I love their Crispy chicken joy! Customer service is also ok

I was the last customer. I came barely an hour before closing time. They close at 8PM due to curfew which starts at 9PM. I was told that dine-in service was already unavailable and they would only cater to takeout orders. So takeout it is. The staff handed me my order and left. When I arrived home and opened the food pack, the gravy was all over the paper plate. The lid was not fully closed. The same story with the sofdrink. 1/3 spilled inside the pack due to loosely fitted lid. I may be the last customer but still a customer. They were so focused on going home it seems.

I was there awhile ago, waiting in the line for almost 10 minutes already. Not knowing that the cashier I am in will not take orders. And what makes me angry is that the staff and even the manager did not even say to me that I should transfer to another line, they are just looking at me. I was so furious that I almost bad mouthed them.

Love this place! It's clean and the staffs were accomodating.

I really like Jollibee Valencia for they are more well organized now unlike the previous years seems crowded inside. I like the arrangements, the crews are pleasing, and most of all i love the food.

Nice place I've eaten there for a long time and it was delicious even the burger stake and my favorite is the hamburger. Recommend going to this place or the new jollibee.

Chicken Joy 🍗 is still so yummy but it's becoming small.. The spaghetti 🍝 doesn't seem to taste as good as it was before.. They didn't clean our table so we cleared it ourselves.. 😕😔☺️😅 Maybe they are understaffed.. But I still love Jollibee.. 🥰🥳
