Hotel staff service is good but maintenance of the rooms and amenities need to be improved.

I stayed at this hotel on 14 Sep 21 for one night. It is not a good hotel in my opinion . Staff is rude and mannerless. They charged me for breakfast for 126/- wherein they provided two pieces of bread with butter and one tea.When I booked the hotel it was showing free breakfast, but they charged me. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. When I entered in the room it was smelling, I asked them to spray room refresher, which they did. Bedding were of ordinary quality.

A decent place to stay, nearby Railway Station. Delightful with room facilities, infrastructure, services and staff.

Stayed here for 3 days but there are better options available, the price is high with low quality services. The AC is set to 22 and you can’t change it. They save electricity by this because the customer will not use it the whole night. Although the manager is soft spoken. I didn’t try anything at their restaurant or room service so can’t say anything about that.

Worst place to stay, the hotel rooms are small and not hygienic. The walls are water stained. AC doesn't work. Online pictures on booking.com and goibibo are edited and the hotel doesn't even look like that in real life. I booked the room but didn't stayed after seeing the reality. Also the rent charged is too much. We stayed in the hotel just adjacent to this named OYO Panchsheel and it's really good and reasonable too. As with RVG my experience was really bad and I would not recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is totally worthless, they will show you a well prepared room when you ask to see before checkin but when you complete checkin process they will give you a way different room which will be dirty , not proper electricity, room service staff took 15-25 minutes if we ask for anything to arrange, don’t waste your money and journey on this hotel seriously as yhis hotel ruined my visit to badodara .

It is the worst hotel in the world. And their manager has no humanity in them. Don't go to any hotel because you don't behave well in hotel.

Had a wonderful stay !! The room service staff is very helpful ... the reception personnel are quite cooperative ... The best part was a great combination of amenities provided with the cleanliness Nice behaviour of the staff the cleanliness bar being quite upto the mark in this budget

The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. It was a good Hotel to stay with your family, friend's or you are a couple. Helpful staff & Thanks to Mr Jigar, Vishal & Pankaj. Go for it 👍🏻

Hotel is good but managers are worst they don't response you untill you tell them 4 to 5 times I stayed more then 3days. Very worst hotel never want to visit here again 😡
