đź‘Ťđź‘Ť Two reviews in one because I loved these tours so much. I have been living in Paris for the past few months, and when I had family visit we tried the Chocolate and Pastry Tour. Alice was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and nice! The sweets were a bit heavy, but she made sure we knew we could... We loved the Montmartre Like a Local tour with Juan!! He guided us to the most excellent restaurants, shops, and bakeries while at the same time helping us avoid the tourist traps of Montmartre. We had delicious food, actually food beyond my wildest dreams!! Probably the best chocolate eclair of my life..and not just life until now, life until end. We were traveling as a family with my two kids ages seven and nine and he was very accommodating. Understanding that we walk a little bit slower and even bringing the kids fancy apple juice in the wine shop so they felt included and special. We also stopped at the bakery featured in " miraculous ladybug girl " which was exciting for my kids and we got to eat and learn about lamination. Later in the day my kids were reviewing bread from other shops using their new knowledge. At the market we learned about Terroir through cheese and ham which was fascinating. We sat down at two bistros, one for a sausage dish and the other for quiche. I loved that we had tables waiting for us and the food came out fresh but quickly. If you are on the fence about a food tour I would suggest you pull the trigger on this one. It was so worth it! You will come to appreciate the food of Paris as much as the monuments. It's a small group and our guide Juan was really nice and gave us tips for the rest of our trip. He was happy to answer all our questions and really cared that everyone had a great day. Tip- don't have breakfast before joining this tour! You will be full.

My husband, 5 year old and myself went on a 3:30 afternoon tour of Paris with Davide and 2 other folks. The weather was cold and windy but Davide tried to bring us inside whenever he could. The stops were all delicious and we learned a ton about French culture, people and food throughout the afternoon/evening. He also kept us laughing with many personal stories. Highly recommend and next time we are in Paris will request another tour with him. Thank you!

Had so much fun with this tour! Food was delicious and Arturo was super knowledgeable and friendly! He explained the history of many places we had passed along with places we’ve visited which were super interesting! This tour made my visit in Paris even better especially with the delicious dishes/pastries! I would definitely recommend taking this tour :)

Our guide Julia was absolutely brilliant. It was a food and history tour combined with a lot of fascinating information on the history of Paris, the origins of France’s famous foods, and the history of the local Marais area and what makes it unique. Highly recommended.

The Paris Ultimate Food Tour was everything we wanted from a Paris food and wine tour. We were impressed with Devour’s focus on quality. We’ve participated in several other similar tours, but this was clearly the best. The food covered a broad range of stops and selections, and the combined amounts were easily enough to serve as meal. The online tour itinerary was quite detailed so we knew what we were getting and could select the time that suited us. It was clear that each shop was selected because of the quality of the food and not a discount for bringing in a tour group. The real star of the tour was our guide, Joshua, who was extremely knowledgeable -- not only about the food itself, but how it was linked to the culture and history of France. Joshua clearly addressed all our questions and pointed out other sights of historical interest along the way such as the remains of the original medieval city wall around Paris. It was like listening to a super interesting college lecture. The final stop was in a comfortable loft reserved for our group to taste some fine wines and a select group of French cheeses. Based on our experience in Paris, we’ve decided to stay with Devour tours for future trips to Europe.

Toma was an excellent guide and provided a wonderful food tour. We enjoyed all the tasting opportunities and it was wonderful to enjoy the best of French food in establishments often dating back many generations. It was a highlight of our trip to France.

We did the Tapas, Taverns, and History tour in Barcelona with Arianna. This was one of my favorite experiences in Barcelona - we did it the night we arrived. We had such a lovely group and Arianna was super fun and knowledgable about the history, the region, and of course the food and drink. We went to 3 really local spots that we would not have picked on our own and got a pre-set table with all the food. I would 1000% recommend this tour and try to get Arianna. It’s the perfect way to get a fun tour of the city, history, culture, and a try some amazing bites and sips. We also got a really great tip on ordering and it helped us navigate some pots later on our trip. We also did the Gracia tour with Dom and that was also really great. Really really fell in love with the Gracia neighborhood.

I fully recommend the Ultimate food tour! Our guide David was so fun, he shared his detailed knowledge about food in Europe, from current production through the history of foods. He added just the right level of detail to be engaging and entertaining but not overload people. Truly informative, and best of all he was super relaxed and a total pleasure to be with. And the foods we tried were scrumptious—new and interesting places we would not have found by ourselves. I am happy to recommend the tour to friends. I plan to do other Devour tours based on this experience!

I did 2 food tours with Devour in Paris, the Ultimate and the Latin Quarter. The guides for each of these tours, Davide and Julia respectively, were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating of dietary restrictions. The tours were done at an appropriate pace. Food tastings and interesting facts and history were offered at each stop. A great way to learn more about the area, its food and culture!

We took a tour with Davide today and it was a highlight of our Paris trip. He has a degree in gastronomy as well as culinary experience, which greatly enhances the tour. He is personable (learned everyone’s names!), engaging and very funny. One tip - come hungry as the tastings are decent portions and with 8 stops you will be more than satisfied. Definitely will recommend to fellow foodies visiting the city.

My husband and I enjoyed a little taste of Paris on the last day of our trip with Devour Tours and our guide Juan. From the delicious croissants to the best macarons and chocolates to charcuterie—all in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements—we walked, we learned, and we left satiated. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. We’d highly recommend this tour for anyone traveling to Paris.

After doing two devour food tour in other cities, I was excited to experience Paris offering. Our guide was really knowledgeable and friendly, and the places we visited were mostly excellent; especially when they focussed on the French cuisine. What was disappointing was the inclusion non-French dishes to try to demonstrate what locals may eat based on immigration and other influences. I’d still recommend the tour, but would have preferred a French culinary focus.

Two reviews in one because I loved these tours so much. I have been living in Paris for the past few months, and when I had family visit we tried the Chocolate and Pastry Tour. Alice was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and nice! The sweets were a bit heavy, but she made sure we knew we could take anything to go so definitely bring a tote bag! This tour was so great that I decided to book another one on my own for the next week. Toma was my guide for the sunset aperitif tour, and she was equally knowledgeable and kind. We had a small group and shared some great laughs and discussion about the city, where we were from, recommendations, etc. I would definitely recommend this tour. It gives a great example of what apéro in Paris looks like. I would recommend this tour to anyone who visits (or even lives in) Paris and speaks english! There are so many things to do in the city and it is nice to start out with recommendations. My piece of advice is that if you book the tour, book for the first part of your trip if possible as the tour guides are going to offer you great recommendations of places to eat and see in Paris.

We loved our Paris Ultimate Food Tour! Our guide Dave was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The selection of stops on our tour gave us good variety. We discovered places we never would have found and more importantly, the stories and information that Dave shared made each stop a memorable one. Thank you Dave for a wonderful afternoon with Devour Tours!
