Overall a very pleasent experience. No wait, easy booking, helpful staff. They did a great job of walking me through what I will need, why and what the process will be. Julie was great, always pleasent and put me at ease even though she was treating me like a pin cusion. I highly recommend their services if you need to get dosed before going away. The only complaint I have is the number of emails and texts they send in advance of your bookings.... I would describe it as overly thurough. Otherwise thats it.

Never ever visit this place. They take your money then look up YOUR questions on Google right in front of you, then tell you that you don’t need anything done. I can’t believe I got scammed into paying for something this useless

I’ve gone to these guys twice. Once was good, but my second visit was pretty disappointing. It took over 7h to get my results (despite them saying 1-4h) and I had to hound them a few times to even get it in that timeline. The office building was also closed on the weekend, I couldn’t find the beep code in the directory, and the call centre wasn’t much help. However while getting the test done the staff was friendly and really great to deal with. Ultimately (after some stress) I did get my test completed.

I had a great experience at the Clinic. The nurse and assistant working there were very professional and made sure I had the right information re vaccine for a future trip. The nurse also administered me two vaccines needed in such an easy pain free environment. Highly recommend for great service!

Service was fine and people friendly. Cost is a ridiculous cost for the content and time required. Many places charge $30 for an antigen test and this place charged $115 each! I am a public Health nurse who answers covid calls and find this charge a huge money grab taking advantage of random rules.

The service was excellent and to a high degree of quality. Everything was thoroughly researched and I was provided what vaccines were useful and nothing more. The injections were administered skillfully and comfortably.

I was not very impressed with their service at all. I had asked for an invoice at the end of my call with the nurse as i had no idea how much all this would cost. Even though they pushed for me to book in first, i finally got an invoice for about $1,100. I thought that was ridiculously expensive and asked was this the final invoice to which the response was, you don't have to pay until you come in! When I got my first shots I was told that that invoice was just for the first visit and that it would be another $1000 for my final two visits!! what customer would only want the first invoice when asking about the overall price! I was mislead from the start and when i mentioned this the girl at reception just shrugged and said like you probably have insurance so they can pay.. like that would make her mess up better. how would she know if a had benefits or not. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth and if I could choose again i would choose a different clinic. I would say that both the call with the nurse and the nurses administrating the shots very all very nice and helpful.

The staff were delightful and welcoming, and the LFT took the usual 5 minutes; my email duly arrived around 3 hours later. But........even at my advanced age, I did many LFTs at home with kits provided by the British government. I met several parties who had Antigen tests in Vancouver and none paid more than $50 Canadian. I must therefore suggest that your charge of $115 was exorbitant. My travel agent in England booked for me so I'll pass on these comments to her.

Great place, friendly people got results in 15 minutes! Needed results for cruise was a perfect place to go to.

Overpriced for a consult and even more over priced for vaccines. Triple the cost of other travel clinics. The consult was ridiculous and took triple the amount of time needed despite me saying I had to leave for another appointment.

Had a really good experience at this travel clinic. They are very thorough in explaining everything and super nice and kind. I would definitely go back. The only reason why I would give this 4 starts is due to the higher price compared to other VCH travel clinics but for being downtown it’s great. Their online booking experience is amazing as well!!

Smooth and efficient service with the results through within 2 hours, sadly my husband tested positive which meant that our cruise had to be cancelled and he had to isolate, however very delighted with the process and would recommend the use of the Canadian Travel Clinic at 970 Burrard Street, Vancouver.

This was $60 just for an unfocused conversation with a nurse about the risks of travel. She didn't even know what vaccines BC residents had received as children. And, the Amani travel clinic, based from the same front desk and same staff, is cheaper, both for the consult and for vaccines. They gave me inaccurate prices for vaccines (again, the Amani price list), and had to revise to steeper prices once they realized their mistake. I feel ripped off. Book through Amani, not Canadian travel clinics.

Everyone was very friendly, patient, and helpful. As an individual that works in healthcare, I appreciated the signage in the waiting area that clearly stated how poor treatment of the staff would not be tolerated. I am glad there is zero tolerance for this. I would definitely return if I needed a test.

We had tests in Vancouver back in July that were fine (reasonably timely... professional) then today I PARTIALLY filled out their form online (not submitted), and I got 2 "welcome" messages 5 minutes apart, and now a request for a review. "Help us do better!" was the caption on the request for a review. Do better by not jumping the gun. Thanks.

Efficient and informative. They walked me through what I needed for the tropical country I'm travelling to and the costs/timing of vaccines available. The vaccination itself was quick and professional. I got the whole thing done over my lunch hour. Top marks.
