internet, computer or down printer. The hotel is located in not so crowded street but have access to some walking distance stores and shopping mall are accessible by auto or uber taxi. The restaurant breakfast is always the same menu everyday, for 2 months of stay, I only seen, 2 kinds of fruits, papaya and water melon. And there is no regular manning at egg station and coffe machine always out of service and crew services are inconsistent. They have a fitness gym and meeting and banquet hall is at the 5th floor, so if you are staying in 4th floor, expect some recreational sounds specially in the weekends. Overall, I enjoy my stay and would like to comeback.

An extraordinary hotel with delicious food, attractive ambience and courteous staff .Every hotel member gathered and recited " Happy Birthday"... during my birthday cake cutting moment. Salute to totally " Human" service.

Overall Good experience during stay, it's on of the good stay option in budget. One less star ⭐ for dinner, which I didn't liked. Room and washrooms were 👍good, Staff was helping. It's just 1.5 km from vadodara railway station.

Rooms are decent, facilities are good, people are professional. It have good gym too. I was in vadodara for corporate business, so nothing much for entertainment but to work & this hotel serves it perfectly. Moreover I can say it's worth the money for a bit pocket friendly hotel.

Good food, staff was pretty helpful and understanding, few of their names were anurag, rakesh and others mithilesh. Pleasent and decent environment and ambience. Soothing music. Delicious chocolate mud pie.

Rather book other hotels around paying more. Made wrong decision on seeing other positive reviews. Cleanliness - Yuk! Aisle carpets have dark stains and look like a OYO motel Food - How did it get 4 star recognition! I've had better experiences from 3 star hotels. Not worth it, eat from outside or Order Subway! Room view - You cannot open the curtains!!! Adjacent building can see through easily. Room - Doesn't have carpet inside room, neither does hotel give you slip ons. Hot water - Not stable, cold water gushes in between, probably poor water heater. Parking - Not suitable for cars, bike can park. Valet doesn't help in parking. Front desk - Never had such bad experience, not at all helping staff

The hotel staff were courteous, warm and prompt in their service, response time and feedback. Cuisine was delicious, in good portions and served in warm ambience.

Good: The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. Bad: The breakfast was really bad. In case you are planning to stay there, avoid staying on the 4 th floor. 5th floor is restaurant and every chair moved in the restaurant can be heard in your room.

Hotel is well managed and mostly used for functions I guess. There is restaurant as well inside. Best place for Party functions. Food was also good along with ambience of the place. Not enough parking space at hotel.

Nice hotel. Sr. Executive Vishwajit Singh is very co-operative. Had dinner in the restaurant in 5th floor. Food is good. Service is good. Waiter Sukamal is best. I would like to stay again in my next trip to Vadodara.

Good rooms, service is good too. At 12 am we ordered a sandwich and they served on time.. Very neat and clean rooms, Wash room, toilet, pillow, bed cover, sofa .. Around 4 k was the charges and it's worth. Date : 28th December 22..

The cleanliness, neatness & house keeping in room & washroom was awesome. The amenities in the hotel were also great! Getting parking slot is little challenging during busy days, however security at the gate do take care of vehicle parking. I would love to see more Gujarati delicacies in restaurant menu at economical price rates.

Very good hotel, located opposite to Dinesh Mill and near to Vadodara Railway Station. Rooms are neat and clean and Washroom is very nice. In the breakfast & dinner varieties of food options are available. Foods are very tasty, you can enjoy it. A nice restaurant and banquet hall are there. Gym is also there.

It's a classy place. We went there for a birthday party, We enjoyed their buffet which was great.

It was just ok , we have checked in at 7:30 pm where as standard check I time was 2 pm and the room was not ready we have to wait for 115-20 mins for the rooms , food is God rooms are clean and size is also OK.

There was a buffet dinner offered by my friend but the service at the time of buffet was not upto the mark. They need to improve in this area . A customer going for icecream doesn't find scoop spoon so comes back. I was given rotis after 10 minutes after I took my vegetables.

I was here for a very short time but it was a good place to stay. The rooms are okay with a good amount of options available in the mini bar. The dinner food quality was pretty good too. One shortfall is the elevator is quite low in number and slow to operate. I had to wait more than 10 mins once just to get inside the elevator. Thanks to Jayasree and Sumana for the smooth check in and check out experience.

Many trials and tribulations at the stay here at the fern an ecohotel... Issues with reception, they gave us a room that was already occupied...fortunately we saw the shoes strewn around as we entered and immediately got back down to reception and asked for another room... Then room service and chefs messed our instructions of "No green chillies" in our food...the bathroom sink was not draining properly...we have decided to go back once more to see if we get a better experience...

A grate hotel for rest and smal function like birthday party etc grate food and service staf behaviour is also good..
