Room booked from Oyo rooms, hotel manager denied to gave room at online price booking and offered with higher prices. Pathetic room condition and horrible experience at 12 PM mid night. Not recommended and never going to use Oyo for future bookings.

Overall experience is quite good not above average. you can stay for night or two but if you want to explore city Better to search other options. room size quite good, queen size bed(bad)! service quite good, Location almost walking distance from bus station

We a family of 5, had a 2 day trip in Vadodara and chose to stay in this Hotel for a day. This hotel is located on the opposite of the back side Railway Station and all the attractions are quite near from this location. The individuals coming from Railway Station must definitely chose this to explore the city since it is very budget friendly. What I didn't like was the lack of parking for 4 wheelers. There is no basement or private parking area of this hotel. We had to park our car on road which felt little unsafe. We took 2 classic rooms that included AC. The thing we disliked was lack of elevator and we had one room on the third floor and one on first floor. The room condition was average and not soothing. The bathroom is not very well maintained and wash basin was very awful. I had to insist manager to move my parents to the room on the first floor to avoid long stairs and the hotel staff was quite humble and hospitable and he helped in every possible way. Room on the first floor was good at the price. They really need to work on their bathrooms and basins. Pros: Budget Friendly Stay. Very Near to Railway Station. Major tourist attractions are nearby. Good for friends & individuals. Flexible check-in timings. Cons: No Car Parking. No Elevator. Average Rooms & Bathrooms. Not good for families according to me. No kitchen inside hotel to order food to your room.

Bansal hotel beside 5 platform number side. AC rooms and non AC rooms are available at the reasonable rate. Restaurants service is also available in the basement. Good hospitality by the staff. Taxi facilities are available for 24 hour. Fully vegetarian.

I wish I could give this Zero star rating. I didn't want to rate it even but I think the owner should realise that he is losing his customers due to the lazyness and truancy, soldering on the job. The rooms are not clean and sanitized as they show in photographs. I had to cancel the booking after seeing the dirty rooms. They showed me two rooms which were in very bad condition and they claimed those as very good. So I simply refused and cancelled the booking. Please don't do this to any customer.

They have a tie up with OYo but when you booked through OYO and got a good deal and when you arrived at property they say we don't provide rooms in the prices offered by OYO then i would suggest Hotel Bansal please cancel your association with OYO or else fullfill the commitment given by OYO, Pathetic experience once again, in a city like Baroda where traveling cost you so much and you reach one property booked by OYO then manager denies your entry then OYO shifts you in another hotel which is far away it's cost you a healthy amount in travelling please stop this scam

Not recommended, rooms were dull and not well ventilated, window AC made lot of noise, toilet was broken. No private parking, had to park on roads. The room photos shown on website and in actual are different. Its located nearby railway station, hence, lot background noise especially at night.

Prices are moderate, rooms are good enough with ac and TV working, very near yo transportation hub. Good enough for the price.

Rooms were not available at the given time ...temporary rooms allotted were highly unhygienic

Just near the railway station..Best service I stayed here for the two times and both the time i got the nice service and the behavior of the staff was so polite 😊❤
