It was certainly challenging to organize a wedding during these uncertain times, but Kristen was so accommodating with our date changes and just made things so easy for us. Kristen officiated our wedding in June 2022 and we are so happy that she did. From the initial zoom call, we felt at ease knowing she was guiding us through our ceremony. She provided us with a lot of great resources and helped us with each detail of the ceremony. She made our ceremony so personal and beautiful. Beyond that, she was an amazing presence on our wedding day. She made us feel calm and at ease. Even though we did not do a rehearsal (which I would recommend doing in hindsight), she provided us with guidance before the ceremony on the day of the wedding. She played such an important role in our wedding day and in telling our love story and we cannot recommend her and thank her enough!

Danny was the best officiant we could have asked for. He really captured who we are. We had our son during Covid and he was an important piece to our wedding and Danny made sure he was a key part to our ceremony. Valerie and the Vancouver Officiant team were absolutely amazing for our July 2022 wedding. After getting engaged back in 2019, we had quite a long engagement that included a postponement. Valerie and VO were great to work with through it all. She was so encouraging, kind, and very organized. The ceremony Valerie created was so personal and perfectly us. Valerie was very responsive to all forms of communication and had us feeling at ease the entire time. She was perfect during the rehearsal, getting our large and fun loving bridal party up to speed and everyone knew exactly what to do. The ceremony was perfect and Valerie had my husband and I feeling calm and connected the entire time. We especially appreciated her soft cuing and guiding us so seamlessly through such a big experience. If your looking for an officiant for your wedding, Valerie and the VO team are it! We absolutely recommend Vancouver Officiant! Danny did a fantastic job and we received a lot of compliments after our wedding about how well he did. He met with us multiple times to get to know us as a couple so he could present an incredible ceremony to our guests. I even had someone ask us if we knew Danny from before because he made it seem like he knew us so well! Danny made the experience very easy and smooth for us. 5/5 would highly recommend going with James from Vancouver Officiants! He is professional yet so personable. We even heard him make the audience laugh with his intro before our entrance! We wanted to have a fun ceremony that still included the traditional elements, and he did just that. It also helped that he spoke Cantonese and English so both sides of our family could understand everything going on. James was amazing!

Working with Vancouver Officiant was seamless! They were quick to respond and on top of everything. Having Johnathan officiate our wedding was a dream! He is so friendly and kind. Scott was amazing to work with. First of all, he truly took the time to get to know us as a couple –over beers (yes plural) on the North Shore– we couldn’t have been happier. He had his work cut out for him too, referencing an intense google doc to incorporate and explain many Jewish traditions throughout our ceremony. He did it with grace, and all in the tone we had always imagined for our wedding. Scott is down-to-earth, genuine and warm, all topped off with a dusting of humour. Our guests loved him, and assumed he was a friend of ours. We’ve told them he is now! :)

He spoke with us before the big day, to get to know us, and then put together a ceremony that was just what we were looking for - the right balance of fun, respect for the occasion and not too long ;) Jonathan's positive and welcoming personality really set the stage for a great day we will never forget.

Our officiant Jonathan was FANTASTIC - we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
