I had my eyebrows tinted by master Ksenia Kolomeev. The master level is very low. I didn't like the eyebrow coloring. The eyebrows turned out not even, the edges and the beginning are different, the paint is smeared. One eyebrow is blurry on top, the other has a clear but not even edge. No markings were made before painting. Not degreased. The paint was washed off with cotton wool soaked in tap water, and then the craftsman stopped turning on the water altogether and simply pulled the tap and wet the cotton wool with the drops that spilled out. The master tried to wipe off all the unevenness in the painting that I mentioned during painting with a remover, which was already starting to burn my skin. I don't want to come to this master anymore.

Marina is such an attentive hairdresser that I was surprised when she told me about the peculiarities of my hair growth and made a haircut taking them into account. My haircut was perfect. In bad weather, clean or not, I always had a beautiful haircut. Six months later, I turned to the master again and was pleased with the result. Marina is not only an excellent master, but also a pleasant woman, talking with whom time flies in the salon. It’s a pity that now I’m not in Moscow and can’t use Marina’s services again. By the way, I got my hair cut again, but with a different hairdresser in another city. I will say that the difference is very noticeable, they no longer cut my hair as expertly as Marina. I recommend 100%!!!

I made an appointment at the salon for the first time to have the coating removed due to an allergy. After the procedure, I noticed at home that almost all the nails had been left with a base layer, and the cuticles had colored varnish. They also told me one price over the phone, and another at the reception. I had to clarify that there was a different amount over the phone, and only after that the administrator, with a dissatisfied face, agreed with the amount that was quoted over the phone. At the salon she explained that I had an allergy, but they still left the base layer on, so I had to go to another salon to remove it completely.
