The most surprising thing remains the welcome, cold, icy, I think that the person who works and who is also the owner of this tobacconist/newspaper is in the wrong profession, when you don't like people, you don't like the contact with customers, you simply have to change your professional orientation. It's a real pain to go to this tobacconist, I tell you: Avoid!!!

I receive a message, I go there and... oh well, no delivery of the day's packages before 6 p.m. The nice woman at reception suggests I wait (it’s 1:55 p.m.!). Disappointing experience when collecting a CHRONOPOST package redirected to this relay. The reception was unpleasant, with unjustified criticism of the lack of knowledge of the details of my package (color, weight, size). The lady at reception seemed reluctant to help, even suggesting to call Chronopost to ask them to come pick up my package or to wait for the end date of returning my package?? Do not have your packages delivered here. You are very poorly received and there is always a long wait and always problems and misunderstandings before collecting your packages. Given the lack of delicacy in handling packages, there is sometimes a risk of breakage. Avoid as much as possible.

Chronopost relay point, they refuse to give me my package because they don't know where it is stored. After 5 unsuccessful trips, several calls to chronopost which indicates the bar code of the delivery bag to facilitate the search, the 2 ladies refuse to search "that's not all they have to do". My package was finally returned to the sender. It's a shame !!! If this also happens to you, also contact chronopost so that this relay point can be removed. It is unacceptable that they receive remuneration for this service and refuse to pick up a package!!!! You are pitiful.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS RELAY POINT. I received a message from chronopost mentioning that my package had been moved to this relay point and that it was available at 12:38. So I went to pick it up around 3:30 p.m. and the woman told me that she wouldn't give me the package before 5 p.m.!!!! The woman is obnoxious and abrupt. She complains that she has too many packages, well maybe she should stop being a relay point at this level!
