We just finished our son's 4th birthday party at this venue. The food was good and the venue is fun. The prices are high and you need to pay extra for most things. We knew this so i wont complain but it is a bad thing about the venue. The only real bad thing is the absolute wench on reception. She has zero people skills and needs some interpersonal training. She told me we pay on the way out. The party was until 1330. At 1325 she came and screamed at me in front of all of our guests about how i hadnt paid yet. I was handing out party bags. She then insisted i should have paid at 1300!? It was completely unecessary she was completely unhinged and emotionally unstable about the whole thing. Needs to be fired. there is 'straight forward german style' ... but then there is her. She needs to be muzzled or banned from working ina customer relations environment. For the massive bill we had to pay i didnt expect to be spoken to like something on her shoe. Never again. Better off going somewhere else where your experience wont be ruined by someone who obviously doesnt even like children.

Big place, a lot to keep kids entertained. The reception staff could be more friendly and st least pretend they enjoy the job. It's s little expensive but s smile costs nothing.

The only indoor place in Munich with good food for kids and adults , like all kind of salad, homemade pizza and not only pomes. Great place for birthday celebration.

Nice place for kids to have fun, lot of activities, couple of activities you have to pay extra even though if you buy entry tickets, good discounts if you visit in group.

It’s a nice place but a bit expensive considering that you need to pay a lot for using many features including a trampoline. Not allowing food and drinks from outside is fine but then ofer something else except junk food. Very dissatisfied by this part. In the small kids are there are 2 different sets of lego blocks, this makes playing very annoying since they are very similar but incompatible

Many things to do, from 0 to 99. Our 2 y old enjoyed the ball bath (the under 4 part) the most, and the Trampolins. I personally enjoyed that I could sit and do nothing and the kid was just playing for a long time having fun. The coffee and ice cream were also good, of course overpriced. The entrance fee is fair. The bus from Messestadt Ost is very quick and cheaper than traveling with an MVV Streifenkarte.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Daughter was invited to a birthday party - she was there for about 4 hours and she had a fabulous time. It's a place we would probably come back to. I think a good age range would probably be between 4 and 9 years old.

We've been here twice. For the kids, it's amazing. Lots of stuff to and worth the money on a rainy day. Our kids are always exhausted and had a great time. For the parents, you have to accept a few things: no outside food allowed. If they suspect you have it, you'll get lectured. Everything is pretty expensive as this is how they make their money. The staff is burnt out and generally unfriendly unless you are handling them money. Yelling is not out of the ordinary, so prepare to push back or be sacrificed to the bouncy volcano that has no way parents to reach scared kids other than powering through 6 year olds up the side. Sanitize every chance you get. By 1 pm on a Sunday, this place is insane. Expect you'll get sick. This is where I finally caught covid after 3 years and all the vaccinations. It was super mild for me, but if you're immune compromised, just keep a mask and santizer handy.
