The most racist hotel! Beware, their attitude changes according to your nationality 👎🏻 I booked two rooms for a week , but I can’t travel for 3 days due to an emergency operation for one of my family members. He had a heart problem and we were not able to travel, and when I arrived at them on the fourth day (the rooms were supposed to exist because I had paid previously! !!) But when I arrived, they had given the rooms to other people without informing me in advance and without a policy stating that: How do you give a paid room to other people!! In addition, they asked me to pay extra for me and my family for one room 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and some of the employees are extremely rude!

I don’t normally write bad reviews but I think it would be unfair to anyone looking to book this hotel if I didn’t share. Firstly - arrived on the hottest day in July, I am six months pregnant and there was no drinking water in the room or cups for water. We were offered water if we purchase bottles from the hotel for a ridiculous price. Thankfully there is a shop next door to pick up water and anything else you might want in your room. We booked the junior suite on booking.com. The room is okay - super outdated and the carpet is really gross. Looks like it’s seen better days and then some. Towels were nice though. The noise at night is INSANE - i maybe slept 2 solid hours. Between the traffic, bottle collection, yelling people and the construction it’s probably more peaceful sleeping on the floor at Heathrow during summer holidays. I can not stress enough - if you book this place do not take street side. The hotel offered to swap rooms which was kind but they only had a tiny room and we had three people. What I want to warn about is the money scam. We booked this hotel using an Amex on booking.com. The price we had was about £500 which was reasonable. I was alerted that the card had not worked so I swapped it for my visa assuming maybe the property did not accept Amex. I was alerted again the card wasn’t accepted - odd as I never had an alert from my bank. I msged the hotel asking if they needed me to call or maybe only took MasterCard. No reply. I called the hotel they said I have to msg via booking.com. Tried again. No reply. Then my booking was canceled with less than a week before we arrive! I called the hotel and they suggested to book it again to avoid not having any room and they would sort the price when the manager was available. I did this - the room now costing £900. I was in touch with booking.com who told me it had to be sorted out with the property and they can decide to honour the original price. When checking out we explained the situation to the gentleman at the desk he was rude and would not listen - demanding I pay and being quite aggressive (I mean I’m a pregnant women and it was just me, my mom and my 12 year old niece) not a great experience. In the end we paid after feeling very threatened. I cried all the way to the airport. It was a horrible experience

The worst hospitality worst attitude and ethics!!! From the moment we got in the hotel to every other interaction their attitude was just terrible. We arrived at the hotel early around 10 am. They were well aware how tiring it was being outside over 30 hours from the office in Asia then straight to the airport to Paris. They promised the room at 2 pm which I well understood. Then 2:30 I went back the hotel to check in they were still not ready with any room, yet they still act super sloppy and still super grumpy with such negative attitude for reasons I have NO IDEA why and what for??? Then they pushed it till after 3pm and finally gave me a room - but whenever I say/ask anything, the perhaps manager old guy with short hair, lady, and the bellman, (who acted more like a rich noble man’s housekeeper the whole time???!), look just super annoyed and say bad words in french without even answering me (my questions were legitimate regarding my stat!) At check out, the bellman (again) and the old manager guy were there to give me a worst check out experience thanks to their negative attitude like they look at non-caucasion/asian as immigrants- and we weren’t even traveling in a cheap tourist group, we were there to just shop and staycation and escape the heat jn asia - clearly contributing to their GDP. TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY

Carolina from the front office at hotel Saint Petersburg opera Paris had the audacity to tell us ( repeat customers who visited the hotel more than 10 times and called it home ) “I hope I will not see your face again” She was claiming that she told us ( me and my wife ) that the price of the shuttle van that was to take us to the airport was $85 ! She by the way never told us the price She went on to tell us that we were causing so many problems and were complaining a lot ! No one would act this way towards a customer who by the way are the people who provide their paychecks and make the employees of that hotel’s life financially comfortable. She is not to act without the approval of her supervisor who answer to the owner and I don’t think the owner will appreciate that his hotel’s customers would be treated like that ! Furthermore Eliana at the front desk came out screaming telling us that the price for the booked van is $95 while the van driver is telling me it’s $85 ! She show me a piece of paper with Hotel prices that she claims are the prices we should pay. Very rude and disrespectful not caring about anyone at the hotel from customers and passing by making a scene in front of them. What a shame that those employee don’t have any sense of customer service and act in a way to scare customers away.. There is very nice and helpful employee who we love and actually made friend with and we want to thank them very much ! We love the hotel and we never thought booking in any other hotel but those employee has made us think twice to really keep coming to our beloved hotel where we created so many memories for years..it’s a shame and the owner/manager ought to know what’s going on and take actions to fix that ! We are very hurt and sad to be treated like that and need to hear from the decision makers at that hotel ! Thank you

Very disappointed in the front desk staff. Be careful if staying here and may need any helpful directions. I am a host to groups in Europe and would never treat others how we've been treated at this hotel.

I was staying at the hotel with my family from October 4th to 9th. There were four guests, two rooms and the reservation was made through booking. We had an unpleasant experience when we ordered a taxi to Orly Airport through the hotel reception. We chose to do it this way because they claimed that they had an agreement with the taxi company for fixed prices for transportation to Paris airports: 55 Euros for Orly and 60 Euros for Charles de Gaulle at that time. When we arrived in Orly, the taxi company driver (Nguyen Pierre) charged us 20 euros more than what we agreed on, totaling 75 euros. As we were worried about checking in, we decided to pay and not discuss it at the moment. We later complained to the hotel, but nothing was done to refund the amount. Apart from this unpleasant incident, the stay was reasonable: the room I stayed in, Classic Double Room, was a little small, the shower was open causing the floor to flood every time I took a shower, the location was perfect, the cleanliness was ok, the staff were very attentive and the breakfast was great, although it was not included in the price.

Nice hotel , well placed in the city center , walkable to any part of Paris easily . Close by the departments stores , opera . Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood as well . The room was fine , very quiet and spacious. The gym is very small … only 3 machines and a bench . Can do better for sure . The breakfast was not great … not much variety as well . Improvements can be done in those area

We enjoyed our stay. The room was well equipped and quite a reasonable size. We also unexpectedly got an upgrade with a small terrace that was a welcome bonus. Bathroom layout was slightly cramped and awkward and would have perhaps worked better with a shower instead of a full bath, but I was happy to have a soak in there! Service was good; helpful and friendly. Hotel was impeccably clean, no complaints. Only slight criticism would be that we used all the shower gels and didn’t get any replacements by our fourth day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the Opera and I believe there are 3-4 Metro stations with 400 meters. We had a super room with a bathtub on the 6th floor facing the inner courtyard, 🤫🤫🤫 quiet. Check-in was fast and we got a nice warm smile from Gabriela. 🙂🤗. Breakfast with coffee of your choice, nice variation of morning food, including fruit salad, and for the tough going, egg 🥚🥚 and 🥓 plus many different types of bread. Would we come again, absolutely, the smile and support staff is a bonus.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The service, staff and location, everything was amazing. Due to jet lag we were hungry and couldn't find food at 5:30am. One of the receptionists was sweet enough to find us coffee and croissant at that time. Really appreciate your service! My only complaint about the hotel is the rooms are really small. There is no way you can open 2 checked bags in these rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect part of town to get anywhere you need to be. The main thing that I absolutely adore about this hotel is the incredible staff. They were unbelievably friendly, went way above and beyond to get me an extra room during my stay, were always friendly and approachable, even when they were busy. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Paris and this was my 4th trip.

Terrible. Prepaid from Australia, 2 rooms same Price, same Size. Arrived at 11pm, one nice size room, 1 room you couldn’t even open your luggage in it was so Small. After complaining, management offered to change rooms but would have to cancel prepaid tours to do so as had to do it by 1pm. When advised them Of this, they couldn’t care less. Shocking service when they knew 2 exactly the same rooms had been prepaid, and then they tried to dress it up by saying that the small room Was for my parents. What rubbish, my father wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed with the luggage stacked around the bed. They will never see us again.

Spent 3 wonderful days at this hotel. Attentive and warm staffs who go all their way out to make my stay much more pleasant. It was a joy walking thru the lobby everyday. My special thanks to Benoit for making my stay in the hotel feel like home away from home.

Fantastic and well located hotel in Paris. I loved that we could just walk out and find so many things within 2 to 3 minutes of walking including the opera and so many shops! Our room was great and the staff was helpful! Special shout out to Michael who was helpful on multiple occasions with our bags as well as answering several questions for us.

A real gem near Opera, in a quiet area and yet, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The reception welcomes you in a relaxed elegance. All staff very professional, welcoming and speaks good English. Breakfast with a selection of cheese, charcuterie, fruit salad, pancakes, of course croissant and pain au chocolat, and the coffee is made on order - espresso, cappuccino etc. The room has beautiful furniture decorations. Hairdryer and all necessary toilet articles. Spotless clean and quiet aircondition. We got on our request a room facing the backyard rather than the street, it was so quiet. We loved the place!

Have nothing even a tiny bit bad to say about this place. A 4 star hotel that felt very much like a 5. Rooms felt very much of luxury quality, with a nice view even though we didn’t face the street. Lovely and clean and very spacious. Reception was always helpful and kindly accommodated our limited French and spoke English with us. Amazing location in Paris, close to multiple stations and in the middle of bustling local food spots, but in a quiet pocket that felt safe and secluded enough to relax. Highly recommend staying here!

Not good for families with small children!I booked for a superior triple room and the room i received was totally different than the one I saw in the pictures! The triple room is enough only for 2 people and a very small child! If you are family with 3 small children like me you have to buy two rooms and is impossible to sleep with your wife because you have to leave two small children to sleep alone in the other room!In my opinion you cannot sleep well in that hotel if you have 3 small children

Great location for shoppers! We stayed pre-pandemic… and there was construction around the hotel. The room was a bit dated. Paint peel… and no view… but honestly we stayed out most of the day, so it was fine. It was 3 girls with 3 big suitcases; for a 4 night stay. A few blocks to all the famous brands, Chanel, Givenchy, Prada, and close to Printemps & Galleria mall. Breakfast was ok too. Walking distance to a metro and cafes near by. Know your priorities and then pick. We went for proximity, vs. glam… so it worked for us.

It’s supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but this is not what you expect when you pay for a 4 stars. We had to argue since day one because they ask for a payment that was already made. There is no communication between the employees. We email the hotel 2 weeks in advance to let them know the distribution of the rooms and they did everything wrong and what was worse, they didnt want to change it. We had to wait 1 hour at 10pm in reception to have the changes we asked at 2pm done. Very very bad service.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. The lobby is bright and well decorated and includes a water bottle filling station as well as other beverages. The rooms have plenty of outlets and are decently sized. The bed is king size, however it’s two twin mattress pushed together. The mattresses are extremely firm and most of my fellow American travelers will probably never have encountered anything like it. That being said it wasn’t a problem for us and we slept well anyway. The hotel was quiet and the air conditioning worked well, which was great since it was very hot when we visited. The Wi-Fi was fairly fast, much better than in London The location is great with a bakery and several restaurants just steps away, as well as bus and metro stations. The staff were all friendly too. I would recommend this hotel if you’re ok with the extremely firm mattress

The express breakfast provides good value and quick service. (9 EURO) And the location is great, Auber RER station is just 5 mintutes walking distance for going to Disney.

This hotel would be ok had it not been for the exorbitant prices they charge for what they provide. It is central but extremely old, with beds and furniture feeling like they are from 1970s. They gave us a horrible triple room initially right next to the elevator with a very low ceiling. The staff is also very combative, especially the general manager. Overall, don’t stay here - it’s a waste of money and you’ll leave wondering how on earth you paid so much for so little.

Our party of 9 (ages ranging from 12 to 77) stayed at Hotel Saint-Petersbourg Opera in June of 2022. The rooms were well appointed, the public area was both elegant and comfortable and the staff was attentive. I only wish I recalled the name of the mademoiselle who attended to us at check in. We had a slight communications disconnect when checking in (the hotel had a record of an extra room). The mademoiselle had the foresight to get my party to their rooms quickly knowing that she and I (+ hotel manager if need be) could privately work through the extra room issue. The mark of a great hotel is when there is an issue and it's handled with expediency and grace. Way to go Hotel Saint-Petersbourg. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love a good breakfast and Hotel Saint had a wonderful delicious breakfast. The location is perfect for local travel, room is very clean, friendly staff and has everything you need for a short stay. If and when we return, we will make reservations here again. Great job Hotel Saint.

Very poor service and hotels will go out of their way to charge extra on check-out! Don't stay in this hotel. The room was very small and noisy. It was very noisy at night. Breakfast is bad.
