I came in the lounge, horrible service had to wait for 40 mins to even get a shisha ends up being wrong and wait another 20 mins spoke to the manager about the issue he gave us attitude I don't recommend this place for no one unless you are willing to get hustled over priced! I regret coming here first and last time I hope the owner rethink about their employees if they want to keep this business running, the managers name is ahsan! Very disappointed!!!

We haven't visit the TeaVaSee for a while, had some experience with rude staff and other priced menu. But now we finally decided to come by for a shisha and cocktails. We came on Sunday evening, absolutely empty space, only one table inside were sitted and one big party outside. We couldn't sit inside because one of us was wearing shorts, because of the dress code we could only sit outside on the patio, with unstable tables and chairs. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. We ask if we could sit inside cuz place was empty, the guy politely said no. We left right away, the standards of this place was not something we were hoping for.

Pricing gouging and dishonest! We were charged for extras that we never ordered and it was never disclosed to us it was an additional charge like when the replace the coals or say their gonna give you something and end up charging you for it. Already overpriced and then they throw in sneaky extras. Also the tip is included in the bill but the credit card machine prompts you to pay a tip so we need up unintentionally paying a double tip! Very dishonest. Before writing this review I tried to call the place but they don't even have their voicemail set-up! I feel their business operates on squeezing people. Very disappointed. Save yourself from getting ripped off. Just look at all the other bad reviews!

Great place, nice atmosphere. It’s not busy at all during the day and their hookah is half off before 6pm. They take reservations on the weekends, it gets busy after 8pm and normally tables are booked a lot in advance. Good service, friendly stuff. Recommend.

DJ plays songs (remixes) from the Soviet Union era. All crowd is Russian speakers. Please pay attention to double tipping there: the bill will include gratitude charges, plus you will be offering to pay some tips.

Yesterday i was not able to get into tea va see wearing shorts. First i was asked if i have a reservation and upon confirming that i dont i was then told that no shorts allowed (is it allowed with reservation?). I have checked website and it doesnt say anything about "dresscode". I guess this place doesnt need customers, not coming again.

The place could be more comfortable for both my back and wallet. I think the prices are higher than they need to be. By about 20% example all of the teas cost $6. The server and service is ok. By this I mean polite but not friendly. *Highlight*They say they don't serve tap water so will charge you for bottled water... That is ambitious but even more stupid because this location does not offer that level of service or quality. Would still be an okay place for a date as the ambience is nice. And maybe you want to sit down and be a bit more personable. The place is still under renovation when we visited in October.

There is no tap water. Each bottle is $3. After 12am the bar becomes a club. You can dance next to your table and the music is really good. Dress code is needed if you wanna sit in the lounge. For Shisha, they just give you refill cube without asking and each cube is $3. You can only find out when they give you the bill! And there is a photographer taking pictures without your permission. Then you will find your picture on their Instagram page.

The cost of service and quality of product versus the state and cleanliness of this place does not compute. Everything is extremely over priced for absolutely no reason. The entire place appears to be run down and luckily they keep their lights low with a fog machine to create an illusion that it's somewhat a decent place. The whole vibe of this place is somewhat confusing. It's an all in one but sadly they can't seem to perfect any of those aspects. Paying $5 for a can of coke you're out of your mind. The audacity these bar tenders have by either shorting you on your change once you've paid for your drink or don't even bother giving you any back is astonishing. I was supposed to receive about $4.00 change on a single Corona bottle purchase and the bar tender just threw it in the tip jar without consideration. By reading some reviews the management doesn't seem to care about these instances considering how many people have had tip and payment issues when it came to money handling.

Very classy place that offers a great atmosphere with impeccable attentive service. I would highly recommend this venue for a great night out.

We ordered ceaser salad , carbonera pasta and burger , none of the foods tasted good. I couldn't finish my pasta as it tasted weird and not fresh. I don't recommend this place ! Go to pizza pizza

I know it is important to remember that every business deserves respect and professionalism, even if we have a negative experience there. Additionally, reviews should be constructive and informative, providing specific details about the quality of food, service, and ambiance. My friends and I didn’t have a good experience there because of, very limited options on their menu, prices were unnecessary high and the quality of service were so low. we asked talk to the manager and discuss about some problems but he/ she even didn’t show up. I hope they work on these areas and serve people better in the future. In this competitive market you guys should bring your customers back and this will not be possible unless you provide a good quality of services.

I highly recommand this place for your next party event if you are looking for a dance bar in the Thornhill area. I just had my birthday party there last night and it was awsome! This place offers nice music, great food, and they also have bottle service with nice sofas booth. Great experiance!

Alex , his people, and his location beyond seller, I even had a chance to meet the gentleman in South Florida. Furthermore, he was an indicative of an the brand stands for and I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the city.

We ordered hookah with pina colada flavour, it didn't have any taste at all! The hookah man didn't bring us disposable mouth tips, he said that they didn't have any. Common, this is a hookah place. Imagine, if you go to a restaurant and they don't have any cutlery. Eventually, our server found some and gave it to us. We also ordered two khachapuris, they just heated up frozen products, cheese and salami plate was the cheapest stuff they were able to find in the city. Our waitress was ok but there is absolutely no way we are coming back.

We did not have the greatest experience. They charged us $73 for 1 shish-a and They also gave us coconut coals when we didn’t want it. The menu of appetizers was very limited and my meal was not tasty . It is an expensive place.

Man, what can i say went here this past saturday for the first time and this place is truly a 10/10 experience! Every server is extremely fast and nice, the music is 10/10 best dj in toronto, the atmosphere is incredible, everyone is dressed nice, good looking, definitely also a club with class.

This was my first visit here with my friends from school. I am SO happy I found this place! The patio is open and it's very nicely decorated. The food was outstanding and so was the shisha. Vicky works there and she was so amazing and helpful. I cannot wait to go back. Defo recommend this place. Plus they have halal food!

The Shisha here is fanatastic, it was sooo smooth. But the food was okay and the service staff tried their best but had some language barrier. Would definitely go back for the Shisha, especially for the price, it is very reasonable.

I came here in the winter on the weekend and was mind blown by the event. The Staff the music the lights everything was fantastic. This place is also great to hangout on weekdays with friend's. highly suggest checking it out!

Have you ever seen a 25 cent cheapest water bottle cost you more than $5? If the answer is yes, you should try this place. Otherwise food and drink quality is low, but prices are the highest. I am all in to support the local business, especially now, but this is insane. Tea Va See place doesn't serve TEA on weekend.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!! The staff are extremely nice, the atmosphere is fun, great people. Always a great time. Would highly recommend if someone is looking for a place to celebrate birthday or do a corporation party.

Omg so so expensive and very overpriced drinks. Terrible doormen. We arrived around 1:15am to try the shisha and have some drinks with our company co workers and at 2am sharp they bombarded our table forcing rushing us to pay the bill and leave and grabbing the shisha out of our hands. They were hardly nice or professional about it. Half the table had there drinks half full. We couldn't believe it! Absolutely disgusting. How does a business like this even exist after noticing many other patrons having the same experiences. Couple of us ordered food and the food was just terrible and tastes like ready processed food. At least we should have been told or at the very least allow patrons to enjoy themselves till at least 2:20-2:30 or something. I doubt well ever return with this kind of ill run business. BEWARE they automatically include a high tip percentage onto the bill and don't even tell you about it and we were just 4 people. We almost double tipped. They seem to do this intentionally.

Food was amazing! Great atmosphere! Only thing I'd suggest is having bigger glasses of people that don't drink alcohol. Those glasses are a bit small.

Cheap place! We ordered one shisha and they didn’t give us additional caps claiming the shisha is per person. Seriously!! Any other Shisha place is providing additional caps for people to share..
