    I have worked with RD fitness in the past for personal training and Ryan is by far the best out there. He is dedicated to his clients and cares a lot about them. He even sometimes takes his clients out on hikes in order to diversify their training experience. If you want someone who will really make a difference in your life than this is the place to go!

    With my work from home lifestyle it’s easy to let things slide especially in those winter months where it’s less desirable to get outside and stay active, not having access to a gym is also a barrier. However working with Ryan was a great experience, coming up with easy to follow routines for working out at home and eating right was worth every penny. I would recommend him to others who want to change up their lifestyle for the better. Building a strong foundation can be tough but he made sure to push me at the right points to keep going and I can’t thank him enough. If there was a 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, that’s what the rating would be. 👍🏻 👍🏻

    Working with Ryan for over an year, I saw changes in my body that I never thought were possible. By the end of the program I looked better, felt better and slept better. Ryan is a dedicated, supportive and patient trainer. He pushes you to be the best version of yourself inside and outside the gym. A lifestyle coach indeed. 100% recommended.

    Ryan goes above and beyond as a trainer and I am extremely happy with the results I got. He taught me how to lift weights properly and I am confident to step into the weight room. I lost a total of 18lbs in 12 weeks with his fat loss program and have been able to keep it off. RD fitness has been a great support system and I highly recommend him as a coach!

    Ryan is an excellent coach, mentor and master trainer. His passion for his clients results is always number one. Ryan provides incredible knowledge, training and support to each of his clients. If there is something the client is unsure of or needs modifications with the workout program or meal plan Ryan is always available to support you with new tools, strategies or information. He’s the best!

    I was skeptical about using an online coach, but Ryan is amazing! He motivated me every day and helped push me towards the results I wanted! If you want to see results and feel comfortable in your own skin, I highly recommend the 90 day body transformation program with coach Ryan!

    I paid for Ryans' program a full year in advance and he gave me an amazing deal. Once I followed the plan it became so easy and the results started flowing in. The program is step by step and was easy to stick to. He motivates me every day to stay healthy and I know he always has my back!

    I've been working with Ryan for a couple of months now and it's one of the best decisions I have made. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Ryan knows how to get the most out of you both in the gym during your workout, and outside of the gym with nutrition as well. Ryan truly cares and because of his passion and commitment to his clients I've been able to make great strides on diet and sleep to compliment the workouts we have been doing. The gains have been extraordinary as I have reduced belly fat and gained muscle. Because of Ryan I am only getting better and I can't wait to see where we are in another month. Simply put, Ryan is a phenomenal trainer. If you are looking for a trainer to get you to the next level, look no further. Thank you Ryan!

    I was one of Ryan’s first online coaching clients and it is incredible to see how far he has come since starting the program.  The workout routines keep getting better, the diet plans have gotten more personal and detailed, and his coaching skills keep improving with every client.  It has been an honour to watch RD Fitness grow into what it has become, I am die hard supporter of the group and am forever grateful for how Ryan has helped me!

    We contacted RD Fitness to help my wife and I get ready for our wedding. Originally we just wanted to lose a few pounds so we looked good on our special day, but the training was so much more than that. Ryan really made the effort to educate us on what foods to eat, when to eat, and why we eat the foods we eat. We both have a much better outlook on food ( with the occasional cheatmeal ). The workouts were always tough, but we always left the gym with a smile! Thanks for the help Ryan.

    I googled Vancouver, Personal Trainer and after talking to a few personal trainers, I decided to try a complimentary session with Ryan. After our initial assessment and workout, I knew instantly he was the trainer for me. He listened, he cared and designed my program around my busy hectic life. I work 2 jobs and I was preparing for a wedding, but Ryan was still able to get me to start eating health and make better choices. I don’t think I could have done it without Ryan, So thank you for investing your time and energy into me!

    I have been working with Ryan for 10 weeks through his online training app and I love it! The workouts are easy for me to understand and the videos show me the form perfectly. The diet is based around my lifestyle so it is easy to stick to without me feeling like a need to cheat all the time. He allows balance in the program, because I have a very social life and like to go out for the occasional drink, Ryan helps tailor the program so that I can still go out and enjoy myself from time to time.

    My last trainer was from Steve Nash and left a bad taste in my mouth about Personal Training, but Ryan completely changed that opinion once i tried his coaching. See, Ryan doesn’t just care about you when your in gym, he checks in on you when you Leave the gym as well. He pushes me when he knows I can go harder, but eases off when he needs to as well. I am not perfect with my diet, but I am working on it and with Ryan’s help I know I can know I can keep the fat off forever.

    I work long hours and come home to 2 hyper kids everyday, RD Fitness helped me incorporate fitness and healthy eating into my crazy life even though it wasn’t easy. I am very happy Ryan was patient with me and understood the stress I deal with on a day to day basis, without him I do not think I could have lost the unwanted body fat I did without him. If you are looking for a good coach and fitness program that will suit your busy life, Ryan is your guy!

    Working with Ryan was literally life changing. He helped me to set attainable yet challenging goals. He built a workout program for me, corrected my form and helped me work on my weaknesses. Most importantly he changed my mindset to living a healthy lifestyle. It wasn't about a fad diet or some weird fitness craze.     My partner and I have been training with Ryan at RD Fitness for the last couple of years and the results have been impressive. He is a great motivator and not only does he train you he can assist with nutrition and goal setting. I strong recommend Ryan if your looking for a new fitness partner.

    I have never met a coach or trainer that can match Ryan’s dedication and passion. The love he has for helping people reach their goals shows up in everything that he does. Ryan’s approach to health and wellness is exactly what is needed in an industry overcrowded with a ton of noise and bad advice. He is extremely knowledgeable and will empower you to use that knowledge for the rest of your life. Ryan truly is the real deal and you will be hard pressed to find a coach more dedicated to your health and fitness.

    Ryan is the best coach in Vancouver, hands down! From our very first consultation I knew I was making the right choice by how closely Ryan listened and paid attention. He based our workout routine and diet plan around MY lifestyle and the food that I enjoy eating. He taught me how to eat towards my goals and how to train and stretch to avoid injury. I have been working with Ryan for over 2 years now and he still impresses me with the workouts he puts me through.

    I had the pleasure of training with RD Fitness from October 2020 until March 2023. This training was both in person and transitioned to online. This experience was much more than just learning what to do in the gym! I am forever grateful to my time spent with Ryan! I learned a lot about myself... How I deal with anxiety and stress, the need to be prepared for life events (celebrations, vacations, when things don't go according to plan etc.). Ryan is a thoughtful, passionate and caring coach! He can be tough, knows when to push you, knows when you need some tough love and knows when you need support. I learned confidence in the gym, countless things about nutrition and meal prepping and gained the tools needed to change my lifestyle. Ryan is a friend for life and I am thankful for my time with him as my coach!
