It's far from the central zone of the city, public transport is limited in the surroundings, uber or a rent-a-car service is advised. The disgusting attitude of the administrator, who has not shown up for the whole day to solve problems... the staff is not on site - you won’t get a call and won’t get it... we’ve been waiting for the book of complaints for 2 hours... we don’t return the money and we can’t leave for the whole day... .there is no promised breakfast, no slippers, the lights turn off periodically and the administrator, the famous Albina, is rude on the phone to those who came for the holidays. As a guest, it was my birthday and my mood was spoiled...So this is not a place where you will receive the agreed upon services and ruin your impression of the trip and have a nervous breakdown
