If there was a poorer review rating. I'd be the first one to give them. After you're in, they say that they clean the apartment every 10 days, the other receptionist says they clean every 7 days. Nobody has a clue. One receptionist says they send shampoo, dishwasher tablets, soap only once when you enter. Other receptionist promises to send but never does really. Coffee tea and tissues kept in the room is only for first day. After that buy yours or check out everyday and check in every day to get all the stuff back. If the receptionist is kind she would listen else you're at God's mercy. One of the receptionist Irina says, to ask anything please write to your company who signed contract with us. Really..!!! Their walls are so transparent to sound that at night if you switch on the TV, your neighbors surely either enjoy the news or complain about the noise. Best part is the receptionists are clueless and don't care about even on informing and feedback. I have stayed here since 20 days and then writing this review. I had chosen service apartment over Azimuth/Marriott because we wanted to cook and eat our desired stuff but seems we were grossly mistaken in choosing Intermark Residence.

I had a good stay but there is something that guest be aware of, there is an Egyptian scammer sitting in the lobby most of the time I emailed the hotel but he is still there neither the hotel reception nor administration has taken any action!!!!! Please be careful and don't give him money لقد حظيت بإقامة جيدة ولكن هناك شيء يجب أن يكون النزيل على علم به، وهو وجود محتال مصري يجلس في الردهة معظم الوقت يستهدف السياح الخليجين وأرسلت بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى الفندق لكنه لا يزال موجودًا ولم يتخذ مكتب استقبال الفندق ولا الإدارة أي إجراء!!! !! يرجى توخي الحذر وعدم إعطائه المال

I stayed in the apartment for a week. The staff made it clear that we’re won’t be any house keeping unless for the trash and they were changing it every day. The location is perfect, a lot of restaurants around especially the halal ones and a lot of supermarkets around. The staff are so friendly and I highly recommend that you add 2 more staff so it’s 2 staff per shift. I had a good experience and I highly recommend to stay there.

Very Nice Apartments, You feel like you are sitting in a 5 Stars Hotel, 24/7 Reception and Security, Home Service Everyday And Good View (An Big W!)

this hotel is not a 4 star hotel no where near that.They clean it every 7 days thats what they’re supposed to be doing but no you have to demand the receptionist for someone to clean.they wanted to charge us for a stained sheet with chocolate as if they cant wash it. the rooms are super samll barley can put our suit case.the bathroom is TINYYY. the curtains are horrible they are no use ,the sun is in our face once its out. poor service poor cleaning.once they see arabs they make them pay and fine us for absolutely anything but of course we didnt pay because it was ridiculous reasons. i do not recommend. save yourself some time and effort and book a hotel with good service and enjoy your stay.
