bought these snack size for many times before. 3 for $ 6. both at superstore and Walmart. never had an issue. today it scanned out as normal price $ 2.29, 2.29 and 2.79 (mr. big). so i asked the staff. the staff asked for supervisor. the supervisor said for the discount to apply i need to buy 3 of the same price items (3x $2.29 or 3x$2.79). ok so i switched out the $ 2.79 mr big for another $2.29 for the deal. machine still scanned as regular price for each item. the supervisor called for manager. manager said it has to be same price for this discount to apply... they freed one of the item which i appreciate. however i always had mr big as one of the 3 items for the last 5 times. do not know if this is new or what... i will rather go to walmart to avoid this hassle 👎

We had an okayish experience with the customer service at this location. We wanted to purchase a Reduce cold mug, and on the aisle it said that "straw will be available on request" but when we went to the customer service to request the straw, they first shrugged it off, were confused by our request and told that that's the first they were hearing of it. After a few minutes, someone finally called a person over the phone. We were then made to wait for a long time for a departmental person to arrive, who arrived after we had waited long enough and checked out our items. We ended up losing a lot of our time over this resolution. It could have been better coordinated. We took this photo afterwards, and showed them so that they can deal with such requests better in the future.

shopped here forever. It is limited selection for commercial purposes. And you have to buy big package. However, it's full of good product for less money than elsewhere and full of good staff!

My wife and I really enjoy the fact that the hours at this location coincide with our night life schedules. When most places close at 10:00pm they stay open until 11:00pm. Along with the great hours, their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And it's evident they run a tight ship because the store is always kept neat and tidy. And the last thing I'll mention is how very easy it is to travel to their location. From the Commercial and Broadway Sky-Train Station this Real Canadian Superstore is only two quick stops on the lower train (The Mellinium Line) away. Those two stops are under five minutes away from a very nice shopping experience.

Parking is ample. There is a gas station located here too. You can also get BBQ propane tank refill here. In addition, there is a medical clinic on site. So, one can shop for groceries while waiting for the appointment or getting vaccinations. This is a well stocked location with lots of Asian food selections. The washrooms are dated though.

Great convenient store and has almost everything including garments.

Stocked items vary quite a bit, even a year plus after COVID there still seem to be supply issues. Randomly they won't have any cookies except no name, or they're out of milk or cat food. But mostly pretty good and they have great staff and for me that counts for a lot. One of my two regular places for groceries, and of course it's nice that they're open until 11pm😁
