Do not bring your vehicle. This hotel is priced for people that have their own vehicles. But they have serious parking problems. The parking area is to small. On my second stay there. People had parked so close to my car, that I had to crawl into back and over seats to get in. Recently, told guard I was leaving early. Came out to find I was completly blocked in by someone that parked in front of my car! Made us very late for our morning appointment. There is simply no excuse for this kind of behavior or rudeness to paying guest.

Pricey. 4k for double room. Room was nice however it lacked hot water and cable TV was down. Went to Hotel Valencia (Taipan) the next night and they had both hot water and cable, for the half the price. One positive of Mm was their delicious breakfast which was included.

This is the favorite place we always checked-in everytime we travel to Bukidnon. The service is perfect though they do have limited parking space

I think this is one of the best Hotels or maybe the best Hotel in Valencia, MalayBalay and Environment. Combined with a very very good restaurant, a good place to stay! The Rooms are very good, i would like to have a hotel like this in Davao. Nice decoration, very clean, everything is working, everything is fine. You can stay here even if you expect a lot and expect a international standard hotel: You will be satisfied! Inside of the hotel you find the Confiserie Totsys, the deli tirsos, and a current closed Tisalonge. And, the main spot: the famos Roadhouse cafe. That's not an cafe, it is a first class restaurant! You can find my reviews for all of this three. Extra tipp: If you want to know what the Double m makes different from other Hotels in this area or better on the philippines: Just slide the bathroom door. They put a sliding mechanic here very rare in the philippines! The door is like hoovering. No sound, no noise on moving. Don't hope for a extraordinary view: The Hotel is direct inside of the center of valenica. But they have good windows, so very silent. They have 3 parking lots in front, most occupied. And another parking lot (6+ places) in the backside. Hard to find! Comming down the roxas street, and 70 mtrs. BEFORE Google maps ask you to turn right to Double M, there is a barrier and a security guard. He will let you in and guide you on parking. By the way: Google maps send you from the Rohas street to the ML Quezon Street... But this road is a one-way road, you are not allowed to enter this direction!!!

My wife and child stayed here for about a week while visiting Mindanao. I booked this property based on prior personal experience and knew that it was the ONLY Hotel within 50km that was worthy of accommodating my family. Gracious and perfect service at all times. Very welcoming of my 2 year old daughter who is enjoying her first trip back to visit her grand parents. My highest recommendation is provided should you require a proper hotel with Ownership and staff who deliver a fantastic experience for you and your loved ones! The rooms are first class and the location suburb given the price, which is a treat as the property is quite affordable. However, at any price, this property exceeds all expectations.

We are suki of Double M Hotel. Have been going to their restaurant - Roadhouse Cafe for a decade I believe. We love their food , their pastries, steaks and other Deli stuff. Double M's King Room is spacious and very clean. But the hotel's parking is a problem. The last time, my husband had to crawl from the back door because there was not enough space to open the driver side of our car. We got locked in. This time, they allowed their vehicle to block 3 vehicles including ours. That after informing the guard that we will check out at 5am since we have an early meeting. Needless to say, we were almost an hour late. Took them forever to remove the vehicle blocking us. I found that really disappointing. And dangerous. If there was an emergency, that would have been bad. I hope they will treat their clients better next time. 😓

Weekend promo discount should be offered to all customer and not just to the priviledge few who knew the discount... Useless to offer a 15 percent discount on your website if your attendant wouldn't even offer to the prospective customer. Disappointed on our first try in staying this place with a staff supposed to be offering a good service.

The good points of this hotel are that it has great ambiance and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, a modernized look, not noisy even if it's by the roadside and the bathroom was very nice. The negative points I can say are that the room was missing a mini fridge, the hotel didn't have any business computers for guest's use, and also no in-house laundry service. The location is perfect since it's in the heart of the city and convenient to the basic places you need to go to like grocery store, pharmacy and banks. The staff employees are all very helpful and nice and they take care of the guests so well. The restaurant serves very delicious food and the staff at that restaurant are very friendly (except for one man who seemed to not be very happy being there, he was one of the waiters, I think). I gained a lot of weight while being there because that food served there was just too good! 😁 Overall, this hotel would be my go-to whenever I go to visit the Philippines.. thank you for making my stay there awesome!

Reservation was done via SMS, and there was no down-payment needed, just word of honor. Since it was Christmas time, the hotel lobby was decked with decor suited to the season - a massive tree greeted the guests at the front door even when we came in through the back door (from the parking area!). The lobby had a homey vibe even when its finishes were mostly concrete. There was a lone receptionist who made our check-in seamless, and a staff offered to bring our luggage up to our rooms even when we only had back packs. Check-out process was smooth inasmuch as it was quick. The coffee shop adjacent to the lobby was open at around 7am, and it was such a delight to have a cup of coffee for the road.

Expensive. The lowest price rate was 3000 pesos per night.

I luv this place. A very good place to relax in midst of a busy city. Also, their employees are very courteous and kind. Their foods are what I would always recommend to my family and friends, best taste in town (tho sisig is always quite salty✌😅) I always visit and eat here 3 to 5 times a month it's really worthwhile.

Sadly they dont low you to book online will lose sales this way

The rooms are great. It's a new hotel. The beds are very soft! The walls are very well insulated so noise isn't a problem. One issue though is the wifi can't get into the bathroom because of this (so keep that in mind if you need internet when you go #2) The hot water stopped working on the 2nd night that i stayed. They informed us by a letter that it was being worked on. 3 days later i asked how much longer it would be and it seemed they had forgotten to flip a switch for my room. I then had hot water but it stopped after 10 minutes. They couldn't fix it at night because nobody knew how to fix it. Same thing happened the next day. It was at this point that i realized it was an on demand heater and it was overloading from me running the water too slow. Disappointing that someone didn't know what room to go into to reset the breaker / water heater. Next day it was warm and no longer an issue since i always ran the water at full. Only other issue is the room doesn't have a refrigerator. You can get ice during the day but they don't have any insulated ice bins so expect to be asking for ice often if you need cold water. AC works great!
