    Tulio is a great fit for my elderly mom. He takes time to take care of her exercise needs while it becoming a social call for mom as well. She's happy and she is getting the exercise that she would not get/do on her own.

    My husband, Tony, who is 82 years old, had lost his vision and much of his mobility after he got a heart attack and a stroke. He was depressed because he wasn’t able to do the activities he used to do. My daughter, Janice, looked up online for a fitness program to get him out of his depression and she found Vintage Fitness. He was introduced to Ana Rojas, the trainer, who always came with a smile to our home to start the exercises with Tony. Ana introduced the right exercises for him and now Tony is looking forward to his sessions of therapy. Ana is very knowledgeable and professional in introducing all the right exercises for him. I highly recommend Vintage Fitness and Ana Rojas for seniors or anyone seeking therapy to keep healthy

    The decision to sign up with Vintage Fitness (after 50 years of no fitness activity) proved to be a very good one. I’m paired with Dave, an ideal match (at least in my opinion…. ) Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and caring at the same time. The personalized program he designed for me really helped me gain some of the mobility back I had lost due to arthritis and I’m still improving. Dave keeps me motivated and I’m now looking forward to our work-out sessions, something I never imagined that would happen. Thanks Dave (& Vintage Fitness)

    I am pleased with the program and its focus on assisting senior people with their fitness issues. My trainer has done a thorough assessment of my fitness issues and has set, and updates, my daily program to improve my fitness with noticeable results. This is a program worthwhile for any senior person wishing to improve personal fitness issues.

    I can't say enough about how wonderful Ana is as a trainer. I look forward to our sessions together - she is attentive and positive, varying the exercises so that workouts are always fresh and new. She modifies exercises to accommodate medical conditions and watches me closely to observe how my body adapts to various challenges. Ana is very knowledgeable and gets great results. Thank you Ana!

    I had my mom setup with a "at home" personal trainer (Mais) and it has been an awesome experience. My mom had lost a lot of muscle tone due to inactivity and had very limited mobility. She also experienced chronic muscular pain. Mais worked with us to set up a customized regimen for my mom, based on our goals. From the get go she was very personable and really invested in making sure it was an engaging and rewarding experience for my mom. She continued to tweak the exercise regimen as my mom progressed and eventually exceeded the goals we had set out. It has made a world of difference for my mom's overall health, mobility and greatly reduced even her chronic muscle pain. She ejoys the sessions and looks forward to them, and the cherry on top is that has noticeably lost weight Thank you Mais and thank you Vintage fitness!!!

    My coach Angie is a friendly nice person. She teaches me how to exercise patiently and carefully. She encourages me to correct my weakness to avoid any injury。 In half a year, I feel more confident to keep my balance and be much flexible. I get much energy daily and sleep well in the night。 Thank you very much, Angie!

    Angie is not only the best fitness trainer, but also an incredible person who constantly lights up our days with each visit. We are so lucky to have met such a wonderful person who brightens up all of our lives. We highly recommend her service as weve benefited from both her expertise and knowledge in such a short amount of time. We not only consider her a professional in her work, but we also consider her as part of our family!

    I would strongly recommend using Kristy as your personal trainer. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At the start of my program, she carefully assessed my body, to determine my strengths and weaknesses. She then prepared a very personalized exercise program both for my upper and lower body, which took into account my individual needs. During training, she is very careful to ensure that all exercises are done correctly, to avoid the possibility of injury. I have enjoyed working with Kristy. Her lovely personality makes even the hardest workout much easier to bear

    My experience with Vintage Fitness has been very positive. From the beginning, they demonstrated a great interest in helping people get more physically fit, but with an emphasis on doing so in a fun way. Their website is full of helpful information and their webinars are very useful. Sarah is my personal trainer and she is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, caring, patient and oh so nice. She keeps me moving, but at a pace that is good for me. Sarah is always checking in to see how I am doing to make sure that I am not hurting myself. After 3 months, I feel that I have come a long way in accomplishing the goals that I set out at the beginning. I feel stronger, my posture is improving and my back, which has been a chronic problem for years, is loosening up. Sarah has taught me so much that I can use going forward. And we do have a lot of fun!

    I've been training with Vintage Fitness for over three months now, and I'm really glad I joined. My daughter convinced me that at my age (67), I should give physical exercise a priority. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after seeing the results after just three months, I'm glad I followed her advice. Tarun has been a great guide and coach throughout my journey.

    I have been working virtually with Mais Elyyan for approximately six months and trust her expertise and guidance. She remains aware and alert to positioning during the various exercises in spite of my small iPad screen. always my program is geared to my needs and she will adjust the program on a minutes notice whenever needed. I trust in her knowledge which she readily shares, in her advise and in her caring that I have success. Consequently, at 80 years old I am stronger, more agile than I have been in several years and would miss my workout time with her if not available. Barbara

    We contacted Vintage and immediately got the ball rolling to help with my mother-in-laws needs. Assessment was extremely thorough and her plan was truly customized for her. Anthony is kind, compassionate, caring and an amazing physiotherapist. My mother-in-law looked forward to working with Anthony and not only did she improve physically but her mental health was also positively impacted by Anthony’s care. From assessment to billing to booking sessions, I really can’t praise everyone enough about the comprehensive services we received. I would recommend Anthony and Vintage Fitness to anyone!

    My Personal Review Of Vintage Fitness Company . They are the most wonderful , gentle, patient , kind, understanding , thoughtful trainers . Ever since I came into the vintage fitness company after recovering from the Covid 19 virus back in 2020 . I needed assistance to become stronger and healthier , and they did that for me . I have come a long way since being a member of this fine company . I do recommend a few wonderful trainers from this fine company : I have so much respect and love for these wonderful people for who they are and what they do to help people to be stronger , healthier , and over all a well being . I highly recommend Miss Erin Billows , Sid , And my teacher, and trainer Mr. Prashanth Suthakar . He is so patient , kind, thoughtful , understanding , and warm . He taught me to do things that I never thought Id be able to do before , And I am now able to do things that he has taught me that has made me stronger and healthier . And he has also helped me with my nutritional goals and it is still in the process of being fine tuned - but its a whole process in its self . But I am getting some where . With out vintage fitness in my life I would have been able to achieve my goals that I have . And have learned new things in the way of making my self healthier and stronger . And so for that I thank everyone at the vintage fitness company . If any one out there needs a fitness specialist - or a trainer .     Tullio has been working with my 93 year-old mother-in-law and myself for over 6 months now. We both appreciate his positive attitude and his skill in identifying our specific needs. We are realizing great results in our own attitudes towards fitness. We highly recommend Vintage Fitness and Tullio.

    Ana R is amazing! She has been our trainer for over 2 months and my husband and I can see remarkable results in our mobility and fitness level. She is very patient and encouraging and she makes us laugh while we are working out. She is very knowledgeable and does her research and is able to answer all our questions.She tries out different exercises and stretches with us and pushes us a little harder each time.She is great and we are so happy she is able to help us out. She is genuinely concerned for our wellness and she puts a positive spin on everything. We are so grateful to her.

    Angie is a personal trainer with exceptional skills, knowledgeable in body mechanics, observant of one’s different abilities & challenges to ensure you won’t get injured during physical exercise esp. when you first start out & thru your overall health journey so you can keep moving. From the beginning she is thorough with the overall mind body assessment to capture your goals & initial physical strengths & weaknesses. She puts together individualized sessions to get you moving & yet make the workout Just that bit more challenging to help you reach that next step to make you stronger. My respiratory system, flexibility & muscle strength has improved immensely which in turn improves my confidence. I know now if I were to have a tumble (fall) I have the strength & maneuverability to get myself upright independently. And to boot behind all her knowledge of the muscular skeletal system (& she works fabulously around any injuries in her exercise plans) I can’t forget to say she brings great kindness, care & joyful personality to each and every visit. Not only do you get a great workout & sweat; you get an emotional boost of joy & happiness. You can tell Angie takes great pride in her work & the work suits her. Anyone would be more than lucky to have Angie as their personal trainer no matter where you start in your exercise journey as she will adapt any exercise to suit your needs .     Neville Panthaki is an excellent trainer. He has proven his competence in a highly specialized area - working with seniors. At age 91, my father has noticeably improved his strength, endurance, cognition and confidence through in-home training sessions with Neville, twice a week over the past year. Neville arrives as scheduled, attentive and fully prepared. While it’s reassuring for our family to notice changes and improvements over the past year, the more meaningful and lasting impact of his training sessions with Neville is that my father knows it and feels them.

    Aarti Jagiashi is an exceptional physical trainer who clearly understands the physical and mental needs and issues for seniors, and for me in particular. Aarti’s goal is not only to maintain but also to improve diminishing physical functioning and abilities typically experienced by seniors. Aarti always encouraged me to achieve my goals easily and successfully. She provided clear explanations and ways of gaining and improving strength by giving me sound advice and appropriate directions during our sessions together.

    i would like to tell you how much I appreciate the care I have received from Aarti. I can now walk without pain, rise from a chair without fear of falling ,and spend more hours in the kitchen baking the treats I love so much. Aarti has explained each treatment as we go and revealed her extensive knowledge of her craft. She has also been a delightful person to have in my home. I look forward to further improvement and heartily recommend her for anyone as old as I am!
