the vibe and atmosphere is pretty unique and delivers on the luxury experience. Staff are friendly, accommodating and make your experience elevate. The drinks are also tasty we had several types of are their cocktails and they were pretty good. on food however the place is mediocre at best. we tried the salmon and it was no better than eating at a cheaper restaurant except that they sprinkled some decorative sauce on the plate. the appetizers are nothing especial as well 26 bucks for a plate of cheese tomatoes and thin toasts?! not great value. to keep it fair the fried calamari is very good. all in all food has a lot of room for improvement for a return on the high end side.

My experience at Glowbal was far from satisfactory. The 32oz short rib steak on the bone was decent. When I asked my server to pack the steak to go, he brought me the bill without the box. I waited for 20 minutes when the restaurant was 30% occupied and no one was providing me with any updates. When I brought this to the attention of the server, he appeared uninterested and did not apologize for the wait. As I was about to leave without my to go box, the restaurant manager told me the server disposed my food and offered me an appetizer to go instead. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and transparency should a mistake occur. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Glowbal. I would recommend Gotham and Hy’s Steakhouse for a better experience.

Food and service was great! But breaks between appetizer, entree and dessertwas too long. Came in at 715pm and left at 930pm. Stairs towards the washroom smells so bad, they need to frequently clean the bathroom. Telus building is trying to save the environment by using yellow water in the urinal isn't pleasant to see. There's other ways to help the environment than using yellow water.

Probably the best dinner I ever had in 4 years thanks to our amazing server Nissa and the manager Alex. They made my dinner with my friend so special tonight. I haven’t seen my friend for so long and we let them know it’s a special night and they decorated in advance our table with beautiful roses. we felt so special!!!! Also the food was amazing. Everything was just above and beyond. Nothing could be better than this. Thanks Nissa and Alex again and I will definitely come back!!!

Thank you for an excellent dinner, service & ambience. I took my mom out for dinner. We were sitting upstairs. It was lovely and the food outstanding! My mom has bad arthritis & I asked our waitress if there was an elevator to go down to leave when we were finished. She said no, but we could use the service elevator instead. Thank you for being kind, sensitive & attentive to my mom. I appreciate it from my heart. We had an excellent evening thanks to all of you.

It was me & my husband’s first time at Glowbal today, which happened to also be their Brunch with Santa day. Our server Emma was AMAZING: attentive, friendly, & seemed to genuinely strive for guests to have a great experience. The hostesses who met us at the door were friendly too, & the other servers too AND they were attentive as well to other guests. The meal course was yummy & filling, & was great for my vegan husband. The decor made the experience festively frosty just like winter, except we were warm & cozy by the fireplace & the many heaters. Highly recommend checking them out with their holiday brunch menu for a festively fun foodie experience.

Tuna were very fresh. Melts in my mouth. Duck breast was cooked nicely. The root vegetables were made just to my likings, very crunchy. Cheesecake has a very nice balance of salty from the caramel, sweet from the cheesecake itself and sour from raspberry. Environment is comfortable

We had gone in for the dine out but it was dining disaster. First of all someone switched the rain guard on and our table got soaked in the pouring rain. Then my friend was asked to carry his wine glass as they struggled to move us to a new table which took forever. Then they brought out our mains as we weren’t done our appetizers after we waited so long initially. Also they messed up our desert orders as well. The managers did not even come speak with us after all this and we felt rushed out of there. They comped a couple drinks and gave 25% off. Overall the food was really good tho which saved the experience.

Total dinner service took three hours. Had to push back our limo ride multiple times. For a large group was disappointed with only one server who couldn’t meet the needs of even refilling drinks. ( our group wanted to order multiple drinks and wine bottles) Was starving and food was mediocre. To be honest I think everyone writing five star reviews are only booking the limited meal deals not regular dining menu which is super limited. We came for a seafood tower, and that apparently isn’t even on the menu anymore so will go back to other places in Vancouver instead

Went for their Thursday Big Cut special and it was a pleasant experience! The 54oz tomahawk was so tender and delicious! Tried their pretty alcoholic drinks (Empress Martini and Melon Highball) and it was refreshing and super tasty. I can't stop thinking about the tomahawk and their calamari. Definitely will be coming back. Do note that not all the servers are wearing masks and the tables are close together if you're uncomfortable with that during this time.

One of the best meals we had in West Vancouver! Food was really delicious & the service was top notch. Seafood & the fish were fresh and cooked just right! Lobster was huge. The weather was chilly but I insisted on sitting outdoors - decors were too beautiful to ignore! Yet the staff put in extra effort to keep us warm. Heater, blankets & warm drinks were refilled whenever required. Definitely coming back!

Had such a fantastic celebration here tonight for a special occasion. Our server YK was so attentive, kind, detail-oriented, and helped make the night go so smoothly for all of us! The food was outstanding and the decorative and celebratory environment was so enjoyable. I have come to this restaurant many times and our experience has been consistently positive. Definitely would recommend this place for your most special event!

The food is exceptional, patio is beautifully done up (wish I took some picks to share) perfect for almost any weather to sit in the fresh air. Or wait staff was attentive and there was not a moment were we didn’t have something we needed. The drink menu is unbelievable! Some very fancy drinks done with extreme flair - must see yo enjoy! You are going to enjoy your dinner here!

What happened to Glowbal? I've always loved their beautiful patio, but not so much their food. Previously, the food was comparable to old spaghetti factory. Now their food and drinks are top notch! Love the trendy plating too. Very impressed and I will be back more often.

Jade & Alice deserve a raise. 2 of the kindest servers I’ve ever dealt with. Both extremely funny, kind, social & well educated. Very busy night after the Canucks game, and they treated us like VIPs in the Lounge section. Oysters were god, the man doing the shot cart was great, the drinks were phenomenal and pricing wasn’t broken for a city. Cheers for the great atmosphere.

My rating would be a 4.5/5 ! We had made a reservation weeks in advance and when we arrived, the host staff was rude. We were not welcomed very warmly, and it felt as though our presence was interfering with the host staff’s conversation. This gave me a bad impression of our experience off the bat. However, when we were brought to our table our waiter was incredibly nice and attentive. The food and drinks at Glowbal were incredible. We ordered the Brioche, Scallops and Truffle Spaghetti. I would 100% recommend the brioche!! We finished our meal with the earl grey crème brûlée which was delicious. Overall, besides the host service upon arrival, our dining experience was positive.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Glowbal Restaurant in Vancouver, and I must say that the highlight of my experience was the impeccable service provided by our server, Adam. From the moment we walked in, Adam's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a truly memorable evening. Adam's attentiveness was outstanding. He took the time to understand our preferences, making insightful recommendations. His knowledge of the menu, including the ingredients and preparation methods, was impressive, and he effortlessly answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. The food itself was phenomenal and we will definitely be going back!

Me and my sister went here for a nice dinner, and it was a great experience. The restaurant is pretty and clean, very instagram worthy. We started off with their paté and oysters. For our main, we got their risotto (you can choose your protein and I went with their prawns) and duck breast. The portions were good and the quality of food was great, the prawns were big and delicious. We also tried all their executive drinks which was an experience on it’s own and it was nice. Our server Matthew made the experience amazing, he was knowledgeable and friendly and he served our food in a timely manner. Really great experience, and delicious food. Definitely recommend :)

We reserved a table at Glowbal after hearing some great reviews and we weren’t disappointed! Fantastic atmosphere with whimsical decor (try to reserve a booth on the patio if you can - they’re adorable!). Our server, Susan, greeted us warmly and was super friendly and attentive throughout our entire meal, even going the extra mile to add special touches to our 8 yr old daughter’s order to make sure she felt extra special. The cocktails were fun and presented with flair, and the food was delicious! The flavour pallet was well balanced without any one item overpowering the other. We had a fantastic experience at Glowbal and will definitely be back!

I had the most remarkable dining experience at Glowbal Restaurant, and I can't praise it enough! Executive Chef Robert Lee is truly a culinary genius. His dishes are crafted to perfection, and each bite is an exquisite delight. I highly recommend trying the sable fish and mushroom risotto – they were heavenly. What truly impressed me was that every dish on the menu was served with the same level of perfection. It's been a while since I've had such an outstanding dining experience. The food and drinks here are always great. I’ve been here a few times for their seasonal cocktail menus and always have a good time. The food is fantastic as well, especially during happy hour! They gave us a complimentary corn soup which was delicious. The atmosphere of the interior leaves a little bit to desire - it feels a bit cold and uncomfortable in some areas. However, the patio area is very fun and inviting.

When entered, one of the ladies at the front desk took us at the upper floor but later, by our request they have managed space for us at the wonderful floral decorated warm patio. But found the overall sitting arrangement little congested. And that’s why we were warm & cozy by the fireplace & heaters in the patio. However, we had amazing experience. Our main server did a great job, unfortunately forgotten the name of that handsome dude. He was attentive, friendly, humorous & seemed to genuinely strive for guests to have a great experience. Everyone loved their food. Being a very fine dine restaurant, price is on little higher side…

I had lunch once at another restaurant in Glowbal group but the service there wasn’t good so I didn’t expect much when I came here. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. They have the best service among restaurants I’ve been to. Foods had nice presentation and were very tasty from the first bite until the last. Their summer cocktails look great as well. Great place for dinner date!

Excellent service! Food was good as well, but the beef tartare and the truffle spaghetti were not as flavourful as I’d prefer. Also the toasts had too much of the burnt charcoal taste. Overall was still a good fine dining experience.

The decor, food, and service were impeccable. Our server was truly the best, allowing us to order happy hour drinks even though it had ended five minutes ago. He even switched my napkin to black to match my clothes haha He took excellent care of us, especially accommodating slow eaters. I just wish I remembered his name!

A group of three of us went here last night for dinner. We had reservations at 5:30pm. The hostess seated us at one of the tables outside and we asked if we can sit at one of the flower decorated booths as all of them were unoccupied. She said we needed at least 4 guests to sit there and walked away. Another girl came to serve us and I asked again if we can have the floral booth. She said she don't think it should be a problem and she went to ask the hostess again and came back with the answer no. She told us there's people with reservations. I told her that we made reservations as well so she went to ask the hostess again. This time a guy came and said we can sit at the flowered booth. We were there for an hour and a half. There were only 4 people sitting outside, and none of them were sitting at a flowered booth. Obviously, the reservations part is a lie. Don't know why the hostess makes it such a big deal to let customers sit there. Other than that, our server and the rest of the staff were very nice. The food was great. Everything was beautifully presented.

The cocktails were fun and refreshing. Beautiful decoration on the patio with the flower cage. However, the food is really not worth it... We waited a long time to get our food and when it arrived the vegan Pan-Seared Cauliflower and the carbonara were cold. The carbonara was tasteless, cold and half the mussels and clams shells were empty.... I had to add salt and pepper.

We really enjoyed dining at Glowbal! Everything was great - the ambiance, the service and the food. We were served by Sunil. He was very friendly, attentive and efficient. He offered us great suggestions and even provided us with a complimentary drink when he found out we were celebrating our honeymoon (thanks Sunil!!). We had the calamari to start and it was the best calamari we’ve ever tasted in our lives. The black pepper jam…Soooooo delicious!!! Highly recommend. Hubby ordered the tenderloin and I had the beef cheeks - both were really good. Super flavourful and tender. It is a little on the pricier side but honestly the food and the service made it worth it!

Went there on our 2nd anniversary, had a very good experience. Our server was very attentive, food was delicious. The tables outside were magnificent with the plant decorations. A shout out for the wagyu beef tartare, it was extremely tasty.

Came during happy hour. The “KFC” is way too saucy and can’t really taste the chicken… would not order it again. But overall the food is decent for happy hour share plates, and the prices are fair too. Nice place to grab a drink after some shopping!

This was a date night that I planned a month ago when booking and I understand delays and issues can happen but I think how the server addressed them could have been handled better. He mentioned our entree would take a little longer than normal but after knowing we have been waiting for an hour, he could've kept us in the loop but instead he would purposely avoid us until we had to bring it up with the hostess. I do appreciate the manager or supervisor coming to apologize and then providing us complimentary drinks and dessert but to me, it was a very reactive rather than proactive approach. By this time, we already had a bad experience but tried to make the best of it. I think what really made me want to write this feedback is when we asked to pack up the remaining food, as a server, you would usually ask if we want to keep the items on the plate or maybe ask if we would like more sauce for the steak. You could clearly see that our t bone had tons of meat left but instead he returned with just the sides. I then asked for the t bone and some sauce in which he returned wrapping the bone in tin foil and no sauce. To add insult to injury, when I was paying, my partner could clearly see him hovering over me checking on how much tip I would give him. I'm honestly flabbergasted at our experience as I usually have really good ones dining at this chain. Truly disappointing and debating if I want to come back again. If it wasn't for the food, I would've given this a lower rating.

I love Glowbal. Their cocktails are always on point. The winter wonderland theme on the patio was amazing and the service is always great. Juan attended to us and he knew his cocktails as well as what ingredients were in the food as my friend has a particular nut allergy. I’ve had my birthday brunch there and they go out of their way to make it your special day.

My man, Kevin, was an absolute pleasure. The food was amazing, cocktails on point, and the service was sublime. We had a party of 8 for brunch & they were very accommating. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an all-around experience.

Came for the first time because of the Buy Out Dinner deal. It was 100% worth it and definitely felt like you were eating $220 worth of food. The day of, we were also offered an additional 6oz of wagyu steak for $60 which is an incredible deal. It was fatty and melt-in-your- mouth. Everything was seasoned to perfection, I just found the salad to be overly dressed but other than that, wow. I'd be shocked if you can finish this entire meal. It's a feast! By the way, we were served by Matthew who was very attentive and professional :)

Took my wife for celebration dinner to Glowbal on Saturday March 26th. First impression was wow. Restaurant was large, 2 levels and full. So it was loud but bright and open. Staff was friendly including management when they were helping us with wine selection. Thanks Kevin for your time. We started with some feature cocktails and tried their Empress Martini. They added a bubble on top, see pictures. Also tried the Illusionist and Glowbal Pick Me Up. Their coffee drink . Cocktails were all great and unique! Food was amazing! Great presentation and taste. We ordered their Wagyu Steak, not on the menu and their feature Halibut. Our date night at Glowbal was memorable. We'll definitely be back. Definite place to check out and don't forget to order their feature cocktails. You won't be disappointed!

We were here a couple weeks ago for a birthday dinner. We had amazing service! I’ve unfortunately forgotten her name, but our main server did a great job. Everyone loved their food, with the exception of the risotto. It was a little undercooked. Definitely recommend trying their “The Executives” cocktails.

ADAM provided exceptional service! My husband and I came to celebrate our baby moon prior to our third daughter. We had an amazing experience. Food was phenomenal. We got the Tomahawk steak with all the accompaniments along with some happy hour snacks and drinks.

What an experience. We were warmly received by Kevin whom was super accommodating. Brian our Waiter made fantastic selections and all the food was delicious. We tried most of their appetizers and a good portion of their entrées. Their cocktails both alcoholic and virgin tasted exquisite. Glad to have been Ali runs a tight ship. If you're looking for a good experience with stellar visuals (try the cocktails) come here.

Came here for a special occasion and the staff were so friendly! We were greeted immediately once we came in and once we sat down at our table (which was super warm and cozy), we were offered complimentary champagne by our server which was so kind. We ordered the tomahawk steak which they fired up by our table and it was such a sight to see and smelled so good! In addition to the steak, we had their oysters, the calamari, as well as all the sides that came with the steak. The food itself was perfectly seasoned and the tomahawk steak had so much flavour. Though the meal was really expensive, if you're looking to splurge on a special occasion or to treat yourself, I'd highly recommend Glowbal!
