Great shop, great service, and friendly staff who are also super helpful. Shout out to Ronald Cooke, the pro I worked with there, who has been such a great person to work with on two purchases - a stationary bike, then a set of weights. The equipment itself was great, but the service provided by Ronald is what will bring me back to Flaman Fitness. For quick context, I’ve been working out of province for much of the pandemic. Ronald knew I was looking for Bowflex Selectecs when I bought my bike and reached out months later when they were in stock with no reminders from my end. He then held them aside and reached out with friendly inquiries here and there until I could get them. When I got back to Toronto, I couldn’t get out to their store and I happen to live close by Ronald so he actually just dropped them off right at the door of my building. Truly unreal next level service that you don’t see very often - thanks, Ronald.

Great Customer Service!! Both Ronald and Chad were very helpful in answering all of my questions when I bought Bowflex Max Trainer M5; I was very nervous, since I have a bad knee and wasn't sure if this machine would be for me, feel like I made the right choice. Ronald himself delivered the machine to my house to fit my schedule; instead of me waiting for the delivery crew....will definitely be recommending my friends to your store!! Thanks guys:):)

Thanks to Ronald C. for his assistance with all of our recent purchases. He is very knowledgeable, and always helpful with our questions. As a corporate purchaser, we appreciate the professional and patient attitude he brings to every sale. ( Does it come in white? Ha ha ) Our purchases are used in Trade Shows and Events, and he is always able to recommend the right items for our needs, which include being sturdy, presentable, and most important, usable. The location is a bit out of the way, in a strip mall, but is definitely worth the trip from Mississauga. ( waiting patiently for a closer location in the Mississauga area) This location is always clean, and well organized, and we are continually amazed at the wide selection of products they actually carry, including HEALTH CARE items like walkers and the most comfortable massage chairs you will ever sit in, yoga, and so much more. They even have TRAMPOLINES ! Mobility scooters, E-Bikes, and Stand Up Paddle Boards.. truly something for everyone. They have a fantastic showroom, where you can try before you buy, with all the professional guidance to make sure you get what you need. We would definitely recommend this Flaman location to anyone looking to purchase fitness and health care items. Well done Ronald and Chad. Ronald was very helpful in securing a much coveted and hard to find Schwinn IC4 bike. He went above and beyond in terms of service and even helped us load the bike into our car. Update: 2 weeks in now with my Cruiser so adding review of the product itself - Love my Schwinn retro red cruiser and, thankfully, have not yet used it for a clothes hanger but have been using it faithfully as it was intended LOL... As a boomer recently retired, I know how important it is to keep moving - again, I’m not intending to break any records, just keep mobile which this has certainly allowed me to do. My building has a fitness room with various machines, including an exercise bike but I still found it too easy to avoid getting ready to go downstairs within the hours available - having the unit in my own suite is a huge plus. A quick note for those, like me, that have type 2 diabetes (in my case, I refer to it as a self inflicted condition, not so for everyone) - my glucose readings are much better when I’m getting some exercise... I use Strava to keep track of both my indoor and outdoor biking - as I have family members on it, another good source of encouragement when they see my rides posted..... Soooo, another very long winded review...apologies for going on - but in summary - great exercise bike - another 5 stars....and no better place to purchase than Flaman! ————————————————————————————————————————- Went to Flaman Fitness after seeing the Schwinn Classic Cruiser exercise bike on TV and wanted a ‘hands on’ look (sometimes, Brick&Mortar just can’t be beat- and I won’t take advantage of going to a store to look/try out a product and then buying it elsewhere). Found good reviews of this store so gave it a try.... Chad was most helpful in answering questions/addressing concerns and I was confident he was being honest. To ensure the set up was done properly, I paid for delivery/setup. Thursday, Feb.5th was a day of inclement weather so I was concerned my delivery may be delayed. Within minutes of my delivery window, I got a call from Leo telling me he’d be delayed by 30 minutes or so.....wow - who does that?? In my experience with deliveries, they get there when they get there, delivery window or not - I was impressed already! Leo arrived within the suggested time and was awesome in setting up, explaining - everything! A little too early to review the bike itself but so far, very happy with it - compact enough to keep in my living room so there’s no excuse to miss out on the benefits of keeping mobile until the outdoor biking weather is back. This is a very simple unit - not a lot of bells and whistles that aren’t necessary for my level of fitness - and, IMHO doesn’t look horrible in my living room - maybe eclectic? 🙄😏 Thank you, Flaman, for hiring excellent employees like Chad And Leo - they’ll not only keep you customers coming back but will also be recommended to others!

Chad was incredibly helpful from the start. The client service, knowledge and care was exceptional. I ended up purchasing an air bike, upgrading from my previous model and Chad was able to explain the pros and cons with the purchase. We ordered a new treadmill from Ronald at their Woodbridge location and had an excellent experience from my first call through delivery. Ronald quickly answered any questions and kept me up to date at each stage of the process. We received the treadmill in under a week, where most other stores quoted us months. Outstanding service. Great prices and fast turn around time for placed orders on the phone. I shopped around everywhere, they're quality for Olympic weights and bars is outstanding for the price. Will be coming here again when I plan on getting my Olympic bar. Picked up the Olympic Ez Curl Bar today and some good looking weights. Highly recommended. Great Customer Service! Emailed about availability on a spin bike and within an hour I had a response from Chad. I know that at this time during Covid they are probably crazy busy but my interaction with him was fast, friendly and professional. Pulled up for curbside pick up and the guys had my new spin bike loaded into my vehicle right away! Look forward to visiting the store again when they open back up to customer walk-ins!

I purchased a big box item (a 375lbs treadmill) online from them and every step was extremely smooth. Customer service was prompt, they shipped it out within one day and it got to me two days before it was supposed to be delivered. Great service and management, had some bad luck multiple times with the hours at the Woodbridge location and the regional manager reached out and made it right by personally delivering my orders for me so I didn’t need to make another trip down. Before this even happened I already had a good experience which is why i waited to keep building my home gym from here instead of another supplier, good rates and top quality. If you’re looking to start saving time by working out at home please do not resort to Amazon, you’ll pay 2x or 3x the price.. i made that mistake and you’ll thank yourself ordering from Flaman fitness instead

This place is truly incredible! All the staff members were incredibly kind and easily approachable. I specifically spoke with Ronald. He’s so awesome!!!!!! I told him everything I was looking to purchase, he quickly created an invoice for me and even ended up giving me about a $200 discount on my purchases once everything was said and done!
