Not only did he give me a lot of information on diamonds, he gave great advice on style options and was easily reachable through phone or email while always making sure to keep me updated with all of my options and the order process. Thank you Adam for “fixing” my ring!!! My fiancé proposed May 2022 and I only recently noticed a discolouration at the base of my hidden halo. Adam quickly replied to my fiancés email and my ring was returned to me in 2 weeks. Nothing was wrong with my ring and after a clean it looked brand new. Adam has excellent customer service and he has a “door is always open” policy. I will be returning to him for more custom jewelry in the future. I had made rounds to find a jeweler that can custom design the diamond ring that I have been wanting for my girlfriend (now fiancé). I highly recommend Luksus Diamonds. Adam was a pleasure to work with. He found me the best and least expensive oval lab diamond that was within the specifications that I had requested. While I was not fast enough to secure this diamond, Adam immediately found another diamond with similar (if not better) specs and made the executive decision to put it on hold for us which I really appreciated. From there, everything was smooth sailing. He was very patient and made sure to answer any question that I had about the renderings and the ring. We had great communication throughout the entire process and I am very glad that I placed my trust in him. Although the design of the ring was not a surprise, when we saw the ring for the first time in person, I was honestly astonished.
