A
Memorable
Evening
with
a
Few
Hiccups
In
summary:
Food
Quality
(3/5):
The
Cesar
salad
stole
the
show
with
its
fresh
ingredients
and
well-balanced
flavors.
Unfortunately,
the
Châteaubriand
for
Two
left
something
to
be
desired.
While
the
center
was
expertly
cooked
and
flavorful,
a
disappointing
30%
of
the
meat,
especially
the
crust,
resembled
beef
jerky.
Not
what
you'd
expect
from
a
$160
dish.
Service
(8/5):
Our
waiter,
Aiden,
was
the
highlight
of
the
evening.
Attentive
and
caring,
he
constantly
checked
on
us,
refilled
our
water
without
prompting,
and
proactively
kept
us
updated
when
our
steak
took
longer
than
expected.
Aiden's
genuine
smile
and
personalized
conversations
added
a
special
touch
to
the
dining
experience.
Menu
Highlights:
-
Beef
Carpaccio
(3/5):
Fine
cuts
with
diverse
toppings,
but
the
flavors
were
overpowering,
and
we
couldn't
taste
much
beef
flavour,
lacking
a
wow
factor.
-
Tableside
Cesar
Salad
(5/5):
A
definite
star
of
the
night.
Fresh,
well-seasoned
vegetables,
expertly
mixed
by
Aiden,
who
took
the
time
to
explain
the
process.
A
good
dish
with
a
good
story
❤️
-
Hibiscus
Mango
Margarita
(4/5):
Elegant
presentation
and
good
flavor.
-
Warm
CastIron
Cookie
(3/5):
Initially
pleasing
with
a
well-balanced
ice
cream
pairing,
but
the
cookie
became
excessively
sweet
after
the
ice
cream
was
finished.
In
summary,
Black

Blue
Steak
House
offered
a
memorable
evening,
with
outstanding
service
from
Aiden.
While
the
Châteaubriand
fell
short
of
expectations,
the
Cesar
salad
and
other
menu
items
showcased
the
restaurant's
potential.
