LOVE Moonlight Natural! This is my best pet-related find in Vancouver, so happy to have them. Wide yet well-vetted variety of products/supplies that do only good for your pet, awesome and knowledgable staff, fantastic delivery times and service, great rewards loyalty program and very fair pricing. I couldn't rave more about Moonlight, whatever you're doing, keep it up! I love that they don't just carry any random item and only carry products they believe is good for your dog while maintaining a wide variety. They're like the Whole Foods for dogs, this is the only place I shop for all my dogs needs. Miguel is looking forward to his next Moonlight delivery!

My favourite stop for my pup's needs in all of Vancouver. The website is easy to use and painless, deliveries are super convenient and the people are AMAZING!!! I've never met such a group of caring animal enthusiasts all bunched together in one place. They genuinely care about the care and well being of your animal and will go out of their way to make sure your fur baby has the best quality of life as possible. All products are priced fair, the owner's are great local folk and every single employee is a wealth of knowledge. I have a very scared and reactive rescue dog and every time I have brought him in they've been more than patient and understanding of his circumstances. I've brought him into other local pet stores and had horrible interactions with how they treated him for being scared or just trying to get us to leave as quickly as possible without answering any questions or showing any concern. If you haven't tried this place out please do! Also don't be scared to ask for help or ask for certain products, they've special ordered products in for me before :^) Great people! Great place! Local! What more is there to ask for.

I would like to thank the gentleman that was helping me here today. It was the best customer service I have ever received! I came in today asking for wet food for my 4y old cat who just had a congestive heart failure. The gentleman working today went absolutely above and beyond looking up the best food choices for my cat. He also was extremely sympathetic and left me feeling a a lot better about the entire situation. I will be forever grateful and will shop here again. I highly recommend this store! They go above and beyond anything I've experienced at any other pet food/supply store and I always recommend them for paw-rents considering dietary changes to higher quality food (of any format.) I placed an order after finding out I couldn't buy the CBD oil that I use for my cat directly from the manufacturer anymore. Moonlight had the oil for the same price and shipped it the next day. They also included a little treat for my kitty. Will definitely re-purchase from Moonlight!

I ordered many products from Moonlight in preparation for our puppy. The online experience has been a breeze. You can tell the products they carry are well-curated. Local delivery is easy to schedule and fast. We recently had a chance to visit the store, which was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our pup even got a short training session with some yummy treats. Overall, delightful experience!

I've been shopping with Moonlight Natural Pet store for past 6 months and they are by far one of the best pet store in Vancouver. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without being judgmental and pushy. I have a 17 year old dog who is very selective what he will and can eat due to health issues. Moonlight has been so helpful helping me find the right food for him, answering all my questions and even gave me samples for my dog to try before committing to a full sized bag. Also, they have one of the best selection of raw dog food in the city at decent prices. If you are looking to support a small local independent business, pls give this store a shot.

Excellent per store, if your dog suffers allergies, there are plenty of single protein options in all types of dog foods to stir your needs. The largest selection of Stella and Chewy that I've seen and cheaper than downtown pet stores for certain items. Also, the staff is fantastic!

I ordered CBD for my anxious dog. I was so grateful they had local delivery and I got my product the next day. It was quick and easy and I love that I'm ordering from a local business!

A local gem, I’ve been going to Moonlight for about 7 years. They are a cut above the big chain stores. The owners Eb & Jo are super knowledgeable — they helped me to discover foods that work for my explosive 💩⚠️ terrierist when everything else didn’t work. We’ve been loyal fans ever since. As well as nutritious pet food & treats, they have the BEST selection of dog gear in the GVRD, which includes local brands as well as premium (e.g. Hurtta). They’re one of few shops that will deliver to the North Shore regularly, and the delivery communication is great.

Great selection of simple ingredient foods for a sensitive dog belly. Mine and my partners experiences here have always started with a friendly hello and an offer of help. Staff are kind and the products are excellent. We will still drive over the bridge to be patrons.
