Came here last weekend with some friends from the east coast. Our hotel recommended this place. Trying to get inside was like pulling teeth. Met with disdain and false excuses of "were at capacity" from security. Finally made it in...small venue, pretenious servers and crowd. We had a table, decor and over all atmosphere is sub par. Having travelled extensivley around the world...this place is no match and no where near any establishments in LA, Montreal/Toronto/New York. Its a shoebox with little to offer. Better off going elsewhere.

one of the bottle girls was aggressively hitting on my boyfriend and kept on touching him inappropriately even after he asked her to stop. I would avoid going here if you have a boyfriend. staff is also very unprofessional and seem to all be on substances while working

Went here for a bachelorette with 12 girls which was pre booked a month-two months before. It took them an hour to set the area and the spot they gave us was right by the front door in November. Every time the door opened it was freezing cold. They refused to move us as there were "other reservations" made (i.e, guys willing to pay more). They were charging us more than the quoted price, they did not give me a ticket for my jacket. Not to mention, they would pour us vodka, and took the bottle away when it was 1/2 full and did NOT bring the bottles back?? Other people (guys) had their bottles at their tables. Very poor customer service. Never going back. Only positive side was the DJ was good. DO NOT GO HERE! IT SUCKS!

Very poor service. Reserved a table over a month in advance only to be told they cannot adequately accommodate my party on the day of. We were placed at a cramped table next the the door with freezing air blasting in. Paid for bottles which were poured out half way. The server then took it back to the bar and we never saw the rest of the alcohol we paid for. Spent over 1k for a horrible experience. Not about customer service. Pierres only cares to make as much money as possible off of their bottles. NOT RECOMMENDED

Tiny little place but decent atmosphere. Obviously the drinks were over priced as expected. I wasn't too surprised the staff were quite snooty as well. I'd go back only to find a sugar daddy.

I tried to get into this place once, but the bouncer rudely wouldn't let the line budge (claiming that they were "full to capacity"), even though it was early & the line was small. Of course he let in several groups of scantily-clad, gold-digger looking girls ahead of everyone without hesitation. I left after 40 minutes of being screwed around in this manner, and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Seems like the only men they want in there are middle aged/mid-life-crisis guys, hockey players & drug dealers.

Went there with some friends, and a lady brought in her dog! it was the most bizarre thing i have ever seen, and she would not leave.

Never have i dealt with a human being whom was not only bad bust disrespectful and rude at their job ushering people in and out of ropes May 26 around 12am. Everyone else was great. Merely scoring on the the bad bathroom guy who was super rude

known for being associated with vancouver’s most notorious date r@pe drugger and r@pist, @vancityprince dont know how high up in the company he is, however if you’re a female i would stay away.

I went here with a couple girlfriends over the weekend and I was expecting it to be bougee but it was far from it. I especially did not like how the bouncer that night acted. He was just super power hungry. Had the worst experience w/ the staff. I get that it gets super annoying dealing with drunk people but still have some common curtesy!

I made a birthday reservation at West Oak for dinner by email, and that went just fine. West Oak is delicious. Everyone at my table finished their food. The email also allowed me to make a table reservation at Pierres. When arriving at Pierres and sitting, they had no idea about my reservation. When I was sitting I over heard friends sitting with me talk about how rude the manager is, I asked why, and here comes the manager saying if your whole group can’t fit (five plus me) at this table (which is pretty small) then I’m going to have to ask you to leave. Haha. I couldn’t believe this. He wanted the ladies to stand..make your tables bigger or have some respect! My order was two bottles of Veuve and Jameson shots. When the shots arrived the server gave us regular price when they had a Sunday special. When the Veuve arrived there was absolutely no birthday banner when it was booked for one. I came here for my birthday because of the DJ on Sundays.

Staff was friendly, and drinks were overpriced. I used to do bottle service and was disappointed when I saw the space. I expected it to be more Miami or Vegas style.

Good atmosphere - pretty servers. Bottle service presentation was very nice. Sadly it’s a generation younger than my style these days - but it was a fun outing. Would happily recommend to a younger crowd.

This place has escorts as servers that you can pay extra to take home. Love this place I check it out every time I come to Vancouver, especially on Sundays they wear provocative lingerie.

Emma was serving our table and we were given a different server that did not serve us properly, Mason did not allow me to tip the server I wanted which was extremely uncalled for after she helped us all night. Spent hundreds on 2 Moet bottles & 10 rounds of casamigos just to receive bitter treatment at the end of the night. We love Emmas service and would like to see her compensated as we came specifically for her and the manager removed her.

I get what they're trying to do. Nice women to look at. But drinks are over priced. But again that's in line with what they're trying to do. It's a bit small inside. Not for a large group of people. Good music on weekends

Mr. Nolan Prasad is the goat. One of a kind and exceeds all expectations in the night life industry.

Amazing service from Alta and Abby, the music was good and the manager Mason knows what he’s doing when it comes to running the place, best lounge in Vancouver by far
