Went all the way downtown to get my cologne I have been wearing for the last 34 years. When I looked at the counter where I usually get my product and it was not there. I asked the young gentleman who was tending that counter and was told they do not make that product. As I say I have been wearing the same cologne for 34 years and don't appreciate being lied to some little wet behind the ear jerk. I am a bit scary by appearance but appreciate the good thing in life. I think your "attendant" should take his nose out of the air,quit stereotyping people on their appearance and learn about the product line he is being PAID to sell. The scary guys money is just as good Mr. suit and ties money.

Came in and heard about the brand previously, but wanted to see a bit more in person. Brand ambassador Cyrus L. was very knowledgable and courteous. They explained brand history and different ways to style a single bag. I was very impressed!! Even though i didnt buy anything that day, my time at Bottega Veneta definitely left a positive impression on me and i will surely be back in the future. -Merci ☺️

The lobby was absolutely stunning, clean, bright and classy.

Everytime when I visit this brand, the sales are all very friendly and welcoming unlike Chanel at Holt Renfrew. The ladies are also very patient in explaining and introducing the bags. Too bad I didn't see anything I like coz I was looking for a gift but I will go back and check again.

Went to Dior at Holt Renfrew and had dreadful service. I've noticed the same lack-of-interest attitude throughout the store which is the exact opposite of what I experience at Nordstrom or the stand alone designer boutiques. I would visit the Hotel Vancouver location or shop online vs. ever coming back to Holt's.

Look for Cyrus as he is absolutely fantastic! He knows all about Bottega Veneto, bags and fashion and will give you excellent advice. We were so lucky that he took care of us when my wife got her dream bag today! ♥️🎄

Out of all the brands I browsed through the entire building of the HR, Bottega Veneta was the only one who presented me a positive luxury experience. I casually walked in with no clear idea of what I was going to grab. From the multiple negative experiences with other brands brands where discouraged me to buy something I originally planned to purchase I felt quite hopeless to find something for my anniversary the same day. I met Cyrus at BV and he gave me the full on consultation of what would best fit into my needs and style considering my petit frame and personal taste. He even went over how warranty works and services I can get when my bag needs some spa over time (not free). I originally thought of getting an advice from the store leave and make a purchase online to save some $$, my hubby wanted to make a purchase on site from him. Cyrus made sure I was getting a brand new piece and save money on tax as I am from AB by sending it directly to my house. It normally takes to decide on colour and size when I spend a big money but with his help, everything happened less than an hour and I am super happy with the decision I made! (It was something completely out of my radar.) I received my order within 3 business days. and the quality of the bag and the metal warranty card amazed me. I am planning to keep purchasing from him with phone order if anything BV when I don't have any plan to visit Vancouver. Hope sales of BV increases so they can have a proper store section soon!
