We had a disappointing experience. We were charged with deposit while before we left the motel, we were advised that this will be refunded back to our credit card within 24 hours. It has been 3 weeks and it's charged to our credit card. Normally, the amount should only be put on hold and wouldn't even be shown in our bill. I called and the front line office told us she knew nothing about it and asked us to call back. i sent email, no response. Pls refund back our $100 deposit!!

Full price stay for less than full price experience. 1. This motel is surrounded by homeless (trash and filth everywhere) people living & walking around all hours of the day & night. 2. No parking available due to remodeling, nowhere left to park but on the street next to the homeless. 3. TV didn't work, no signal, informed front desk, couldn't help fix. 4. Clogged shower drain. 5. Noisy bathroom fan. 6. Woken up by construction remodeling noise in the room right next to ours earlier than intended. Informed front desk upon checkout of all of these issues. Showed photos and saved audio as proof to front desk. No Mgt. contact or solutions offered. Stressful, scary, non-restful, non-pleasant stay in a bad location.

Very very friendly and kind and helpful staff! I'm disabled and they let me put my knee ice packs in their freezer overnight! I can't rate a Motel 6 above 4 stars overall for obvious reasons, it's affordable and universally pet-friendly so 4 stars is exceptional: I wish I could rate the customer service of the front desk 10/5!

Rooms have been upgraded since last time I was here. The room was very clean and tidy with the microwave and a fridge. Yasmine was very professional and friendly . she even let me check in early and gave me a discount on top of that. excellent worker. Yasmine is a real asset to the motel 6 team

There are no smoking rooms, our neighbor was extremely loud we couldn’t sleep. They charge a $100 deposit, I basically paid $208 to stay at a run down sorry excuse for a hotel. My door was dented in as if someone had tried to break their way inside, I couldn’t open my window to get fresh air, the bed underneath was broken, room smelled really bad had to spray air freshener NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR DO THEY MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A $100 DEPOSIT.

Don't put your cash in this machine it will only burn you, I can imagine what it does to debit cards. Motel 6 says it's not theirs,welcome to America canteen vending.

Location is by the freeway with like 70 plus homeless camps tents and trash all over the place one entrance so you can't avoid the homeless begging for money when your driving by we unloaded everything in my car because it's so sketchy in this area.front desk employees were kind but the $200 deposit for this dump was to high for what? The room was clean but very very small plus ppl pounding from upstairs kept waking us up all night so not much sleep- The area is so sketchy plus the sketchy ppl roaming the parking lot all night long its definitely not a safe place to stay especially with children room was clean tho.

Even with complications getting checked in, Courtney delivered fantastic, professional customer service. As always im thankful, and impressed with motel 6’s delivery of service. 🙏

Every time I come here there’s a problem … I travel a lot for work and have to stay in motels from time to time and this one is always the worst… front desk is either unavailable or makes everything difficult especially the girl in the morning, there’s bugs everywhere, the room ALWAYS smell bad no matter which room you get, there’s homeless ppl and crack heads everywhere etc… I could forgive most that but the service… front desk is never helpful and rude af especially in the morning trying to check out or extend… even of your name is on the room she wants the 1st person or person who paid to come pay for it like sometimes I stay with a partner and she made him come all the way from a job to pay for it and get a key even though she knew I was with him from times I stated before… idk if it’s racism or ignorance or just plain being dumb but I’ll never stay in this dump again

THEY ARE MODERN DAY PIRATES. THEIVES!! The employees should adhere to some kind of customer service training. Because they really don't act as if they have ever SUCCESSFULLY dealt with disgruntled guests and them return!

We enjoyed our stay very much so!! The rooms were very clean, no bugs and no stains anywhere!! The front staff was friendly and informative!! Definitely going to stay again!!

The location is great, close to Nascar, Six Flags, and the ferry to San Fran. Room was very clean and the housekeeping ladies were awesome. Front Desk blonde was extremely sweet and attentive to me and my friends. Definitely among one of the better hotels we have stayed at in this area.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Had a minor issue with the power going out when using the microwave in the room. They knew what to do and had us taken care of very quickly.

Nice hotel good price. Nice room, 100 dollar deposit, no smoking rooms. I'd go back

Charged a cash deposit I do not smoke nor use drugs, thanks to other guest - their uncontrollable vices, decor was updated microwave and fridge combo...

I always look forward to seeing Yasmine behind the counter when I arrive. She is always happy to see me, and looks after all my needs.

I'll start with something that probably 90% of people that come across with this place is am i going to be secure here am i going to be ok is it going to be clean and yes all of the above fulfill my needs the staff is great and go the extra mile for the gest definitely come back if i need to thanks Brenda Michael and everyone for the great service

The front office staff are friendly and very helpful! The recently renovated rooms are nice and clean. There is no carpet in the rooms and the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. House keeping staff are also great and fresh towels and bedsheets are always available when we have requested them! They are Dog friendly and love pups of all sizes and I’ve even seen cats here too! The homeless problem around the hotel has improved greatly since a few months ago there are now boulders up and down the street and at night the parking lot is well lit and there is even a security guard that comes around at night! We will definitely be staying here again with my pups Five Stars all around!

Jonica was working at the front desk and was wonderful. She told me she’s recently started working in the marketing industry and you can tell she wants to learn more. She’s also a great conversationalist and makes sure the customer is taken care of. I told her I had babies and if the room could be downstairs and she made it possible with no hesitation. I appreciate her!

I've never had any problems here. And, I'm used to the area, so it's location doesn't bother me either. In fact, I feel it's perfectly situated, considering you have the freeway sitting right there at your fingertips, so to speak, a choice of three major gas station/convenient store chains, a liquor store, a smoke shop, several restaurants, a bar, a Walmart, a grocery store, a luxury car dealership, an auto parts store and an Ace all within walking distance, and still within a mile, there are TWO hospitals, banks, parks, storage facilities, shopping retailers, more car dealerships, two laundromats, a car wash, a Les Schwab, two or three 420 joints, Six Flags, for Pete's sake and all sorts of other services and outlets. I mean, for anyone who is planning to be in town for a few days, or longer-term, I think the stay is pretty much covered. Plus, they just had ANOTHER renovation done to the rooms, and even added fridges and microwaves to some. You can even bring your dog to get groomed! If you aren't a big fan of the homeless though, you should probably go to a different town altogether, but I don't think they bother "normies" much, just park your vehicle where you can see it!

Staff were unprofessional couldn’t find my reservation then gave me a room that just became available although I booked and payed for room a day in advance the room had bad leak when you ran the water in the sink so they had to move me to the only other room they had internet was horrible had to use my hotspot on my phone tv would not come in clear the phone in the room did not work and people who were not guests were taking the parking spots reserved for guests so why did they issue parking permits the shower felt like it was caving in I do not recommend anyone with children to stay there I do not recommend anyone to stay there unless you have no other choice

This place only deserves the most One star if that.being that their employees take from their customers. very bad experience being there especially on a week holiday weekend. very unprofessional very unacceptable very unsatisfied. I would never recommend any of my Friends are family to go to this motel six very very unprofessional.

I called just a minute ago to potentially make a reservation and an older woman answered the phone and 1:51 today, and I asked her if the hotel can store a bag at 11 am, a few hours before check-in time (just trying to play an itinerary for my trip), so I can go to six flags without bringing my luggage and she said she didn't know, and I asked if there was anyone who might know and she told me to either make a reservation or hang up. I was on the phone with her for less than 2 minutes and was completely polite with her. I kindly asked her if I could speak to a supervisor who might know this information, not to complain or anything, and she hung up on me. I was so patient with her and never raised my voice so I did not understand why she spoke to me like this. Completely disrespectful, upsetting, and I will not be making a reservation here for my trip.

Room pretty clean, air conditioner missing vents but on street lots of street living people, trash. Cars, motor homes. Trailers. TV not great. Resurfacing parking lot, real noisy. But close to 6 Flags.

DO NOT STAY HERE - VERY DANGEROUS LOCATION - I had a reservation for this place not knowing that it was surrounded by a homeless camp. We were so scared to get out of our vehicle to go to the office of this hotel, the smell of urine was so strong around the office it was horrid. My kids were almost in tears. I cancelled our reservation, there was no chance in hell I would stay here.

It was great, at first it wasn't pleasant due to the neighbors next door, but the Night Clerk at the Front Desk was so kind and friendly, she immediately moved me to a room in the back which was very clean, newly painted and had everything working. It was very quiet. Having Surgery done the day after, That's exactly what I needed... Thankyou so much for caring...
