    I’m so happy to have joined Fit Body Boot Camp. Not only are the sessions really well designed, varied and challenging, they are so much fun. The coaches make it an all round experience, where you get to work out, meet people, learn and change your mindset to view yourself in a very positive light. They work really hard to help you understand that your actions to achieve your goals don’t start and stop at the gym, but all along the choices you make in your daily life. The coaches are very friendly and they take a real interest in your wellness. Late night sessions were also an amazing gift as I couldn’t find anywhere else around my neighborhood that would have a class after 6 p.m. The sessions are short, but full of intensity, so I get to have a good workout and get back home to still have a bit of an evening. And last but not least, the sense of community they build is great. You really feel part of it.

    I joined Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp as part of a 6 week challenge. The format, style, and function of Fit Body Boot Camp is excellent and is great for people of all fitness levels. It's more challenging than a local community rec center class but isn't as intense as some seasonal boot camps that push you to the point of nausea. In class, there were people of all fitness levels; You can choose the weights you want but instructors will still push you to go higher, harder, and stronger. They mix cardio with strength training and every day is a mystery. As someone who enjoys working out as an individual in a group, and as someone who doesn't have the confidence or knowledge to plan my own routine, Fit Body Boot Camp has been the solution to my fitness goals for a healthier happier lifestyle.

    I heard some great things about the Kitsilano location of Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp from some friends who are members there. I really was not sure what to expect from a boot camp, wondering if I could actually do a boot camp! I was a bit nervous when I went to my first class. To my pleasant surprise, all of the trainers are personable, professional and inspiring! I have been going for 2 months and a bit so far and have noticed I have higher energy than I used to have, have lost weight and inches and finally I am not craving sugar anymore! :) The 30 minute workouts are challenging but fun at the same time. Modification ideas are given for specific exercises so you can exercise however is best for you. Before you know it, the 30 minutes is done and you feel so proud of yourself! I highly recommend Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp!

    For the month of February, I'm doing the ab challenge that Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp has set up to challenge its regular members. Looking forward to seeing if I can do a 5 minute plank by month's end and do it with ease. Love that Jonathan pushes those who want to do more. And all the coaches are motivational, skilled, and very supportive. Kudos to Helča, Connor, and Lisha. Love you guys!

    Best work out place ever!!!! Jonathan and the rest of the trainers are fantastic, very supportive and super friendly. 30 min of intense work out that will change your life, everyday is different so you never get bored. I started 3 months ago and I already see lots of changes in my body. I feel strong and healthy. For me what make Vancouver Fit Boot Camp special is the atmosphere and great community feel. Highly recommend !!!!

    I’ve never been able to stick with an exercise program for 2 weeks let alone 2 years. Since I found Fit Body Boot Camp that has changed and I’m happy to say I’ve been a member for more than 2 years now. Varied, fun yet effective workouts combined with healthy eating plans provided by owner, Jonathan, have enabled me to lose weight, build muscle and increase my overall energy. I would highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone interested in joining not just a gym but a supportive environment for healthy living.

    I've been going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for about 9 months now. It started as one of those New Year's resolutions that (for me) usually lasts a month or so and then trails off because of disinterest. Not this time. Why? 1. Because the instructors are fantastic. They all bring their own unique style of keeping the class motivated and keeping it fun. And they know how to push us...the right way. 2. Because each day is a little bit different. Stations are different, exercises are different. And the instructors know when to switch it up. 3. My fellow Fit Body Boot Campers. This class attracts a great group of people - and creates a supportive environment of fun and cooperative fitness. This is not the place for posers, but for good people who are looking to make some healthy, positive changes in their lives.

    Fit body is the BEST place to workout. Trainers are amazing and everyone who goes there is super supportive. They also do challenges if you have certain goals you want to reach. My husband and I just did a 6 week challenge and lost a combined total of 25 pounds. My husband has lost a total of 50 pounds in one year since working with them. They are great for mind and body and stress the importance of non-scale victories. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Has to be one of THE best Boot Camp options!! I have been working out at Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for 5 weeks and already have fantastic results; weight loss, decrease in body fat, better toned muscles, less fatigue AND have dropped down a pant size! Who doesn't love that!! Along with the amazing support from trainers during work outs, I have also gained valuable nutritional information which has made positive changes in my day to day living! Can't say enough about the energy and motivation received by Jonathon and his trainers; fit tips, life tips and one on one support! Yes, I recommend Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp, make the commitment and start training for 'life'!

    I am so thankful for my friend who told me about this place b/c its really changed my outlook on fitness. Going to the gym can be intimidating when you don't really know if you're using the equipment properly and hiring a professional trainer is great but can be costly. Fit Body is the best of both worlds! You get a great work out with knowledgeable trainers that make sure you are executing each exercise correctly. All the trainers here are very attentive no matter how big or small the classes. and the best part, workouts are only 30mins! Whether you are choosing to take your first step into your fitness journey or feel a need for change in your daily fitness routine, please give this a try! All levels are welcomed and you won't regret it!

    The people, the workouts, the music, the instructors are GREAT!!!! Encouraging and results oriented - I lost almost 30lbs in 6 weeks and 4 months later have kept it off. Exercise days work cardio, the back, the abs, the legs, the arms, and the chest. Everyday is different, challenging and fun. I have more energy, I look better, I sleep better. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and Jade and all the people at Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp. Come and join us - I will see you there. Tom

    I love this place! Joining Fit Body Bootcamp is honestly one of the best personal health decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve always been a bit of a wimp when it comes to exercise and not very good at pushing myself but the enthusiasm and good will here quickly get under your skin. Jonathan and Jade have a way of encouraging and teaching that have made me feel like I was maybe always a natural but just didn’t know it. I have absorbed the contagious ‘can-do’ attitude and I wake up in the morning looking forward to working out at 6am! (Yes you read that right.) I am stronger, I have more energy and I know that my body is going to be able to do the things I want to do. My recent participation in “The 6 Week Challenge” has changed the shape of my body and removed weight I had begun to think would never come off. I highly recommend this boot camp. If you are thinking of starting any kind of fitness program, try this one first. If you don’t think it’s for you try it anyways. You may be surprised by what you can achieve!
