The room is not hygiene. Water tap is running and flush is not proper. I asked twice time to change room but they refused. Not satisfied.

Miss behavior. Online booking not accepted. Demand extra money 💰. Using bad language and open challenge to oyo and customer's.

It was a very comfortable stay. I was confused about booking tickets for statue of unity, but the staff was eager to help me through the whole process and made sure that I had my tickets booked as per my convenience.

The staff is friendly and rooms are available at affordable and reasonable rates, there is low availability for parking as it is located in city, but can be managed. The location is very good. Just walkable from sursagar lake and bang in the City center. Near Lakshmi Vilas palace. Rooms are just ok. AC works fine, but street sound is clearly heard on the first floor. Value for money.

Worst experience. Staff behaviour was not good worst hospitality. I have paid on Oyo for room and the staff was like 'I am not going to give you room because the cost was less than 1300 on Oyo app. He was only interested in giving rooms to couples. Don't book this place online or offline because hospitality is not good and staff talked to me very rudely.The staff present at reception was telling me that it is a 3 star hotel but I think that It is only a couple spot nothing more than that.

The worst hotel i have ever seen, the price were hiked by the hotel instead of already being paid on Oyo app. Rooms were so small, bed is third class, bathroom was not opening. The staff were third class. Service is the worst ever. I recommend no one to visit this hotel. you would be the dumbest person if you book this hotel
