We had an amazing stay at Au Moulin. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it incredibly special for us. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and the food each time was spectacular! The mill was very quaint and beautiful, and each night we fell asleep to the sound of the running creek! Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful, despite us not speaking any French, and the highlight of our trip was definitely how nice and caring the staff were. Would highly recommend.

This is a great weekend outing. The village is unspoiled, and the mill house beautiful. Excellent food, fire place, friendly hosts. The breakfast in bed is worth the whole trip. Went by bicycle from Bois le Roi. Enjoy!

Great experience in a small village. We arrived somewhat early and had a delightful cheese plate and got to meet one of the two friendly cats in residence. Dinner was classic French cuisine and they accommodated a vegetarian with an excellent omelette. Rooms are quirky but we enjoyed the historical building.

Stayed for 1 night. Room small handheld shower and low beam across room (about 5ft) I'm 6 4. Normal bed not comfortable No receptionist on arrival . A nice chap showed us to the room so unable to request a change no English spoken. Restaurant very nice good food

Very small quirky rooms. Food and staff great.

Unbedingt Empfehlenswert! Wir haben auf der Rückreise von Biscarosse nach Deutschland hier einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Die Mühle liegt zwar sehr ländlich, entpuppte sich aber als Kleinod! Ein mit viel Liebe restauriertes, uraltes Gemäuer mit Charakter, ein wunderschön angelegter Garten mit verstreuten Sitzgelegenheiten und einer schicken Terasse mit Bar, toll arrangierte Tische auf einer Art Steg entlang des Mühlbachs, stimmungsvolles Ambiente. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei schön präsentierten Speisen. Freundlicher, zugewandter Service trotz sehr starkem Betrieb. Im Sommer an den Samstag Abenden tolle Livemusik wechselnder Bands auf einer kleinen Bühne hinten im Garten. Das absolute Highlight war aber die herausragende Freundlichkeit nach unserer Abreise! Unsere kleine Tochter vergaß ihr geliebtes Kuscheltier im Hotelzimmer. Nach kurzem Email-Kontakt die erlösende Nachricht: das Kuscheltier hatte sich gefunden und kam per Post nach Hause, zusammen mit einem ganz süßen Brief, warum es seinen Aufenthalt dort "verlängert" hat! Ein besonderes Dankeschön an das ganze Team! Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

What a great surprise - we found this place more or less by accident and it was such a pleasure! Great service, amazing food and quiet and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it.
