I
donāt
normally
leave
reviews
on
bad
experiences,
and
I
apologize
in
advance
for
leaving
this
one,
but
I
had
to
be
honest
with
my
experience.
My
friends
and
I
were
hoping
to
get
a
birthday
gift
for
a
friend
and
decided
on
this
spa,
and
to
also
do
a
spa
getaway
together
for
her
bday.
Upon
seeing
the
prices
of
the
menu
of
services
at
Pan
Pacific
Spa
Utopia,
I
decided
on
a
pedicure
because
it
seemed
the
cheapest
of
the
options.
Iāve
gotten
many
pedicures
in
my
life
and
have
never
seen
a
price
this
high.
I
figured
it
must
be
the
best
pedicure
you
could
ever
get.
Upon
arrival
the
woman
was
kind
and
asked
me
what
I
wanted
with
my
toes.
I
asked
to
a
regular
pedicure
as
I
ordered.
She
spent
a
while
on
various
parts
of
the
pedicure,
but
nothing
special.
When
she
did
get
to
painting,
I
felt
like
she
didnāt
do
a
very
good
job
in
coverage.
I
didnāt
get
a
hot
towel
or
anything
like
thatā¦
maybe
a
minor
massage
but
I
wasnāt
impressed.
I
even
noticed
a
lot
of
the
dirt
was
left
under
my
nails
and
painted
over.
I
felt
like
it
was
a
very
basic,
low
end
pedicure,
not
at
all
worth
what
I
paid.
At
the
end
I
was
so
floored
by
the
cost.
139$
for
that
kind
of
treatment
was
insane.
Iām
sure
you
can
use
the
facilities
and
thatās
why
they
charge
you,
but
after
our
nails
we
were
told
not
to
use
the
steam
room
or
sauna
because
they
were
concerned
our
nails
might
bubble?
Anyway,
about
two
hours
after
my
pedicure
I
noticed
it
was
already
chipping
anywayā¦.
Personally,
I
would
not
return
to
this
facility
based
on
the
price
of
their
pedicure.
I
have
gotten
pedicures
1/3
of
the
price
that
have
been
better
than
this
business.
Sure,
the
snacks
and
everything
is
nice,
but
thatās
an
insane
overcharge.
I
know
some
wonderful
people
work
at
this
establishment
(I
met
some
great
people
today)
but
I
donāt
think
the
price
reflects
what
is
given.
Iām
so
sorry
to
say
that
as
the
people
are
lovely!
But
it
is
an
insane
price
for
the
majority
of
the
services
given,
and
I
am
sorry
to
leave
a
negative
review,
but
here
I
am.
Inflation
is
crazy,
but
better
places
have
popped
up
all
over
the
downtown
area
that
are
half
this
price
and
just
as
good,
and
Iād
go
there
instead.
If
youāre
willing
to
spend
more,
get
a
massage
or
something,
but
donāt
go
for
the
pedicure.
But
donāt
take
the
negative
reviews
lightly-
they
are
true.
