There
are
a
lot
of
things
that
I
can
say
about
this
hotel
but
nothing
good.
First
of
all,
when
I
booked
the
hotel
room
with
breakfast
I
realized
it
might
not
be
suitable
for
me
due
to
my
diet
restrictions.
I
called
the
hotel
immediately
and
they
told
me
if
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
breakfast
I
could
do
it
on
the
arrival
day.
Unfortunately,
when
we
arrived
I
found
out
that
I
couldn't
cancel
my
breakfast
so
I
had
no
money
and
no
breakfast.
Secondly,
I
can
understand
that
the
hotel
is
taking
fees
in
case
the
guests
cancel
the
reservation.
But
I
can't
understand
why
I
have
to
pay
the
full
amount
and
then
wait
for
a
refund.
When
I
asked
about
it
and
the
receptionist
told
me
it
takes
up
to
7
days
to
refund
the
money,
depending
on
the
bank.
It's
been
nearly
two
weeks
and
I
still
haven't
got
my
money
back.
I'm
glad
that
I
paid
just
for
one
room...
Lastly,
the
staff
wasn't
very
pleasant
and
the
room
wasn't
very
clean
either.
A
lot
of
dust
all
around
the
lamps,
tv
and
desks
which
doesn't
help
my
allergy
and
the
lift
doesn't
work
properly.
The
only
good
thing
I
can
tell
is
the
big
bath
in
the
bathroom.
Overall
I
do
not
recommend
staying
in
the
hotel.
