I was definitely skeptical about joining any yoga studio as I never thought I'd enjoy yoga. Yoga on Seven has changed my views and the instructors (especially Deeqa, Danny and Antonella) have really allowed me to enjoy the overall practice. The classes with Deeqa and Danny allow you to push yourself and go beyond your limits. The room gets super hot which is awesome as it makes you sweat so much! I feel that the service, classes and overall atmosphere are very welcoming. The owners Ted and Meiji are super friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend checking out the classes - you will not be disappointed!

I’ve recently started coming to Yoga on Seven and I highly recommend to anyone interested in joining a yoga studio. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the studio offers a community feel; which I truly enjoy being a part of. The studio is well kept. They offer a good variety of different types of classes, meeting everyone’s needs.

The best yoga studio for a variety of classes. Classes include hot power yoga, Pilates, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga. They also host puppy yoga from time to time. The staff and students are super friendly. A great place to workout, relax and/or make friends.

Truly grateful I’ve found this yoga studio!! It’s very convenient to my schedule. I do wish they had more classes during the day, but the evening classes are fantastic. All of the instructor’s I’ve had so far have been great! Deeqa’s class is my favourite!! If you want an intense power yoga workout, don’t miss her class!! The cold towel at the end of class is a perfect touch! The owners are so kind and are always willing to help or accommodate. They really are a pillar to the community!

This is a lovely and welcoming yoga studio with a large variety of classes and many events. There is a strong sense of community and many supportive, helpful teachers. It is a great place for those new to yoga and those who have been practicing for years!

All the 5 star reviews are pretty much spot on about this place. I started coming here regularly mid January this year. It’s been almost 3 weeks. When I walked in for the very first time, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I loved the smell of palo santo and lavender when I walked in. I remember not being able to sleep because I was so excited to take another class the next day! I love how the instructors smudge the room with sage, palo santo/incense to clear out negative energies and to clear the space. There are so many great instructors at this studio. I love how Antonella puts a lot of effort into making her classes extra special with the use of projectors, crystal bowls, singing bowls, candles, salt lamps, mantra cards, smudging, her classes are always an “experience” and always makes me leave feeling light, calm, and amazing. This place is full of good vibes. It’s a place where I look forward to going to after a stressful day at work. It’s rare to find a studio like this. This place is awesome.

I love love love this studio! It is such a warm and welcoming environment, even for someone returning after a long yoga hiatus like me. All the instructors are great and with intimate classes they are able to assist and provide the attention needed to better my practice. Yoga on Seven I will never leave you! :) Highly recommended

Started my yoga journey with Yoga on Seven, it’s my 2nd month so far and it’s the best decision I ever made! I love the owners: Ted and Meji! Super nice and friendly!!!! Meji was very helpful with my package and Ted help correct some of my posture and positions! All the instructors are so nice. Oman is one of my favourites! I definitely recommend!

Danny is by far my favourite teacher, he’s very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the poses and right posture. He challenges his students to take it a step further, to reach our fullest potential. ! I just wish he taught more classes! Yoga on Seven, is so welcoming. The entire staff are great!

Amazing experience. Puppies were adorable and the staff was fantastic! Definitely would go again!
