I believe it is crucial for your staff to receive training on cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure that all customers feel welcome and respected in your establishment. Please learn the words such as Hijab and why people cover and not refer to it as “THING” “ Unfortunately, you have to wear the thing” and more..

I went for my first time and got a wash cut and style with Frank and I was so happy! I showed him some of my inspiration photos and he succeeded in getting my desired look. This was my first time showing a hair stylist a photo and them doing exactly like the photo. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed during my stay. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

I just got my hair done by Olivia! She was amazing. Not only was Olivia knowledgeable but she was also very patient and did not let me leave the salon until she and I were satisfied from the outcome. I want to acknowledge the colour specialist Carry who recommend the best colours for the best outcome. I also loved how all the employees work together as a team to help each other and their clients. I highly recommend this salon to everyone and I'm excited to have Olivia do my hair again ! They all deserve a raise :)
