Quiet neighborhood where nice stop by for a bubble tea. Tea is fine but dun expect common bubble tea. It’s more like coffee like milk tea. The bubble waffle is much better than lemon waffle or anywhere else. Up to what is expected in Hong Kong. But it’s smaller size and less filling. However the mix has a good balance of crispy crest and soft filling.

Fantastic BBT gem in the neighborhood, found this place via a friend's recommendation. Taro milk tea is fresh, there is no typical powder tasting. The shop is clean and cozy, perfect spot to hang out with couple friends after grabbing your drink. The background music is not loud Staffs are friendly and patient, they ask good questions and make good suggestions when my friend had difficulty choosing what she wanted. Conclusion: will recommend this shop and visit again.

I made a special request for a Lychee milk tea, an order that isn't found found in Canada but is fairly common in Europe. Cha Yuan made the order and it was delicious! I will definitely be ordering here again, and hope that they add this to their regular menu someday.

BEST BUBBLE TEA EVER!! I’ve been going there for a year (since dec 4th 2020) and I love it there, there ice cream is amazing too. I would definitely recommend for a delicious experience! I love the original milk tea with less sugar, less ice and brown sugar pearls added. My family also loves it! There bubble waffles are also so yummy. Definitely will never stop coming and supporting.

A very delicious boba shop that's kinda close to a skytrain station! They have a wide selection on their menu, with plenty of customizations available, along with some ice cream as well. I highly recommend their jasmine cheese foam milk tea :)

Stopped by while I was in the area grabbing a bite on pacific Blvd in Yaletown. The owner is very nice and genuine to connect with. Food quality - fresh taro slush 9/10 - lychee black tea 9/10 There is bar seating to hang out by the window but for the most part, I’d usually be here to grab and go. They also have about 6 flavours of gelato if you are interested in grabbing something else other then there bubble tea and bubble waffle. Overall, one of the better places to grab bubble tea in downtown (I am bias cause of love fresh taro and not many places do it good) I’d come back again when I’m in the area :)

I got their brown sugar milk tea and it was really good and at a good price point. I really liked their atmosphere and overall feeling they had. I also liked the straws they had.

Very friendly owner and my jasmine milk tea had a strong tea flavour. At 50% it was not sweet at all so I would try it at 75% next time. I appreciate that they also sub oat milk for no additional charge! Taro here is only fresh so that was a nice surprise since that is my preference too. Will be back!

The drinks are alright. We ordered real taro latte with brown sugar pearls, honey green milk tea, matcha latte, brown sugar pearl milk tea with brown sugar pearl, and mochi waffle. The sugar levels and ice levels are set for the real taro latte. The taro is mixed into the milk, but I would’ve preferred if they left some taro as a topping at the bottom. The pearls were a bit overcooked. I thought the real taro latte wasn’t going to be that sweet so I got the brown sugar pearls instead of regular pearls, but that made my drink too sweet.

I asked for half sweet and my drinks tasted like there was no sugar at all. I'm ok with that since I don't like my drinks that sweet, but I'm so used to other bubbletea stores putting in so much sugar that this was a pleasant surprise. Their pearls are also not soaked in sugar like other places, but still has a nice floral and light sweetness to it. Combined with the drink, it was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. Will definitely come again!

Best bubble tea in all of downtown and Yaletown! Tea is authentic and the owner is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the roasted oolong milk tea.

First time here and really enjoyed their Roasted Oolong with pearls - great balance between the brewed tea fragrance, sweetness (50% sugar), and bitterness. Mochi bubble waffle was very crispy on the outside. Service was friendly and efficient. Bonus points for the compostable straw staying intact after over an hour and not bending halfway like the ones from more famous bbt places!

So many things to love about this place! The service here is absolute top notch, all five times I've been here the staff have been extremely friendly. The drinks are great and I appreciate the fact they offer customization on the amount of ice and sugar they put in your drink.

I tried the coffee milk tea (half sweet) which was flavourful & tasted refreshing; the coffee taste did not overpower the milk tea taste. Would love to visit again to try more drinks :).

Excellent bubble tea and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. We tried the Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Mango Latte. Both were excellent.

I got the brown sugar pearl milk tea and it is sooooo good! Definitely a place to check out! The tapioca is also realllyyyy good!

I got the hot Earl Grey Milk Tea with pearls, regular sugar and oat milk. It was great. The staff was also very nice. My only qualm is the cup keeps leaking because the lid keeps falling off.

Cha Yuan had been my favourite local shop for bubble tea since it opened! I received personable service and very high quality products consistently. I unfortunately don't live in the area anymore but making the trip to Yaletown for a visit will always be worth it for me!

I can never resist stopping by whenever I'm in the area. The teas are strong and flavourful. They have non dairy options available at no extra charge either (not like annoying places that upsell you 80c to a dollar for a bit of oat milk). Customer service is always top notch. They also have fruit teas, slushes, and gelato for the summer as well.

The best, freshest, most natural boba I have come across..and I’m from California—that’s high praise. The shop is a passion project of the owner, who is a local that switched careers. I learned this because he was the one serving me and doing everything in the store the day I went! That’s dedication. Go support him. Fresh Strawberry latte milk tea absolutely perfect on a hot day after skating to Stanley Park and back.

Their Brown sugar pearl milk tea was so good! I got it with less ice and 75% sugar, I could of definitely went with 50% sugar instead. Had a hard time poking a hole with paper straw but it still works at the end. Their boba definitely tasted fresh! Not too chewy.

Worst bubble tea ever! I bought twice from this business and both times I wasn’t allowed to adjust the sugar levels or ice levels. i ordered a mango latte one day and then a chocolate latte another day hoping it would be a better experience but it wasn’t…they both were mostly milk and hardly any flavour and most certainly not sweet enough! Tasted like I was drinking a cup of milk with pearls in them. My mango latte was almost white in colour not orange and so was my chocolate latte it was pale brown not chocolatey tasting at all. Plus it’s extremely hot in the shop so you can’t even sit there and enjoy your tea. So disappointing! The other bubble tea places I go to are much superior in flavour, ambiance and customer service!
