Diamond Deals is the best place to purchase an engagement ring. My fiance and I went to many places, however, diamond deals was the only place that really sat down with him and let him design the ring at a budget that worked. We also purchased beautiful wedding bands from Diamond Deals. Even though we got engaged in 2018, they have been providing us service since then. I take my ring in each year for cleaning. Sandy is always very nice to interact with.

Awesome business to deal with! 3 easy steps from beginning to completion. I was in the market for a new diamond ring for my wife (my old jeweler friend retired) and I was looking for a new jeweler. I would say that I have a good understanding and knowledge on how to shop for diamonds from all these years of experiences. I compared the prices online and DD's pricing is very reasonable, they are local, and their reviews seem to be great from the clients (yes, online shopping is an option, but I prefer to buy from local business). I contacted Sandy to setup the 1st appointment for consultation to determine the budget, ring style, diamond, dates. Once Sandy brought in the diamonds, I went in for the 2nd appointment to pick out the diamond I want. 4 weeks later the ring was done, setup the 3rd appointment for the final inspection and pick up the diamond ring (yes, paying for it as well! LOL) . Sandy provided the GIA certificate and her insurance appraisal paper. She also sent the ring out for the 3rd party independent appraisal (to my surprise, the 3rd party was someone I dealt with before and I know he is good) and provided me with the paper work as well (This is something I would have done after buying from any jeweler anyway, just an added bonus from Sandy). Overall, top notch service! I would recommend Diamond Deals to anyone! Wife is happy with the new ring! Happy wife, happy life!
