It
was
the
worst
experience
we
had
ever
had
in
any
accommodation.
The
room
booked
was
not
the
one
we
stayed
in,
it
was
downgraded
and
we
were
told
that
we
will
get
refunded
for
the
price
difference
on
the
check
out.
When
we
came
to
checkout
the
owner
was
super
rude,
told
me
to
shut
up
multiple
times
and
didn't
let
me
explain
that
we
didn't
stay
in
the
room
we
paid
for.
He
told
me
he
can
tell
me
his
name
but
I
will
not
understand
it
as
it's
German
and
treated
us
like
we
are
lower
class
than
he
is.
In
the
end
he
threatened
to
call
the
police
if
we
don't
leave
and
I
told
him
to
call
them
or
I
will.
Police
said
we
should
get
a
lawyer
and
sue
him.
If
you
are
not
German
or
don't
speak
German,
I
would
suggest
to
stay
as
far
away
as
possible.
P.S.
If
you
don't
run
after
the
waitresses
and
ask
for
eggs
for
breakfast
you
wouldn't
even
know
they
serve
them.

Well
I
didn't
expect
you
to
confirm
what
I
wrote,
but
your
cameras
would
show
that
what
I
wrote
is
the
truth.
I
booked
the
room
with
the
balcony
and
it's
visible
on
my
reservation.
Also
I
should
not
have
asked
for
refund
if
my
room
was
downgraded,
you
should
give
without
me
even
asking
for
it.
Also
breakfast,
yes,
we
are
imagining
what
happened.
There
are
couple
of
other
reviews
that
say
the
same
thing
about
your
behavior.
The
owner
didn't
even
let
me
talk,
much
less
start
an
argument.
I
never
in
my
life
saw
more
despicable
person.
