We attended a wedding at The Vancouver Club back in 2019 and knew almost immediately as a couple that we would want to have our wedding at the same location. Fast forward 3 years and we just celebrated our wedding at The Vancouver Club this past weekend! Since booking, the staff at The Vancouver Club have been attentive to our wedding planning process. We got to enjoy a delicious menu tasting, we had our questions answered in depth, and we felt totally taken care of during the whole process. The Vancouver Club offers a beautiful venue, delicious and well-presented food, talented bartenders, and a variety of rentals to make your entire event planning process easy and smooth. Above and beyond everything, though, is the level of SERVICE! The service at The Vancouver Club is top notch - both for the bride and groom and for all of the guests. The Vancouver Club takes its events very seriously and it is felt in everything that they do. Our guests were blown away, just like how we were 3 years ago. We won't be planning a wedding again, but if we were to, we would choose The Vancouver Club without hesitation. Such a lovely team at Vancouver Club. Each time I visit the staff are very professional and friendly. It's a great place to network, grab dinner, get a workout done, work remote or host an event. Overall a great place, but their carpet could use some TLC.

Heritage place for fine dining. Love the history of the building. It is a great chance to diving into English classicism architecture with palladian style and modern renaissance design. The staff were nice and helpful. Yr wine glass is never empty Food are good in quality but not fabulous.

You need to be a member or know someone who is to experience the fine dining and wines here. Food was delicious, well seasoned. Staff was super friendly and worked well as a team. The ambience was set to perfection.

The Vancouver Club is a private members only social club. I usual visit invited by members, and always have a great time. Food and beverage program is on point every time, wine and cocktail selection is great and food is delicious. Service is always top notch !!! Ambience is refined, elegant and inviting. Cheers

I have had the pleasure of working on countless weddings over the last ten years at The Vancouver Club as a wedding planner, and it is one of my favourite wedding venues in Vancouver. I always feel welcomed and know that my clients are going to be taken care of and made to feel the same. This is part of the reason I chose the Club for my own wedding in 2014. I have experienced this care and attention to detail both as a wedding planner and firsthand as a bride. The building it's self is stunning, which so many rooms with endless potential. A lot of my couples like that they do not have to worry about a rain plan or or travel for photos because of the endless photo opportunities right in the Club. The Vancouver Club team is outstanding and will stop at nothing to ensure my clients are taken care of and have an event that exceeds their expectations. The communication is prompt during the planning process and the team is always as flexible and as accommodating as possible every time I want to try something new or my clients have a vision for their menu that requires customization. On the wedding day, the team works tirelessly to ensure every detail is attended to and the guests are welcomed and made to feel at home. The food is exceptional and the service unmatched. I have witnessed the guests clapping as the entrees are served, it is very impressive to see. The location is in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, which means it is very close to Stanley Park so couples can take advantage of this for their wedding photos or walk a few steps to the Marine Building or the Waterfront. It is also close to many hotels. We love planning weddings at the Vancouver Club and can't recommend it enough :)

Very beautiful indoor wedding venue. The Covid's refund processing is also very professional and efficient. In the future, when COIVD is effectively controlled, I will still choose the Vancouver Club to hold my wedding.

Great outdoor patio in the summer and a small gym downstairs. Works well for hosting events and weddings with lots of private rooms.

We've been to Vancouver club few times for different events and have enjoyed it every single time. This time was for Diner en Blanch pre event party and it was awesome. Professional staff offering Elegant A1 service. We need more alike places in Vancouver.

I spent a magical evening in this beautiful club. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcome and at home.The long standing building has gorgeous modern accents resulting in a beautiful and comfortable blend of traditional and modernity. The wine list is exceptional and the food was heavenly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I wanted for nothing and yet they were never intrusive. My guest room was nicely appointed and I was able to complete some work and rest well. Many thanks to all of you who made my visit so special. Vancouver Club, I shall return with friends!

Its a member only club located in a prime location in Vancouver. It has a legacy of more than 100 yrs. One of the most expensive places in north america for fine dining. Their food and hospitality is wonderful.

I love love love the Vancouver Club. We had our wedding there a couple weeks ago and it was the best decision we made. Absolutely gorgeous venue, and EVERY single person from the wedding raved about the food and the service. Here are 5 of my favourite things about having our big day at the Vancouver Club, in no particular order. 1. Location is perfect, convenient and beautiful. A lot of our guests stayed downtown and it was pretty easy for everyone (including our vendors). The club was also perfect for pictures, especially the rooftop and the front steps - we didn't have to go far! 2. Beautiful ceremony venue (The Georgian room). This was my favourite part of our wedding. It was intimate and beautiful. The club did an amazing job with the flowers and candles, as well as the ceremony flow. 3. Gorgeous reception (The Grand Ballroom) - every detail was beautiful and elegant - from the tables to the linens and the silverware. Apart from the flowers, I did not have to bring any decor because the room was already beautiful. 4. Incredible food. Our guests raved about the food - We had canapes (the beef sliders were a crowd favourite), our 4-course plated meal (everyone loved the lobster soup, the salt baked beet salad, and for the entree, the duck and the beef were crowd favourites). The BIGGEST hit was our dessert buffet - shout out to Pastry Chef John Tran who made an incredible spread of creme brulee, macarons, chocolate mousse, lemon posset and other assorted treats that my family and guests would not stop talking about the entire week after the wedding. We ended the night with late night snacks (poutine bar, grilled cheese and tomato soup). The plated meal experience was wonderful - the staff served the food in unison - my guests loved it. Thank you to the chefs and to Pastry Chef John for the "best wedding meal we've ever had" according to my guests. 5. Customer Service - I'd have to say the service is top notch. I don't think I would have gotten the same level of care and professionalism elsewhere. I experienced a few hiccups at the start (my original venue coordinator had left the VC and a few things fell through the cracks which stressed me out) but I was handed over to amazing folks. Brittany and Mykhaylo were AMAZING - from the planning stage to the execution. They executed the day perfectly. And their crew worked fast and hard in the background (things like moving chairs quickly, playing music, taking care of emergencies, making sure I was fed, accommodating our dogs during the ceremony, and so on and so forth). Shout out to Neil who took care of the groom and groomsmen and my brother while getting ready for the wedding. Thank you Vancouver Club, and huge shout out again to Brittany, Mykhaylo, Chef John, Randy, Neil and the entire crew for making our day perfect and making our family and friends so happy. We look forward to celebrating more milestones at the club.

As far as location and appearance is definitely 5 stars. Very nice and professional personel.However Maintenance needs to be improved. Light in the bathroom is out, loud fan ,window doesn't seal properly. Bathroom handle falling off. AC filter is dirty.

Amazing place for weddings

We rented the boardroom for a staff event and it was a fantastic space, great service, and the food was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this place. It's a bit outdated in some areas but I love the amount of character it has. Huge thanks to one of our servers Adrian who went above and beyond.

We had our wedding at the Vancouver Club in September and there is just so much to say about how amazing they are! After a few speed bumps leading up to the wedding, the Vancouver club went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding. The Venue is so elegant and the staff is attentive and hard working (they even walked my parents to their car at the end of the day). Everyone loved their dinner and we truly felt welcome in this venue. Planning a wedding throughout covid was not easy, however the Vancouver Club made it happen! Great private club. The Club is a place to dine, play, relax and connect. A great way to entertain or to host events in style. A great executive chef is running the kitchen.

The Vancouver Club saved my sisters wedding after her previously scheduled venue cancelled with 10 days notice. The Vancouver Club was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my sister and all her guests, and even made the wedding party lunch while we were all getting ready. The venue is gorgeous and in a great location. The front desk staff were also kind enough to walk us to our car at the end of the night and were incredibly friendly and personable.
