One of the most professional, patient and competent doctors ! Highly recommended

This is an unhappy experience. The young receptionist (also the translator, because I’m Chinese and cannot speak French very well at present) is impatient. When I ask her if she can help me to seek the doctor’s opinion of the medicine I’m taking for my teeth. She rejected me and acted my request is unreasonable, she spoke loudly to me and said I need to go back to my family doctor. Maybe she just misunderstood my request at first, but her attitude made me feel quite uncomfortable. Because at least I show my respect to her. Of course, when I say “Thank you”, she has no response. Also, after the consultation, there is no ordonnance from doctor. Also, for the plombage, when I ask the price, it seemed like I asked one weird question that no one can answer. Before I went to this center, I was really happy that I can speak Chinese to go to the doctor in a foreign country. But I regret to go to this center and will not suggest others to come here.

Horrible medical center! Very unprofessional and not helpful. Furthermore they say they speak English but no one can speak English.

Le traitement reçu par les travailleurs de cette clinique a été très bon, en commençant par la réception et en continuant au cabinet. Dr CALVO décisif, professionnel et sympathique. J'ai eu de la chance qu'il parlait ma langue et tout était plus facile.

J’ai effectué un contrôle et détartrage dans ce centre, effectué par le Dr Calvo. Chaque employé ici : secrétaire, assistante dentaire et dentiste sont juste extrêmement gentils, serviables, à l’écoute. Je suis pourtant assez phobique du dentiste ! Ça fait un bien fou de voir qu’il y a des gens super pro et super sympa par la même occasion. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Le Dentiste monsieur CALVO c’est de l’amour a l’état pure !!!!! Il est bienveillant à l’écoute et HUMAIN vis-à-vis de ses patients et très professionnel et perfectionniste vis-à-vis de son travail. C’est un très bon dentiste ! De base j’ai très peur des dentiste mais lui il vous mets en confiance et vous explique les étapes pour soigner votre dents. Les assistantes dentaires sont très gentilles et met en confiance et sont complémentaires avec le dentiste. Les secrétaires du dentiste sont très professionnels. Le seule petit bémols sont les toilettes il faudrait sans doute mettre un désodorisant mais sa reste correct. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Tout d'abord il faut remercier les secrétaires de l'accueil. Toujours agréables et disponibles. J'ai été suivie par le docteur Calvo, dentiste. Très compétent professionnel et très à l'écoute. Même remerciements pour son assistante. Je recommande ces professionnels on se sent en sécurité et bien pris en charge

Je déconseille FORTEMENT "Docteur" QU!! Honnêtement je suis très déçu de mon rendez-vous avec lui. Il n'écoute pas quand on lui parle, il est constamment hors sujet, aucune diplomatie, parle avec agressivité (ça m'a énormément choqué), c'est limite si il veut repousser les patients. Mais maintenant que je vois les avis je ne suis pas étonné, comme quoi, il est super important de verifier les avis avant de consulter certains sois disant "médecins". À coup sûr c'est la première et DERNIÈRE fois que je mets les pieds là-bas. Les secrétaires par contre sont très sympathiques.

Rude and unprofessional: Doctor Chen examined my foot injury for 1 minutes and said I just wear the wrong shoes. I showed her my X-ray then she got annoyed and yelled at me “IF YOU DON’T LISTEN, DON’T COME BACK!” She looked at the bruise on my foot and said “this is just ‘sun-burn’.” Well I will not come back for sure. At the end she scrawled the prescription in bad hand writing and refused to explain me what it is. 2019.07.16 “The Doctor is a professional” but what if I can prove that Doctor Chen is wrong? I’m diagnosed with walking problem and I need a CT scan. When she looked at my scan of multi-fractures she said “there is nothing”. During the meeting I had a feeling that she just wanted to end it as quick as possible. I was badly treated and your cynical reply doesn’t make it any better.

A huge improvement to Doctor Calvo, so happy, charismatic and very professional in his work. From this point of view we refer to all the personnel who work in the center, perhaps, from the beginning we will demonstrate to them that they are pacientes, empaticos and professionals. You have sincerely acknowledged the Republic of Health Center for its compromise with its patients and for all its mention previously. A huge thank you to Doctor Calvo, always cheerful, charismatic and very professional in his work. In the same way, I refer to all the staff who work in the center, because, from the first day, they have shown patience, empathy and professionalism. I faithfully recommend the Republic Health Center for its commitment to its patients and for all of the above.

I waited so long for this moment and it was worth it. I thank Doctor CALVO very much for his kindness and professionalism. Doctor CALVO changed my smile and I am sincerely very happy with the final result. When I see my photos before the start of treatment compared to those after, I am a new person, now I can smile. I thank Dr. CALVO very much, for these very comforting words throughout the treatment and his wisdom for reframing me so as not to change healthy teeth (in hindsight this is very important) I thank the firm, I was a little harsh and impatient but in the end I am very satisfied with the final result. I highly recommend. I would also like to thank the people at reception for their good treatment and kindness during all the appointments I had.

I recommend 100%! If you make an appointment with Mr. Calvo, go there with your eyes closed, he is smiling and funny. You can trust him without worries, very reliable, fast and does an excellent job.

After having been to several dentists I am happy here. And it reassures me to finally have a single place to provide my care and ask questions. Dr Calvo, who follows me, is efficient and educational, and I am just as reassured with the people who accompany him: the assistants but also the secretaries at reception.

Dr. Calvo is a good professional, he completed my treatment and I am very satisfied, with patience and with the minimum pain inevitable from anesthesia. The treatment received at reception by the girls was magnificent throughout.

Exceptional dental experience with Dr. Calvo! I would like to clarify that this evaluation is specifically dedicated to Dr. Calvo and not to the Health Center in general. Having had a dental phobia, I was extremely stressed when I had to renew my bridge. However, thanks to Dr. Calvo, the procedure turned out to be surprisingly bearable. Dr. Calvo was not only empathetic, but also caring, exuding an incredibly positive energy. You could tell that he loved his work and that he accomplished it with dedication and perfection. On several occasions, he sent the bridge back to the laboratory to make adjustments, always aiming for the perfect result. Additionally, Dr. Calvo was extremely concerned about making sure I was pain free and comfortable. He created a pleasant atmosphere with his exceptional musical selection (he had remarkable musical taste!) and his positive nature. A big thank you also to her assistants, who also did a wonderful job and are very friendly <3 I highly recommend this young, friendly and highly talented dentist to everyone.
