I tried to leave a review for the master, but I couldn’t choose him from the list. She did everything right. There was a case when I made an appointment with a master a month in advance and when I called a week in advance, I was told that the master would not be available. They couldn’t offer me another time, they hired me and didn’t call me back. I called myself several times to get an appointment! 3. Many NEW masters are generally unprofessional. Be careful when recording. I recently went to get my eyebrows done by master Veronica Soima, and the redness still doesn’t go away and itches... it’s terrible. All the skin was scratched with tweezers. First time in 20 years they plucked it like that)) Before this, several times I was extremely disappointed with the haircut and coloring done by Alla Sypkova and Tatyana Sloeva. Because the price tag did not match the quality. But understanding came later, when an alternative was found. And now I know exactly what a pro should be! And for almost a year, in 2018-2019, I went for laser hair removal and no one would say that there is no point in doing this for a long time, since the hair is bleached and no laser will take it anymore.     I recently visited Estetik before the presentation of the project at the head office in Moscow. Had a haircut and manicure. Wonderful cozy and friendly place. The time was not wasted. The masters are simply top class. She looked her best! I'll stop by again if the opportunity arises; I often travel to Moscow on business, and this salon is right next to work.
