WARNING!
Do
NOT

this
gym.
Even
though
I've
cancelled
and/or
change
time
well
before
the
2
hour
window,
Club
16
continues
to
charge
my
credit
the
$10.50
penalty.
When
I
sent
an
email
to
inquire,
there
was
a
string
of
confusing
emails
which
yielded
no
real
response.
They
didn't
own
up
to
the
mistakes
their
online
booking
system
is
making,
even
though
I
had
all
the
proof
necessary
to
back
up
that
I
had
checked
in
on
time
and
paid
for
parking.
This
gym
is
a
total
and
complete
scam.
Staff
are
rude.
And
I
have
never
seen
any
staff
cleaning
or
sanitizing
any
of
the
equipment.
To
all,
watch
your
credit
card
/
bank
statements
carefully
-
especially
if
you
have
had
to
change
times
or
cancelled.
Club
16
will
charge
you
the
$10.00
penalty
(plus
a
$.50
service
charge),
even
if
your
made
changes
in
accordance
with
their
policy.
Club
16
needs
to
manage
their
billings
/
accounting
better
if
they
want
to
maintain
clients
trust.
Better
yet.
I
hope
the
go
under
just
like
Steve
Nash
did.
Maybe
someone
with
an
understanding
of
how
to
build
a
proper
app
and
listen
to
the
client
base
when
issues
are
raised.
Also,
gotta
love
that
the
only
time
they
respond
to
a
review
when
it's
positive.
Says
a
lot
about
the
gym,
the
management,
and
the
staff.

after

posting
and
there
has
been
no
resolution.
Their
response
to
this
review
was
strictly
to
try
and
save
face.
Run
fast
and
far
from
this
gym.
The
price
might
be
enticing,
but
all
the
extra
charges
I
have
accrued
due
to
their
negligence
has
equaled
more
than
what
I
would
have
paid
for
a
middle
price
gym
membership.
Not
to
mention
all
the
time
and
energy
wasted
trying
to
resolve
these
issues.
Not
worth
it.
