It's always a very satisfying experience after the visit. The Doctors and nurses are all very caring. Aways meet with a positive attitude with patients. Once my son had a little chest pain, the staff actively treated him. I am very pleased to have a very caring center near us.

Our health care system is nothing but frustrating to say the least. We had to take our three littles under three to the Urgent Care, not to have to go back to the hospital. We spent five hours in the Emergency (Cortelucci) with my eldest to make sure she didn't need medication for a virus she caught (She's in J/K.) Let alone trying to get an appointment with your family Doctor without being Covid tested because you show the same symptoms as a regular flu. We did get her Covid tested and came up negative. I must say not everything revolves around Covid! As concerned parents, we went as it opened so that we could be seen and out, considering the awful night we had. Check in was great, friendly and patient. The Doctor came shortly after and was an older fellow who was asking what our concerns were, I proceeded to fill him in on the week we've had with the kids symptoms. As he was checking the baby the question came up, "are you vaccinated"? Now, I am not an anti-vaxxer but vaccine hesitant (we have a lot of allergies so it's extra scary for me). After saying "no I am not", he treated myself and my kids like we didn't matter. He was very impatient with the kids and told me that it's very difficult to see all three of them and asked if he should go see the other patients because it's busy. I said excuse me Sir, they are kids and I need to know if they need medication or not so please be patient. Is this what it's really coming to? Just because I said no I am not vaccinated my kids are not entitled to the care the deserve? Just because I'm not vaccinated I shouldn't have brought my kids to be seen by a trusted Doctor? I have lost all my faith and trust in our health care system. So very disappointed for the fourth time trying to see a professional that has nothing to do with Covid. If diagnosing patients with Covid right off the bat is the easiest thing to do then I think we should all become Doctors. Thank you Doctor Joel Beattie! *** Update*** Because we were refused care yesterday at Urgent Care after another long, painful night I am back at a walk in clinic. My second daughter had an ear infection which was overlooked as wax buildup. This was after he asked if he should see other patients! I took her to the Walmart walk in clinic and the Doctor we saw was patient enough to find a solution to the problem! Thank God!

Excellent Place within Community for Attention "Xrays" . Hours 4pm-10pm free parking. Two Nurses at Reception, both are fast & accurate. Plenty of seating in waiting area to go into Triage. Yes you can expect to wait (45 minutes approx) for the Doctor after initial tests/xrays, better than an emergency room. Glad we came for my daughter's broken toe tonight. This satellite centre of Mackenzie Health Centres is well done 🦽🩺💉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So far the best experience I have had at a hospital by Canadian standards. The average wait time at all other places I have been has been 5-6 hrs on a normal day. Bring a Sunday, at noon, we 3 people were in and out in 2 hrs. They quickly did the x-ray and did the diagnoses on spot. No waiting after the x-ray was done. So I would definitely rate it good.

Friendly staff, organised, and good doctors. Wait time was 2 hours in total. Pretty quick considering Friday evening.

I went for a foot injury and I really felt taken care of. Since I walked in, it was fairly quick and everything got done - triage, X-ray, diagnosis. I wish I knew about this place earlier. The important thing is the diagnosis was correct. When I took my son there today, waited 3 hours and understand the rush, but the diagnosis was 20 seconds. I had to actually tell the doctor to double check for an ear infection. Not entirely sure about why I had to ask him to check his ear when at triage I mentioned my toddler said his ear hurts and has a fever. Luckily my son didn’t have an infection and managed from home. When my husband went with a knee injury - from the sound of the story it sounded like a major issue and couldn’t walk. Yes, the X-rays showed no problem which was double checked because it was hard to believe the injury will heal in 1 week. It’s been 3 months and still limping. A physiotherapist recommended an MRI to consider injuries in the ligament if not the bone. Kind of disappointed with this diagnosis. Wish they recommended further scans. This brings my rating from 5 to 4. Though diagnosis seems like a hit and miss, I still rather go here and calm my nerves for anything that’s not an emergency. I am able to rely on their service to actually see someone. Hope they have speed up the service and not rush the appointments and take some time to listen to the patients.

horrible experience. will never go back again. waiting two and a half hours just to get into an exam room. was told the test they needed to do on my urine would take 1 minute. so why was i waiting so long? on top of that, no regard for patient confidentiality. the triage nurses were in the open and speaking very loudly for everyone to hear, same with front reception. I don’t need everyone hearing my medical issues nor do i need to hear others. I came in only 10 minutes after they opened. I do not understand. This blows my mind. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor all have an attitude. Waited for 3 hours to get a just take some Tylenol if you are in pain and talk to your family doctor. Don't even bother coming here you are better off just go to a walk in clinic because they won't do anything.

We had a great experience at Urgent Care Centre yesterday - fast, courteous, and helpful staff from the receptionist to the doctors. Everything was clean and organized, assessment right away, Xray results immediately, aircast, and booked us for an appointment with a fracture specialist. All results are in My Chart, along with doctor's assessment, as they are part of Mackenzie Health.

Nightmare- Go to Emerg instead. Got there right at 4PM at opening to be early and 20 people still ahead of me. Waited 2 hours in excruciating pain unbearable enough having to to return home before being able to see a doctor. Urgent care is not so urgent. Great idea but an epic failure in practice. PS- Even our recent grads are clueless if not incorrectly opinionated and lack the traditional down to earth compassion of yesteryear. Pray that you never get sick these days unless under the care of someone experienced or a good specialist.

Dr.Marchie assessed our 9-month old - he had great bedside manner and did a thorough workup of babe. He took his time to explain signs/symptoms to monitor for and alleviated all concerns. Although the wait was long, the staff were very nice and helpful.

I broke my foot at 3:30pm today. This clinic opened at 4pm. I was xrayed, diagnosed, got a walking cast and a follow up appointment at the hospital fracture clinic, and was back home by 5:30pm!

Clinic was fast to triage and pretty quick to put me in a room. Doctor didnt take too long after that. Altogether 3 hrs on a Sunday including xrays but it didnt seem that long. Doctor was informative and very efficient. I felt that it was excellent care given on all levels from receptionist to nurse to dr. The xray tech even apologized to me for having to wait, when there were alot of people getting xrays! I would definitely recommend as a walk-in and would go back if necessary. Better than waiting in ER!

Very good experience. I arrived at 9:05 PM and saw the doctor very soon. Doctor was friendly and professional. Much better than wait in the hospital’s emergency.

I went a week ago waited over 2 hours to see a doctor for my ears I was experiencing dizziness . I ended up seeing Dr Berliner and he completely disregarded me and basically said that I was fine to go home and take gravel. Patients should be heard our health care system has gone out the window. The next day I woke up with an ear infection. He should not be a doctor! A little more compassionate would be nice and maybe he should start listening to his patients.

I booked an appointment for Covid testing. There was little to no wait time. I had a wonderful experience with nurse Henny. She was extremely kind and made my sister and I have a good laugh. She truly made my day! Also, Dr. Ahmed was kind and great too. Thank you guys for all your time and service. I greatly appreciate it!

Horrible clinic. Waited 2 hours for the bald doctor to see me for less than 60 seconds. Told me I had a viral infection and to just take Advil despite me insisting it’s bacterial because it’s been 8+ days. Saw a doctor down the street next morning and she told me I obviously had a bacterial sinus infection within 10 seconds.

The worst clinic that I have ever been. Very very long waiting and look like they don't care about how much pain you're having

After waiting about two and a half hour I saw Dr. Berliner who misdiagnosed me, I got sick from a recent travel to a tropical country and he decided to ignore what I was telling him about my symptoms and my travel history, prescribing me the wrong medications. Patients should be listened.

3,5 hours waiting time. Very slowly. As I understood-only one doctor was here. My sick child was sooo tired and exhausted

It wasn't a quick trip, but they have friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. The time factor isn't in their control, and they do well in what they can control so 5/5 for them.

Don't ever ask them approximately how long the wait is... they'll "lose" your paperwork and not acknowledge you're there. I waited for hours, everybody was done and i was still waiting. The xray tech asked who i was because he wasn't given my paperwork. Doctors and everybody will just walk right by you. Horrible front desk service, not professional at all. Better to go to an actual hospital... they can't put a cast on broken bones and will send you to the hospital anyway.

If you want a doctor to completely dismiss you go and see Dr. S. Axler. He was rude, dismissive, & does not let you get a word in. He didn’t not read my assessment upon seeing me. Completely failed to see I was running a fever. After telling him I had a fever he ran out, came back in with a visor which I understand but it just went to show how he didn’t even bother reading my chart before seeing me.

Amazing experience! I went for the first time last night for a chest x ray. The entire process took less than 30 mins! Staff was very friendly. We need more of these clinics everywhere!

Not really the best experience…only one Doctor works it for the whole operation. We waited a good amount of time and still had to be sent to Hospital ER. Doc was saying sick people have to go to the hospital so not entirely sure what the purpose of urgent care is

Went there last night as my ear was plugged up. The staff were fantastic: very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have been in better hands with the nurse and doctor who looked after me. Many thanks !!

My mother in law went to this urgent care centre yesterday (January 23) because she unfortunately burnt her face from cooking. They went 30mins before the closing time and was seen right away. Nurse Sherry immediately took care of my mother in law’s vitals and she was then seen by Dr. Sathiaseelan in a very timely manner. Everyone was very professional and caring. They even referred my mother in law to a plastic surgeon to make sure that she gets proper treatment after the burn. I definitely recommend this urgent care centre!

Be careful coming here . This is a COVID testing site and lots of sick people coming in and you wait in a small cramped very busy waiting room . It’s probably safer going to the er. I would treat this place as COVID+ since they do the rapid test and while I was waiting there were a few "suspected +". There should be a sign outside stating this. It's a terrible , cramped place. You are better off elsewhere. Too risky at this time to be here, why they would use this small, very busy place to test for COVID patents is the height of stupidity and incompetence.

You wait so long for nothing, waited almost 3 hours and they told me they couldn’t help. We even called before hand telling them our situation and if they could take care of it. They said yes and to come in. We went there and went up to the receptionist told her our situation and she said to take a seat and wait. 3 hours later doctor says we don’t treat that here. So in conclusion 3 hours for nothing.
