    Rik helped me recover from a bad knee injury and was extremely flexible with session times to work around my hectic agenda. I recommend his services to anyone considering personal training.

    One of best trainers i know been with him for around 3 years he help me recover from my injures en greatly improved my stamina and strength always flexible and willing to think with you for a training plan & diet plan

    Rik is a fantastic trainer who knows how to make the training sessions challenging, varied but also fun. Suffer with a smile on your face :-) Thanks to his help, I have now recovered from my back injury, lost 10 kilos and am fitter than ever. Top!

    Training with Rik is really great...Progress is made at a steady and suitable pace for you which I think is good for building it into a long-term lifestyle. Rik is very flexible, social, professional and motivating!

    When I registered with Basic Fit, I first received an introductory lesson. I received this from Dennis, where he explained to me some things about Basic Fit and Duthler PT, but especially about what he did himself and what his goals were with regard to personal training. Dennis is a spontaneous guy who calmly explains everything. I have lessons from him once a week, which I really enjoy. As mentioned, Dennis calmly explains the exercises and demonstrates them, but then pushes you as far as possible to get the most out of your body, which gives a wonderful feeling afterwards. So far I am very satisfied with the way Dennis provides his training. Keep it up Dennis!

    After registering with Basic Fit, I also opted for a personal trainer. Got oksana as a personal trainer for small group training. Training with several people is fun and enjoyable. Oksana looks carefully at what you can and cannot do. New exercises every time so it doesn't get boring. She does try to do as much as possible in an hour. It can be tough at times, but she listens carefully to what you say. Definitely worth doing.
