Update:
I
had
the
opportunity
to
have
a
conversation
with
Elroy,
who
shed
some
light
on
the
unique
ingredients
that
contribute
to
the
slight
saltiness
of
the
Portuguese
pizza.
Not
only
did
he
provide
valuable
insight,
but
he
also
went
the
extra
mile
by
offering
me
a
complimentary
new
pie.
Impressed
by
his
enthusiasm
and
willingness
to
ensure
customer
satisfaction,
I
eagerly
accepted
the
offer.
For
my
next
pizza
adventure,
I
opted
for
the
Chef's
special
and
the
Sopressata
with
a
Brazilian
cream
crust.
Let
me
tell
you,
these
pies
were
a
revelation.
The
combination
of
mushrooms,
pine
nuts,
and
alfredo
sauce
on
the
Chef's
special
was
nothing
short
of
immaculate.
The
flavors
melded
together
beautifully,
resulting
in
a
memorable
taste
experience.
The
Sopressata
pizza,
on
the
other
hand,
featured
a
delightful
mix
of
fresh
chilies
and
honey,
perfectly
balanced
against
the
savory
ham.
But
what
really
took
me
by
surprise
was
the
cream
cheese
crust.
Its
creamy
texture
and
subtle
tang
added
a
whole
new
dimension
to
the
overall
taste,
proving
just
how
versatile
this
place
can
be
in
satisfying
a
variety
of
flavor
preferences.
I
must
say,
this
experience
has
left
me
eager
to
explore
more
of
their
offerings.
With
such
creativity
and
attention
to
detail,
there's
no
doubt
that
this
place
has
something
to
offer
for
every
palate.
I'm
looking
forward
to
my
next
visit,
ready
to
embark
on
another
delicious
journey
through
their
diverse
range
of
flavors.
Original
Review:
So,
I
decided
to
give
this
place
a
shot
after
hearing
all
the
buzz
from
the
raving
reviews.
I
went
for
the
half
and
half
pizza,
hoping
for
a
slice
of
perfection.
Well,
let
me
tell
you,
it
was
a
tale
of
two
halves,
quite
literally.
The
Cheese
Steak
Pizza
half
was
a
revelation,
a
symphony
of
flavors
dancing
on
my
taste
buds.
The
meat,
the
cheese,
the
pie
-
all
came
together
in
perfect
harmony.
It
was
a
slice
of
sheer
culinary
bliss.
But
then,
there
was
the
other
half,
the
Portuguese
pizza.
And
unfortunately,
it
fell
short.
It
was
a
bit
too
salty,
leaving
me
with
a
sense
of
dissatisfaction.
Now,
I
don't
like
to
judge
a
place
based
on
one
dish
alone.
It's
possible
that
it
was
just
an
off
day,
a
misstep
in
the
kitchen.
So,
I'll
give
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt.
I'm
willing
to
return
and
give
this
place
another
chance.
After
all,
that
Cheese
Steak
Pizza
was
nothing
short
of
divine,
and
it
shows
that
they
have
the
potential
to
deliver
greatness.
I'm
hopeful
that
the
Portuguese
pizza
was
an
anomaly.
So,
until
then,
I'll
keep
my
fingers
crossed
and
continue
exploring
their
offerings.
