    Always had a great pleasure getting service here, got a phone two years ago and the service was great.     On June 15th I went into the Bell Kiosk, after what was a long, drawn-out process to port over my number from, Bell. After numerous agents and transfers between departments and countless hours spent on this transition, I went into the Bell Kiosk and Linda Ly was able to resolve all the issues within 10 minutes. She was so personable and knowledgeable and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you Linda for your support!

    Dear Bell management and equality, This branch treats me very rudely and uncomfortable in serving me with my questions and treats me with arrogance, and I felt racist in dealing and when he answered my questions, he answered with bullying and this is unacceptable. You must train your team in customer acquisition and respect it because it represents your company (What is Roger’s Complaining about)👍✌️ I am an executive director in a major company. I have not encountered such a transaction, and from tomorrow I will end my dealings with you and end the company’s dealings with you, and I swear to that. Thanks Lipton

    Hey Bell ^•ﻌ•^ฅ, just wanted to give Linda, and Allysa a shout out from your Pacific Center Vancouver location. Anytime I've visited the kiosk, I've always been greeted and helped promptly by them, great patients with me, and explained everything in detail for me regarding my new phone plan, and any questions I've had other times afterwords. Thanks again, would recommend a friend (✿^‿^)

    I lost my phone and went to get a new sim card. with my out-of-province number and ID there were some issues scanning my ID, but Peter was EXTREMELY helpful. 11/10 service, he helped make sure i got my new sim card set up and went above and beyond with the process even when the person on the phone from bell was making things difficult. Thanks Peter :) definitely recommend this kiosk and that man deserves a raise

    Nisal is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help figure out a hardware issue with my iPhone. He assisted with a new SIM card and sorted out the update with my iOS. Great service!

    On April 24th 2021, I had come to the Bell kiosk at Pacific Centre Mall in Vancouver. I had a cracked cell phone and Apple Watch. Both the representatives helped me set up a better plan and helped me get new devices. The knowledgeable staff (Paraz and his associate) not only assisted me with the replacement of my phone and Apple Watch but also educated me on the better plan services that fit my budget and for what I had in mind for a phone plan. I have been a long time client of Bell and I am satisfied with the service, the product and the overall experience I have every time I go to one of their locations or kiosk. I have been with other phone service providers but nothing compares to the exceptional service that Bell provides. Highly recommend!

    Nisal and Thrush were super helpful in getting me set up with a new plan. They turned what I thought would be a long process porting my number and getting a new phone into a really simple process and helped transfer everything to my new phone. Great friendly service.

    Thush was a star helping us to get new Apple Watches with our kids (side note - the staff at the Apple Store seemed to think they would need phones to have watches. They def do not!) Thush was patient with us and the kids as we paired and set up the watches and asked a lot of questions. Darby also helped with the set up of the accounts and paperwork and was also great!     Amazing experience! I recently moved to Vancouver and needed a new phone number. Nicole Peng explained everything to me in a very clear and fun way. She went the extra mile by helping me find a phone number that I loved (through trial and error). Awesome service from her, and also from Paras Dhir who pointed out some interesting things.

    Since Nick and Linda left, I have not seen a good support from this store. Even when I online chat with bell itself, they left the conversation once they could not fix the contract.

    Went in here for a new phone plan and it ran smoothly! Very Straightforward and the person that helped me, Darren was very clear on the plan and very organized.     I was a long-time Rogers customer who decided to switch to Bell Mobility after the most recent outage at Rogers. It's hard to believe that in 2022 a major cell phone carrier doesn't have redundancy built into their network. I was able to switch over and keep the same number that I have had the past ten years. There was some confusion on this matter though because when I called I was told it was not possible. When I visited the kiosk the customer representative checked with a colleague and it was possible. There were some hiccups along the way. My phone is a Motorola Moto G XT1040 which came out in 2013. When the customer representative put in the SIM card I had to enter a code to unlock the phone. With more recent phones this is not necessary.

    Darren was incredibly rude. To quote him “I don’t give a shit”. I was laughed at for upgrading my phone at the park Royal location. Probably didn’t want to help us out because it was 6:05 and they close at 7.

    Superb service and Thush (store manager) made sure to beat the offers from the rest of the centre. Even though we thought it might not work and other stores said that it wouldn’t, he managed to make a great student offer work even though I’m international! Great job and such nice people - especially after having wandered the entire Pacific centre
