This is the first time I’ve ever eaten at a fast food franchise that felt like fine dining. The management have kept an impeccable facility. The staff is friendly, caring, and no a thing or two about taking care of kids. This manager is unlike any I’ve ever seen in my life actually works just as hard as the employees and make sure the facility is clean. The food is fresh and tasty. I am so impressed with the experience at this facility that I am actually shocked. It’s a fast food facility for Asian food, me and my wife and family were very satisfied last night with the experience we had at Thai, Express, Vellore village. If you want fresh food and a clean facility with exceptional management and staff, this is the franchise to go to this is the location that I will go to from now on when I’m craving Thai food. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This is one of the best franchise experiences I’ve ever had.

Best Thai Express franchise I have been too! Once you walk in you are greeted by the amazing owners and staff. They made me feel comfortable while ordering my food and giving options. I ordered Pa see ew with shrimp no vegetables. 5/5 would recommend.

Great food, great people at this Thai Express location! I've been to a lot of Thai Express restaurants, but this one is my favourite because of the friendly staff. The owner gave my kids 2 fortune cookies each which made them so happy. He was personable and willing to chat. The place is super clean!! The staff were cleaning so much as we were eating. Very nice washrooms and again very clean eating environment. We will back again, thanks for making our dinner a great experience!

Was in the area and wanted a quick dinner, but was unfamiliar with their menu. Asked Malissa at the front for recommendations based on “soupy, chicken” and she recommended Tom Yum Soup. The sour of the tomato was perfectly balanced with the amount of onions and green onions (and normally, I hate onions in many things). Adding a lime squeeze also gave it an extra kick. Great recommendation, service, and food quality by the Thai Express team.

The best Thai Express franchise that I've been too! Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and amazing food. Store was very clean, staff were super friendly and food was fresh and flavourful. The cashier gave us a vegetable spring roll on the house :) I ordered the Beef Pad Thai with no beansprouts and the Pad See Ew with no vegetables. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

First time at this location and was greeted by the owner with a smile. Excellent food and good size portions. Even ordered food to go. Great customer service and very clean. I will definitely recommend this location. Thank you for your hospitality.

FYI They gave me two free spring rolls because they were closing but I still would have given a five star rating. Great place, great service, the fresh roll was huge, the pad Thai was also hefty and delicious. Highly recommend this place.

It was such a pleasure to have a bite to eat here . I haven’t had thai express in a while . The establishment was very clean…. Food made fresh and the staff very friendly. Great customer service would definitely make a point to going back to this location. A time when customer service is lacking they are on top of there game . Bravo 👏

You guys made some of the best fried rice i ever had in my life definitely recommend if you want a healthier fast food alternative. The employees are also very welcoming and friendly and look like they actually enjoy and care about their job. I hope for the best for you guys.
