Этот фитнес- клуб стал уже родным( хожу туда со дня его основания, уже около 10 лет) Раньше он был Зеброй. Теперь со сменой владельца и названия на мой взгляд комфорта стало немного больше! Всё в общем неплохо!

Низкая стоимость годового абонемента - это пожалуй единственное преимущество, если конечно вы готовы мирится с переполнением клуба. В маленький зал запись 22 человека, при фактической его возможности вместить16-17 человек. На некоторые занятия вообще нельзя попасть, - дамы преклонного возраста караулят запись на занятия аква-аэробикой, за два месяца там ни одного раза не было свободных мест для записи. При этом поток оформляющих клубные карты только растет.

The price-quality ratio is average. There are disadvantages, like everywhere else. For example, there are a lot of non-working cardio workers, and due to the promotions there is too much people. It is not always possible to swim or go to the sauna comfortably. But the coaches are fire))

У меня сюда дочка-подросток ходит в бассейн, по юниорской карте. Она плавает хорошо, так что ходит самостоятельно, без сопровождающего взрослого абонемента. Посещает групповые занятия в бассейне (по рекомендации ортопеда), разные, у разных тренеров. Я вижу результат: осанка стала выравниваться. Особенно дочери нравится у Марии С. заниматься. В клубе, говорит, всем довольна, всё на уровне: чистота, сервис, доброжелательность. Одним словом, мы все довольны.

A very good room for the money (by local standards - at the time of purchase ~ 3000 per month). There are group classes and a swimming pool, which are included in any (sort of) subscription. In the morning the hall is practically free, but in the evening there are quite a lot of visitors. The simulators are working, but not the latest. Even if you haven’t purchased individual lessons, you can contact the trainers with questions (within reasonable limits). In addition, I want to say thank you to coach Mikhail Antipov. I purchased the subscription at the beginning of August. At first I went a little and mostly went to the pool. In order to motivate myself to attend more thoroughly, in September I finally decided to purchase a block of individual training. And, as it turned out, not in vain. Within a month of training with Mikhail, I was able to quickly lose excess weight (from 92 to 84 kg) and began to feel much more energetic. In addition, thanks to the individual approach of the trainer, including physical exercises and stretching, the tremors in my legs, which had been bothering me for quite some time, practically disappeared. For that, thanks again to Mikhail.

The rehab therapy I had there with a trainer helped me move much better. Thanks.

I have been a member of the club since 2016. Back then it was called Zebra Fitness. It was a great place. Recently, the quality of staff has declined, and some equipment has fallen into disrepair. And then I found out that the building would be demolished. A very sad day. What's even sadder is that they raised prices but continued to accept membership renewals and deliberately kept the planned demolition a secret. I should have known something unusual was going to happen when the entire staff suddenly changed.

Sales manager Sophia called within 2 weeks. We agreed that I would come to training at 9 am and then go and buy a card from her at 10 am, if everything was ok. I specified several times that I could come. I came)))) in a rather unfriendly manner, as if it was my fault and this was my problem, I was refused by the girl Aida at the reception, something from the series: “I don’t know anything, Sophia isn’t picking up the phone, I can’t let you in, wait an hour before it appears, but in my opinion it’s not working today.” Conclusions: There is clearly no internal communication, sales can only make calls - apparently they have not been taught further. Judging by the tone, the potential client absolutely doesn’t give a damn, at least at the reception - no smile, no friendliness, not a single “sorry” - but only a dissatisfied face that he was stuck with his problems early in the morning. In short, the collective farm...

I've been going to the club since the opening, I really like everything! Very pleasant staff, as soon as you walk in you immediately feel warm in your soul from their smiles and friendliness! All professionals in their field It's a shame that the city administration don't care about all this and an affordable excellent club is forced to close!

The best place in Moscow! There is everything, including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can train, run, swim, box. There are no places equal in price and options. It's a shame that the building will be demolished.
